I ordered pizza and boneless wings for delivery. They use Door Dash, and the driver delivered to the wrong place. By the time the dust settled, I had a cold pizza. The Door Dash driver (Michael) was rude, bald, and had tatoos everywhere. I asked him to take the food back, he didnt. Just to get rid of him, I took the order. I sat down opened the pizza box and my Crafted Flatzz pizza was dripping with water. Not only was it soggy, it couldn't be held without falling apart. My thought was they use canned diced tomatoes and someone at Pizza Hut just threw the whole can on the pizza. Not Good. So I asked for my money back, the manager refused and offered me a $20 credit instead. I spent $25 on the order. The boneless wings were actually edible. Came to pick up my wife from a friends sons birthday party. Was hanging out at the front parking lot waiting for the ladies to finish talking. It was 9:30 so it was pretty much a ghost town other than the delivery drivers buzzing in and out. Had a delivery guy tell me that we were blocking the parking lot and upsetting other customers and asked me to move. First it was 9:30 there might have been 1 other customer car in the lot and the one car that went past us ( plenty of room to drive around us by the way) was a delivery guy. This guy ( and I'm refusing to use descriptions of his physical appearance) was a total hack. I've worked in food service for years, have taken restaurant management courses, have 2 ACF culinary degrees. Not to mention my first jobs out of high school were in pizza places. I'm going to have to disagree with most of the poor comments. I've been to this location several times now, usually expecting a mix up or poor serive, but each time has been great for me. I've had the buffet, I've ordered delivery, and have even picked up my pizza personally. Each time, the pizza has been correct and I've had great customer service. I do agree with some comments about the stuffed crust...the crust is amazing, but the pizza itself is paper thin. I would love to see improvement there, but otherwise a solid place. read more

A 2.5 star rating.... Makes sense now!!! I thought "it's Pizza Hut. What can go wrong?" Apparently, these folks know how to mess an order up! And they do it well!! Having a dinner for the work team. We took the time to pull up the menu and ask 30 people what they wanted. No small task in itself. Put the order in. We showed up on time to pick it up. I left without 2 orders of wings and they messed up our pasta order as well. WHAT?? THIS IS FREAKING PIZZA HUT. HOW CAN YOU BE THIS BAD AT YOUR JOB?! Our family loves the taste of Pizza Hut pizza's. We usually order online then go pick them up. We have a standard of the ONLINE ONLY: $11 ANY offer which we usually get a large hand tossed, garlic buttered crust pizza. We can get the standard classics or make one to order. Half the family is meat loving and the other half not so it is nice to tailer each pizza we need and I think there is plenty of choices to choose from. We love a pizza full of veggies and pineapple then topped with the Honey Sriracha sauce. We love that sweet and spicy together. Oh it is so good. That Honey Sriracha drizzle will make your pizza pop to the next level of tastyness. But the thing I am not crazy about this Pizza Hut is the service. It's about a 60/40 good/bad mix. Sometimes it is as smooth as clockwork then the next time a disaster. If it was not our favorite pizza we would be tempted to go elsewhere. When things go bad sometimes the staff is a little too flippant about it when they should be apologizing for their errors. How do you lose a pizza...now really come on guys be honest. The service seems to wax and wain but fast food places do have a higher employee turnover wait so you live through the brainless till a good employee comes along and that is not a long wait. For the most part though we love the pizza's and have not tried any other menu item so we have no opinion there. read more

I had an order that was wrong again. when I tried to call to get help they got rude saying they got It right and hung up. I even called the RGM Doug and he never even reached back out to me. This has even happened more that once with the shift leaders. Telling my family that they got everything wrong again is tuff, also telling them we cant get our money back for food they we didn't even eat is even worse. My husband phoned and ordered a large pizza - half supreme and the other half extra sauce and cheese. Because of the weather, he orded the pizza to be delivered and was told it would be about 45 minutes. When the pizza Finally arrived, not only was it cold, burned, and greesy... they didn't add the extra cheese!! And I thought the pizza place with the large $5 pizzas was bad! They screw up my order ever single time I order from here. One time they brought the wrong pizza, so they had to come back again. They brought the second pizza over and it was wrong as well. How do they mess up twice in the same night? They never learn and then say they add credit to my account which also does not happen. It was not fresh you could tell it has been under a heat lamp, there was barley any toppings and the toppings it did have were very burnt, there was no sauce, and customer service was very bad. When you order from here ask for lance to deliver it and this is why. Person on the phone sounded like they didnt care what i wanted and it was a major hassle to order, even though the food was late he called me and tolled me that he had the wrong address and tolled me he would get there as fast as he can. This a good place, I mainly do delivery but they're always on time or earlier with delivery and the food has never been one to complain about. I've recently been getting the 5 dollar deals, and I get pepperoni with desert, drinks, and a side. The pizza is never greasy, since it can get that way with pepperoni. Can't tell you how the food tastes. We never got to order let alone eat. My wife and I went in and stood in front of the podium that said please wait to be seated for a good five. We had four different people that worked there look at us but never said a thing. So we moved up to the cash register for another eight minutes or so had the same four workers look at us and never said a thing to us they just kept on walking not a hello or be right with you or I will get someone to help you. There was only three tables that had people at them so I would say they were not busy. Even it was busy you should let the customer know that you see them. Placed an order online for 3 orders of wingspread 5:50, the app said my order would be ready at 6:05. I arrived at 6:15 due to stopping at the store for a few other things to go with dinner. There were 4 other people waiting to pick up their orders waiting, the lady ahead of me in line to pay was complaining about the long wait for her food, the employee apologized, I paid and went to wait with the others, over heard 2 other women talking about how long they have been waiting, one of them went to check on the status of her order they said they weren't sure how much longer maybe 10 minutes more. Everyone a head of me get their food, I have been waiting 30 minutes so I check to see how much longer the girl went to check and couldn't find the order. She said it would be 5 more minutes I just asked for my money back because I wasn't going to wait any longer and pay them, I would rather go somewhere else. I was mostly amazed at how the staff didn't communicate with the customers on their own about the orders, they had no self awareness at all.
