Long story short I ordered some clothes and it got shipped to the wrong address. Luckily the address i had it sent to was not home and received a pick up slip. As soon as i realized i called and spoke to someone by the name of Linh to ask if they could keep anyone from picking it up with the slip. She was so amazing she let everyone know and was so nice about it when I came to pick it up I had no issues what so ever the associate already knew what to do because everything was written in the notes. There was a long lineup. We were the last in line even after we got to the front. So I think the trick is to come after 6 pm. Note that they open till 9 pm. So need to come here during the rush which is just right after work. Service was good. The lady just verified B's ID and his new address and he was ready to go. Everything was good. We are not sure if there is free parking but we parked two blocks away and walked over.
