I brought it to their attention and then they proceeded to kick me out of the store for "making a scene.. Disgusting and unacceptable. Imagine if your Kid picked up a CD of their favorite band and instead they get a Porno. If I could give zero stars for this experience I would.

I mean obviously it's great they're working on making the place even better, & that they enjoy each other's company, but I honestly feel I'm in their way. Also the shop is pretty tiny and crowded, so as they go by you have to squeeze yourself against the wall again and again.

They receive new books frequently, and carry an impressively wide array of books, especially for such a small store. Prices are great, owners are friendly, and it's even got a pretty generous loyalty program. The only downsides to me are just standard stuff. Sometimes you'll buy a book and sometimes the inside will be full of someone else's annotations. That's happened before, but it's just a risk of buying used rather than new. Same goes for potentially not having the specific book you're looking for. These are sort of universal problems for used book stores though, and are well worth it for all of the benefits. Absolutely worth your time, especially if you live nearby.

She plugged it in to charge and asked if we had the piece that the small controllers attach to in order to use it like a regular controller. Turns out my daughter forgot it at home. I told her we will go get it and come back. It was no problem. I then asked how much she would give me for the Nintendo Switch with everything we had plus the piece we left at home. She told me $95 cash. I said ok we will get the piece and come right back. Meanwhile I sold all of the games we had to her. We came back and she plugged the Nintendo back in again and we browsed the store. She then came back and said she would give me under $50 for the gaming system because a piece of the controller was broken. (The same one she inspected the first time we were there). I told her I understand but we would not be interested in selling it for that price. We were ok with that. My daughter asked if we could get one of the games back because now we are taking the gaming system back home. She then went on to tell us we would have to buy it back for the price they sell them.... Ok I just sold it to you a half an hour ago and you said you were going to give me $95 for the system now it's under $50. How much is the game to buy it back? (I sold it to them for $12.
