They also have real green olives many places no longer offer them and they are the best on pizza. Inside is small and cozy but warm and fuzzy. It's worth paying a little extra for the fresh toppings and most authentic and flavorful sauce. Plus the cheese blend is on point. They even have a stamp card that will reward you after 12 with a free pizza. What are y'all waiting for, get in here.

The employees are working hard, as it was getting really busy. The dough has no flavor at all, just tastes like dry flour, cooked perfectly but it needs garlic or just anything to give it flavor. Birdie's Pizza. I think it will fly!…read more I quit posting reviews on Yelp because I came to realize I really don't like Yelp. That said, a friend and I were discussing pizza in Corvallis. We disagreed about one place, and that's fine. We agreed who has the best sauce. We also thought that it was a shame that the best pizza in town was in a damn grocery store. Yah. Market of Choice has good pizza. It isn't as good as it was pre-COVID, but it's still good. Why do I mention all that? Background my friend, background. My friend told me about a new place. I had never heard of it. He said they were out in Philomath, so I probably wouldn't go. Then he said they opened a second location in The Plaza. That's my 'hood! I was out today doing errands. I had the hungrys. I was even not far from Market of Choice. Nah. I headed south. Then, as I was driving down 4th Street I remembered. "Hey Chester," I said to myself, "You owe it to yourself and your friend to check out the new place." I actually remember when it was JCPenny. I remember when that terrible bagel shop opened that didn't even boil their bagels. All that. It was peak lunch time, so I worried it would be a long line. Good thing I was in a three-hour parking spot. To my surprise, the line was maybe five minutes. The person that took my order and served me was friendly and efficient. The whole place had a neat feel. It was open with plenty of seating. It was clean and well lit. There were many options of places to order from. That's damn cool. I wonder if each individual business had to pay the city's exorbitant SDCs. That shouldn't happen at all to a property that has already been developed, but the people in positions of leadership in Corvallis are, uh... kinda greedy. That's not news. Oh. Yeah. This is about pizza. I ordered a New York style slice. It was damn good. Better than any other slice I've had in town in a long time. It was so good I went back when I was done and ordered a different flavor. Will I be back? Hell yes. While I was waiting for my second slice, I noticed the employee was flipping a vinyl record over. They are spinning vinyl. That's just plain awesome. I'm not giving them any of my collection, but I'll keep my eyes open for something to donate. I might even go back tomorrow.... Birdie's Pizza. I think it will fly!

The gal at the register was extremely patient while we looked at the menu to decide what we wanted to order. Appetizers came out in a timely manner and were obviously freshly made. We were hoping the wings would be spicy since we ordered the mango habanero, but they didn't have any bite. Pizza prices are a bit in the higher price range compared to Pietro's or Walery's, but you do get your moneys worth in toppings! They do not skimp on the toppings, your pizza is loaded!
