Best bike shop in the area. Brought in an old folding bike that needed new tires. Greg gave me reflective puncture proof tires with new tubes. Reasonable prices. This shop has EVERYTHING you would need in the way of bicycles and accessories. Good, knowledgeable and friendly service. Instead of buying a bike at a big box store, come here. Highly recommend.

Greg is the Best! If you are planning on buying a road bike, Mountain bike, a kids bike, or any bike at all, do not waist your time on line. Go directly to Suffolk Pro Cycles. My boyfriend is an avid bike rider and takes special care of his bike so when his chain broke on a trail you can imagine his grief. We found Suffolk pro online and saw the great reviews so we decided to give them a try. We met Greg who knows everything about bikes. He spent a lot of time explaining the differences in the bikes really knew what he was talking about. The price he gave my bf to repair his bike was fair for everything that was done. Such as replacing the new chain cassette and new tires and a few other things. The repairs were fast and took no time at all, only a few short days. I was also in the market for a new bike at a really good price. Greg showed me all the bikes and recommended the Fuji. He has a broad selection of high quality bikes for everyone. The Fugi bike I bought had everything I needed to ride the advanced trails. FIt also looks great if I may add. Greg's service was top notch. The shop was extremely busy, but he took his time with us to go over all the details of every bike to make sure we were satisfied. He also fitted me to my bike before I left. I like to cycle the parks of Long Island My mountain bike takes a beating in the summer so it needs a tune up heading into the season These guys do a nice job and the price is reasonable and turnover is pretty quick . Highly recommended read more

Honest guys and they know what they're doing. If you need something fixed bring it here. They fixed my front derailleur for me during my bike ride to glacier ridge, and it only took them about thirty minutes. They also have a good selection of bikes. I will certainly be back. read more

Yet again the best, most knowledgable service ever. We've purchased 2 kinks (expensive kid trick bikes lol)from Greg at Pro Cycle. Not only did he beat ALL prices but his knowledge & free check up and services is incomparable. I just popped in for handle bar grips on my own bike (not purchased here) and for the price large box stores offered I was able to get the bar cushions and a new gel cushion for my seat. PLUS HE IS AIRING UP MY TIRES AND TWEAKING ANY OTHER LITTLE ISSUES ie rusty chain etc. IMHO there's no better bike shop on the island! read more

We are new to Farmingville and this was the bike shop that came up closest to home in a Google search. Although a bit small, the store had plenty of quality gear and bikes! I've only been there twice (once for a tune-up and once for a tire replacement), and they were fast, friendly and knowledgable to this newbie. Their prices were good too. We wanted to have our bike fixed Greg the owner said it would be 50$ we agreed. We went to pick up the bike and the total was over 80$, we asked what was the reason for the price jump he stated he did not include labor. So if I get an estimate from a roofer and the roofer finishes the job I shouldn't be surprised if the price he gave me wasn't including labor? I had good expectations and they were not met. read more

Brought my black ops bike in for a brake cable and some adjustments. They found I needed new bearings and tightened up the whole bike as well as the new brake cable. The price was reasonable and the bike was ready on the day he said. They told me to bring the bike back in a couple of weeks for a free brake adjustment. I will go back for all of my tuneups. read more

Bought second bike from these guys for my teenage son - a blocks flyer. Paid for it in the morning and they had it together to be picked up in the afternoon. We came back because of the great service. Bought a Kink bike a couple of years ago and have brought it back for regular tune ups free of charge ever since without complaint. They are happy to see us and always give great advice. Prices were good too. read more

I still do not understand how anyone can buy a bike at a big box store or sporting good store. the quality of their bikes and parts are far superior and the pricing is within a few dollars. will be going back for my sons bike in the Fall. You can tell that this is a small business that is doing it right. Not only are their prices more than fair, but the staff is always very helpful whenever I ask a noob question. I am new to mountain biking and there is a lot of information to get lost in online, so it is a reassuring to know that there is a local shop that can help me along the way. Normally in today's market it's easier to find cheaper prices online, but I encourage anyone to give Suffolk Pro Cycles a shot first. Every time I purchase something here I always end up paying less than I expected. Also, it feels good to support a local business that understands good service on top of competitive pricing. He said he would order it from Jamis Bike Company and build it and call me when it is ready. When I bought it, he said it would take about a week to get ready. I kept calling and each time he would put me off with a different excuse. "There was a storm and the shipments are delayed", "Bike has not come in yet", "I just need a couple days to put it together", "It is in the store room and my son is getting it, it's any minute now, I call you back (never called back, except for once when he did not even leave a message because he had nothing to report)", "I put it back in storage because of Christmas" - the excuses got more outlandish as time went on. I was more patient than I normally would be because I went through chemotherapy treatment and half of the time, I felt like sh... and would have not been able to pick up the bike. I wanted the bike to do the exercises that does not involve the upper body. So thanks for that too - not having a bike for 5 month and adding stress to an already really stressful time. By January, I've had it with the excuses. He "generously" offered me to refund my money. He even sends me an email saying that he had. Money never appeared in my account. I called back - again excuses, saying he had to redo it and "will do it right now and it will be there Monday." By Thursday (I gave it a couple days more to give him the benefit of the doubt) money was still not there. I had to call the credit card company to dispute the charge which they did. The issue is not yet resolved. If you look at the other reviews - him never calling back is a complaint other customers have. Another customer had the same issue I had recently (wish I would have looked up the reviews before purchasing a bike from him). She purchased a bike, and he never produced the bike she purchased. He sold her another bike - fair enough. Do not understand how he runs his business. If you want to have a bike and the bike you choose - go somewhere else. He is not reliable and in my case, he actually tried to defraud me.

