Be careful they will accuse you of things I had the app messed up on me. Order was completely wrong. They didn't want to fix it. Called One 800 number they put a ticket in three weeks later found out saying that I came in there yelling at them saying they don't know how to do their job ok!!! lol so fair warning to all the people out there management is not nice here they will accuse you read more

I ordered pizza and boneless wings for delivery. They use Door Dash, and the driver delivered to the wrong place. By the time the dust settled, I had a cold pizza. The Door Dash driver (Michael) was rude, bald, and had tatoos everywhere. I asked him to take the food back, he didnt. Just to get rid of him, I took the order. I sat down opened the pizza box and my Crafted Flatzz pizza was dripping with water. Not only was it soggy, it couldn't be held without falling apart. My thought was they use canned diced tomatoes and someone at Pizza Hut just threw the whole can on the pizza. Not Good. So I asked for my money back, the manager refused and offered me a $20 credit instead. I spent $25 on the order. The boneless wings were actually edible. So, if you are the franchise owner, realize this, I have a huge big F'n mouth. So, its up to you, close the doors, or get your own delivery people, and fire your manager. Please. read more

WORTHLESS!! Ordered DoorDash for this guys just to screw it up anyways. Ordered the Chocolate Chip cookie thing, does this look like a chcolate chip. Yea i didnt think so either. When called they said we could pick one up if i could drive there. I wouldnt have ordered DoorDash to begin with if i had the means to get there. You know not living here and this is the food that we get is ridiculous. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!! read more

Arrived 30 minutes late after calling the restaurant wondering where it was. The food was so cold that we had to microwave it. I reached out to customer service after a ton of questions was told a refund has to go through management and is likely to take 1-3 business days. So disappointing and irritating. read more

WORTLESS !!! Saddens me that I have to give them a Star just to Post... I have been a Repeat Customer for Years and I've notice that the last 2+ years they have been Declining... Finally today I ordered a Pie that I picked up and when I got home with it was Basically a Piece of Bread that had just about nothing on it when I ordered a Pie with everything on it and when I called to Complain instead of hearing "we're sorry sir let's fix that". I got "we'll give you $5.00 Dollars on your next order"... They will never see a Nickle from me again !!! read more

We just ordered tonight and it took over an hour and a half to get to us. I could understand if the pizza was hot in the bag but it delivered Luke warm and was very disappointing. read more

So I've ordered online for delivery from this pizza hut twice now. I'm hard to please and I have been satisfied both times. From confirmation of order to pizza at my door in less than 30 minutes. I'm impressed. Even with today's order being placed right at the start of the super bowl game it was still timely. Thank you pizza hut of Albany! I'll definitely order again read more

Came to pick up my wife from a friends sons birthday party. Was hanging out at the front parking lot waiting for the ladies to finish talking. It was 9:30 so it was pretty much a ghost town other than the delivery drivers buzzing in and out. Had a delivery guy tell me that we were blocking the parking lot and upsetting other customers and asked me to move. First it was 9:30 there might have been 1 other customer car in the lot and the one car that went past us ( plenty of room to drive around us by the way) was a delivery guy. This guy ( and I'm refusing to use descriptions of his physical appearance) was a total hack. I've worked in food service for years, have taken restaurant management courses, have 2 ACF culinary degrees. Not to mention my first jobs out of high school were in pizza places. I would have written him up and ran him threw the customer service training again. Totally shocked. I know workers are in short supply but this was just stupid. read more

I'm going to have to disagree with most of the poor comments. I've been to this location several times now, usually expecting a mix up or poor serive, but each time has been great for me. I've had the buffet, I've ordered delivery, and have even picked up my pizza personally. Each time, the pizza has been correct and I've had great customer service. I do agree with some comments about the stuffed crust...the crust is amazing, but the pizza itself is paper thin. I would love to see improvement there, but otherwise a solid place. read more

A 2.5 star rating.... Makes sense now!!! I thought "it's Pizza Hut. What can go wrong?" Apparently, these folks know how to mess an order up! And they do it well!! Having a dinner for the work team. We took the time to pull up the menu and ask 30 people what they wanted. No small task in itself. Put the order in. We showed up on time to pick it up. I left without 2 orders of wings and they messed up our pasta order as well. WHAT?? THIS IS FREAKING PIZZA HUT. HOW CAN YOU BE THIS BAD AT YOUR JOB?! Had they taken the time to check the order, so that I didn't have 30 disappointed, hard working people, we could've avoided this whole thing. When I called to get it refunded, not even so much as a sorry. I will be calling the regional manager tomorrow morning to discuss this inexcusable behavior. There is no excuse for this. Save your money. Go elsewhere. read more

