    Best bike shop in the area. Brought in an old folding bike that needed new tires. Greg gave me reflective puncture proof tires with new tubes. Reasonable prices. This shop has EVERYTHING you would need in the way of bicycles and accessories. Good, knowledgeable and friendly service. Instead of buying a bike at a big box store, come here. Highly recommend.

    They fixed a tire for my kid today. I thought they were super friendly, reasonably priced and professional. 10/10 would go back.

He said he would order it from Jamis Bike Company and build it and call me when it is ready. When I bought it, he said it would take about a week to get ready. I kept calling and each time he would put me off with a different excuse. "There was a storm and the shipments are delayed", "Bike has not come in yet", "I just need a couple days to put it together", "It is in the store room and my son is getting it, it's any minute now, I call you back (never called back, except for once when he did not even leave a message because he had nothing to report)", "I put it back in storage because of Christmas" - the excuses got more outlandish as time went on. I was more patient than I normally would be because I went through chemotherapy treatment and half of the time, I felt like sh... and would have not been able to pick up the bike. I wanted the bike to do the exercises that does not involve the upper body. So thanks for that too - not having a bike for 5 month and adding stress to an already really stressful time. By January, I've had it with the excuses. He "generously" offered me to refund my money. He even sends me an email saying that he had. Money never appeared in my account. I called back - again excuses, saying he had to redo it and "will do it right now and it will be there Monday." By Thursday (I gave it a couple days more to give him the benefit of the doubt) money was still not there. I had to call the credit card company to dispute the charge which they did. The issue is not yet resolved. If you look at the other reviews - him never calling back is a complaint other customers have. Another customer had the same issue I had recently (wish I would have looked up the reviews before purchasing a bike from him). She purchased a bike, and he never produced the bike she purchased. He sold her another bike - fair enough. Do not understand how he runs his business. If you want to have a bike and the bike you choose - go somewhere else. He is not reliable and in my case, he actually tried to defraud me.

At no point should bolts randomly fling off your bike while you going down the Brooklyn bridge going 24mph. I'm a high school student and I had to pay for my bike with my own money. I've been working since 10th grade to help my mom because she is a single parent so for me the loss of about 5k including repairs leave me without transportation as I can not afford to repair it at this point. I've spent 3.7k on a bike, this isn't including the repairs i had to pay over the span of a year which amount to at least 1.4k+ after random bolts detaching and motor failing, and as soon as the warranty expired my bike had a random electrical issue where the bike wouldn't accelerate. From the owner Pete: OK, where are you going? (Direct email sent from owner) 1- Last Mile NYC replaces all of the electronics on your bike. The cost of the parts and labor is $2910.54 2- Send your bike back to Super73. They will do their own diagnosis, and determine the issues and fix the problems. Unfortunately your bike is not under warranty, the cost of packing up and freighting your bike to and from Super73 will be around $1200. Plus their diagnostic fee, parts and labor.     I brought a glitchy RadCity Bike to Edgewares in hopes of getting it fixed. I had just had a bad…read moreexperience at another bike shop where I was told it would be worked on quickly, then 2 hours later they "still hadn't heard from their e-bike mechanic" who was running late I work or something. So I brought the bike back to brooklyn and to Edgewares. The owner of the shop stopped what he was doing to come take a cursory look. When the battery was fizzing he knew there was a bigger issue so instead of promising a quick turn around he said he wanted to find the real problem but it could take time, and he'd follow up with an estimate. I appreciated the quick review and honest timeline. I got a call later that he had discovered some glitchy wires that may have also been shorting the battery and he had contacted rad wagon and found it. It was under warranty and was able to get me a replacement bike. I was floored! I was happy to pay for set up of the new bike as they had put a lot of time into it. When I realize I had forgotten the key lock for the battery when picking up the new bike they came to my house a mile and a half away to pick it up. It was incredible customer service. I have two ebikes and kid bikes and this place will be my go to for servicing in the future !

    My daughter is in cheerleading and our organization ordered team sweatshirts and other clothing…read moreitems from there. I ordered two sweatshirts one for my daughter and one for myself. Hers came out fine but mine was to small...the sweatshirt itself had the right size in the tag bt clearly mismarked. A small and a 2x can't be the same size! So I brought it back and they took it and said it will take two weeks and the will call me. Well 3 & 1/2 weeks later I still didn't hear anything so I called and spoke to a man names Chris. He said the sweatshirts were on back order and he will call me the next day to let me know when they would be in. Almost 2 weeks later I still didnt hear back so I called again. Chris said they will be in on the 15th (no explanation as to why he didn't call me back or even an apology). So they will get the sweatshirt on the 15th and send it out to be printed. I ask how long does that take...about two weeks. Are you kidding me? I said I've already been waiting alot longer than I should have n it should be top priority. The season will be over by the time I get it. He said he could try to get it done quicker but can't guarantee it. I said I should get some sort of credit for all this nonsense since it was a factory mistake and he basically said either I get a refund and no sweatshirt or I can take it up with the manufacturer. Some customer service. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!