I've been working since 10th grade to help my mom because she is a single parent so for me the loss of about 5k including repairs leave me without transportation as I can not afford to repair it at this point. I've spent 3.7k on a bike, this isn't including the repairs i had to pay over the span of a year which amount to at least 1.4k+ after random bolts detaching and motor failing, and as soon as the warranty expired my bike had a random electrical issue where the bike wouldn't accelerate. From the owner Pete: OK, where are you going? (Direct email sent from owner) 1- Last Mile NYC replaces all of the electronics on your bike. The cost of the parts and labor is $2910.54 2- Send your bike back to Super73. They will do their own diagnosis, and determine the issues and fix the problems. Unfortunately your bike is not under warranty, the cost of packing up and freighting your bike to and from Super73 will be around $1200. Plus their diagnostic fee, parts and labor. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Two weeks later Eric tells me it will cost $845 to fix my problem! Now this is a watch that cost under $100 at the Ft Rucker post exchange in 1972. No thanks, I said and went to pick up the watch. Eric was not there but his father was and after some grumbling found and returned my watch which now did not run and the seconds hand was stuck at the 2 o'clock position. I told Dad that this watch ran well when I brought it in, so he took the case back off and did something as the watch was running but the second hand was "stuck" at the 2 o'clock position, not 11:58 as when I brought it in.. If I started the chronograph function, the seconds timer returned to the 2 o'clock position, not 12 o'clock. I explained all this to Dad who said I should talk to Eric. I asked Dad if he would have Eric call me. He said OK but Eric chose not to. From the many positive reviews it's obvious Eric is competent In my case, however, he ruined a watch with sentimental value that I had hoped to pass on to my grandson. Obviously, I cannot recommend them at all. But if you choose to leave a watch with them, make sure you explain and show everything about the watch.

Greg and his staff are the best i can imagine! He advised me to buy a good E-Bike in October of 2019... Not a cheapo selling for 25% of a good solid bike. I purchased a Fuji and I have had it 3 and 1/2 years and it is such an important part of my life, I can't believe it! The wind my face at 18 mph is such a high! I've had hip replacement, have dislocated knee problems, I have herniated lumbar and cervical discs... lol I am a 67 year old retired carpenter and I used to play in 4 softball leagues....so I was always used to being very active.. this bike has helped me still feel that thrill of being active without the pounding of jogging or even walking! I can drop the pedal assist down a bit and get a good cardio workout !We've had to replace about all of the rear wheel spokes 2-3 at a time... but now that they've all been replaced, it's been clear sailing... I am about 240 lbs so I'm sure that was part of the problem! Lol! Greg is honest and so helpful and takes the time to answer all of your questions . It was my last stop out of 6 other bike shops. First off they spent their quality time and undivided attention to listen to want i wanted in my bicycle and custom fit me to my bike in no time. I grew to love the sport so much that now I am on my 4 personal bike from Suffolk pro cycle I have a fuji road bike a fuji hardtail mountain bike a fuji full suspension mountain bike and just a relax and ride with the family fuji hybrid. But best of all I love the fact that all my adjustments and and tune up s are free for the life of my bike they are truly knowledgeable and true professionals and a asset to the industry Thanks for the great bikes and amazing service read more

i spoke with Greg on the Thurs before the Covid-19 shut down to purchase and deliver a birthday present to my daughter on Sat. Had to do the entire transaction via phone (as I live 1300 mi away) and Greg did an outstanding job of customer service! We discussed features, size, etc. All this, while juggling his business knowing that he would be probably closing down by the weekend. I never once felt rushed. He delivered it personally Sat morning before closing down as mandated by the state. Absolutely outstanding customer service. Lifetime tuneups, too!! I've lived in Suffolk for years, and have passed this place a hundred times. Recently purchased a bicycle and had a problem. Greg was VERY knowledgeable and VERY helpful to this novice.