Best place ever. And great team players. Best pizza ever today!!!!!!!!!! Thanks read more

The pizza reminded me of the pizza hut from childhood sooo good and was a quick and professional delivery and employees

Our family loves the taste of Pizza Hut pizza's. We usually order online then go pick them up. We have a standard of the ONLINE ONLY: $11 ANY offer which we usually get a large hand tossed, garlic buttered crust pizza. We can get the standard classics or make one to order. Half the family is meat loving and the other half not so it is nice to tailer each pizza we need and I think there is plenty of choices to choose from. We love a pizza full of veggies and pineapple then topped with the Honey Sriracha sauce. We love that sweet and spicy together. Oh it is so good. That Honey Sriracha drizzle will make your pizza pop to the next level of tastyness. But the thing I am not crazy about this Pizza Hut is the service. It's about a 60/40 good/bad mix. Sometimes it is as smooth as clockwork then the next time a disaster. If it was not our favorite pizza we would be tempted to go elsewhere. When things go bad sometimes the staff is a little too flippant about it when they should be apologizing for their errors. How do you lose a pizza...now really come on guys be honest. The service seems to wax and wain but fast food places do have a higher employee turnover wait so you live through the brainless till a good employee comes along and that is not a long wait. For the most part though we love the pizza's and have not tried any other menu item so we have no opinion there. read more

Ok delivery late, charges were 12 dollars more than the online receipt. Just too many times of the same mistake over and over again. So fuck off pizza hut, Abby's is better pizza anyway and they're willing to accept a new address without fighting! read more

Another crappy pizza hut, it's like all the franchise's like to have lazy turds for employees, we all know their pizza is the worst but why do they need to have workers that are rude unhappy and lazy as he'll, also the pics they have on here are absolutely fake the pizza is greasy as hell and use fake rubbery ingredients, and why is a "fresh" pizza cold... read more

I ordered two pizzas at 6:30 to be ready at 8:00 through their app. I arrived at 8:10 and waited over half an hour after being told at first they had no idea when my order would be ready then told it would be no more than eight minutes. Completely unacceptable! read more

Came here with the family today. We all had the lunch buffet. It was all very good except the bread sticks had sat there for a tad too long and most were not soft and moist but hard and crunchy. Service was excellent. read more

Everyone has probably heard the ad on TV "...any large pizza for $10...", so we decided to try Pizza Hut last night. My husband phoned and ordered a large pizza - half supreme and the other half extra sauce and cheese. Because of the weather, he orded the pizza to be delivered and was told it would be about 45 minutes. When the pizza Finally arrived, not only was it cold, burned, and greesy... they didn't add the extra cheese!! And I thought the pizza place with the large $5 pizzas was bad! That would have been Way better than the pizza we had delivered from Pizza Hut! Never, never, never again... read more

I had an order that was wrong again. when I tried to call to get help they got rude saying they got It right and hung up. I even called the RGM Doug and he never even reached back out to me. This has even happened more that once with the shift leaders. Telling my family that they got everything wrong again is tuff, also telling them we cant get our money back for food they we didn't even eat is even worse. They have no reason to not fix it other than they are just mean people trying to make life harder on me. Wish someone could help me, I like the food just don't like the leadership team there. The people there are so high all the time everything Is wrong, no one cares. read more

This Pizza Hut has OK pizza just like every other Pizza Hut in the country. I give it an extra star because I've ordered delivery from them many times and the staff have always been delightful. Our pizza is always on time, usually early, and the delivery folks are very friendly. read more

I don't know why I bother coming in here. The food is okay but the employees and customer service is the worst. You walk in, the employees are in the back, one on break, sees us but says nothing. You have to shout out the the kitchen to get anyone to come. They don't bring plates, silver ware, water or even check up on you. I have to go to the counter to get my bill then they tell me to go sit down and they'll bring me my bill and then telI me I must come back up to the counter to pay. What the heck? read more

I give it four stars mainly cause the service has always been excellent. I usually order the wings to go and they are always super helpful and nice when I order. I am not a big fan of their pizza, but absolutely love their wings. 4 stars for service. That is big in my book. read more

I do not understand how this place is still in business. On occassion my friend and I get a wild hair to get Pizza Hut. Our order has NEVER showed up correctly. Calling in to complain gets us no where. Last time, they sent a guy out with the "fixed" order, took our original order back for "evaluation" then charged us a second time for the "fixed order." It never seems like the store manager is available, the people are rude, rushed, and pay no attention to detail. After this last experience, I won't be going back. read more

They screw up my order ever single time I order from here. One time they brought the wrong pizza, so they had to come back again. They brought the second pizza over and it was wrong as well. How do they mess up twice in the same night? They never learn and then say they add credit to my account which also does not happen. Even when the pizza they bring is what I ordered, it is never fresh or warm. This is the worst Pizza Hut ever and I am ordering dominoes from now on because I have finally learned my lesson. read more

It's...Pizza Hut. Been to this one three times and never noticed anything unusual. Can't vouch for the delivery.

