He spent a lot of time explaining the differences in the bikes really knew what he was talking about. The price he gave my bf to repair his bike was fair for everything that was done. Such as replacing the new chain cassette and new tires and a few other things. The repairs were fast and took no time at all, only a few short days. I was also in the market for a new bike at a really good price. Greg showed me all the bikes and recommended the Fuji. He has a broad selection of high quality bikes for everyone. The Fugi bike I bought had everything I needed to ride the advanced trails. FIt also looks great if I may add. Greg's service was top notch. The shop was extremely busy, but he took his time with us to go over all the details of every bike to make sure we were satisfied. He also fitted me to my bike before I left. And he still underpriced me! But how do you tell a man that you're trying to repay him for his long standing compassion. He's an excellent mechanic. My bike runs like butter now. It was 5:00 (on the website it says they close at 6:30) when we realized we wanted to take them in, so we gave this place a call to see if it would be okay to stop by and just look at our bikes (not do any work, possibly just a rough estimate) and the polite gentleman on the phone said sure come on in we won't be able to work on the bikes because we close at 6 but that's totally fine. We show up at 5:45 just expecting a brief conversation and an older man is closing up shop outside. He proceeds to yell at us "WERE CLOSED!!" and we just shrugged it off because the person we spoke to Over the phone encouraged us to come in. We're walking our bikes into the shop when he abruptly approaches us and yells "WHAT ARE THESE PIECES OF CRAP DOING IN MY WAY? I SAID WERE CLOSED!!!" I look at the time again, it's 5:45, and told him you had at least 15 minutes until closing time and we spoke to someone over the phone about coming here. His nasty attitude made me not even want to come back to this place I told him that and I also Said how we were potential customers, do you treat all their potential customers like this? and he said "GOOD GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! He said he would order it from Jamis Bike Company and build it and call me when it is ready. When I bought it, he said it would take about a week to get ready. I kept calling and each time he would put me off with a different excuse. "There was a storm and the shipments are delayed", "Bike has not come in yet", "I just need a couple days to put it together", "It is in the store room and my son is getting it, it's any minute now, I call you back (never called back, except for once when he did not even leave a message because he had nothing to report)", "I put it back in storage because of Christmas" - the excuses got more outlandish as time went on. I was more patient than I normally would be because I went through chemotherapy treatment and half of the time, I felt like sh... and would have not been able to pick up the bike. I wanted the bike to do the exercises that does not involve the upper body. So thanks for that too - not having a bike for 5 month and adding stress to an already really stressful time. By January, I've had it with the excuses. He "generously" offered me to refund my money. He even sends me an email saying that he had. Money never appeared in my account. I called back - again excuses, saying he had to redo it and "will do it right now and it will be there Monday." By Thursday (I gave it a couple days more to give him the benefit of the doubt) money was still not there. I had to call the credit card company to dispute the charge which they did. The issue is not yet resolved. If you look at the other reviews - him never calling back is a complaint other customers have. Another customer had the same issue I had recently (wish I would have looked up the reviews before purchasing a bike from him). She purchased a bike, and he never produced the bike she purchased. He sold her another bike - fair enough. Do not understand how he runs his business. If you want to have a bike and the bike you choose - go somewhere else. He is not reliable and in my case, he actually tried to defraud me.

Not only was the tour a value (it included bikes, helmets, wine tastings, lunch, non-alcoholic drinks, and snacks) but also Tom, the owner, and his team were very accommodating to our strict schedule (we had come in from the City). He worked with us every step of the way and was very responsive. The tour was lovely and even paced. The wine was good (I got two bottles). We got personal attention and even a car to accompany us throughout the tour. We all really enjoyed the experience. Good wine, a nice relaxing bike ride, and great customer service. You can't go wrong.

Our guide was professional, considerate and sensitive, mindful that Mom (me) had not biked in ten years. The roads traveled were absolutely beautiful, off the beaten path, so we got to enjoy scenery and neighborhoods that we otherwise would never get to see. The wineries were fun, the catered lunch was delicious, and the experience was awesome! Another bike tour is certainly in our future...