Pizza Hut, you make one disgusting pizza. Is cheese even used anymore? What was that plastic tarpaulin on the top? I microwaved it and it still didnt move. Meatballs made with mushrooms, breadcrumbs, and onions? Feel free to throw some MEAT in there, too. It tasted like a vegi ball. Thankfully you put virtually NO toppings on the pizza so it's hard to tell how tasteless and disgusting they are. How do people even eat here? 4.50 for the driest bread sticks known to man? Toppings that are virtually tasteless as well as non-existent? I got an idea, don't go to DOMINOES (their pizza is so bad they stopped calling themselves Dominoes Pizza). Go to Pizza Now. Best pizza in town, cheaper and better, and local. Good grief who would drop their cash here on purpose? After their 'relaunch', I have lost all hope. It's no wonder their company is failing. read more

When you order from here ask for lance to deliver it and this is why. Person on the phone sounded like they didnt care what i wanted and it was a major hassle to order, even though the food was late he called me and tolled me that he had the wrong address and tolled me he would get there as fast as he can. And not even a minute later he was at my door. I asked for the reset and it had the wrong address. Best thing about lance you can hear in his voice that he cares glad at lest someone at pizza hut cares. 2 stars for pizza hut but 5 for the driver read more

Poor service, rude management. They screwed up my order, left my guests hungry and waiting and then double charged me. Walter is rude and neither manager apologized for their screw ups. Very unprofessional. Won't eat their low grade pizza again. read more

I ordered a Hawaiian stuffed crust pizza for carry out that cost 18.99. The pizza was horrible. It was not fresh you could tell it has been under a heat lamp, there was barley any toppings and the toppings it did have were very burnt, there was no sauce, and customer service was very bad. I have never had pizza that was this bad from pizza hut. Im very disappointed and will definitely not be ordering from there again. read more

This a good place, I mainly do delivery but they're always on time or earlier with delivery and the food has never been one to complain about. I've recently been getting the 5 dollar deals, and I get pepperoni with desert, drinks, and a side. The pizza is never greasy, since it can get that way with pepperoni. Otherwise, I can't think of anything to improve on. Just keep making pizza, along with serving up smiles. read more

Can't tell you how the food tastes. We never got to order let alone eat. My wife and I went in and stood in front of the podium that said please wait to be seated for a good five. We had four different people that worked there look at us but never said a thing. So we moved up to the cash register for another eight minutes or so had the same four workers look at us and never said a thing to us they just kept on walking not a hello or be right with you or I will get someone to help you. There was only three tables that had people at them so I would say they were not busy. Even it was busy you should let the customer know that you see them. Nothing I hate more when I go out to eat is poor service or should I say no service. Won't go back to this place. read more

Well, should have taken warning with two and half stars. Started off having to ask for dipping sauce for bread sticks. When I got it it was cold, asked to have it hot and came back Luke warm. Pizza tasted funny, not usual Pizza Hut quality and it wasn't hot either. Ordered cheese bread sticks and got plane, I think, unless parmesan is now the only cheese they use, didn't look like the picture. Certainly won't be back. Service was prompt and waitress was attentive, but then I was only one in the place. read more

Placed an order online for 3 orders of wingspread 5:50, the app said my order would be ready at 6:05. I arrived at 6:15 due to stopping at the store for a few other things to go with dinner. There were 4 other people waiting to pick up their orders waiting, the lady ahead of me in line to pay was complaining about the long wait for her food, the employee apologized, I paid and went to wait with the others, over heard 2 other women talking about how long they have been waiting, one of them went to check on the status of her order they said they weren't sure how much longer maybe 10 minutes more. Everyone a head of me get their food, I have been waiting 30 minutes so I check to see how much longer the girl went to check and couldn't find the order. She said it would be 5 more minutes I just asked for my money back because I wasn't going to wait any longer and pay them, I would rather go somewhere else. I was mostly amazed at how the staff didn't communicate with the customers on their own about the orders, they had no self awareness at all. I am not sure how much longer I would have been waiting had I not gone up to ask. They have a lot of training opportunities. read more
