Hers came out fine but mine was to small...the sweatshirt itself had the right size in the tag bt clearly mismarked. A small and a 2x can't be the same size! So I brought it back and they took it and said it will take two weeks and the will call me. Well 3 & 1/2 weeks later I still didn't hear anything so I called and spoke to a man names Chris. He said the sweatshirts were on back order and he will call me the next day to let me know when they would be in. Almost 2 weeks later I still didnt hear back so I called again. Chris said they will be in on the 15th (no explanation as to why he didn't call me back or even an apology). So they will get the sweatshirt on the 15th and send it out to be printed. I ask how long does that take...about two weeks. Are you kidding me? I said I've already been waiting alot longer than I should have n it should be top priority. The season will be over by the time I get it. He said he could try to get it done quicker but can't guarantee it. I said I should get some sort of credit for all this nonsense since it was a factory mistake and he basically said either I get a refund and no sweatshirt or I can take it up with the manufacturer. This vote was casted on their selection of Superfeet insoles. I love hiking and walking, however, I suffer from a severe case of flat feet and arthritis that affects my left foot. Going back to December 6, 2014 when I wrote my review on the Henderson, NV REI; I have been wearing the Superfeet Green E insoles. Without them, I hobble. Due to the fact that there are a few REIs, I needed someplace more convenient to buy them. Nearby in Henderson, I discovered that the Galleria Mall Dick's was a convenient spot to buy sneakers. In December of 2014 and up til recently, they offered an expansive selection of sneakers at reasonable prices. When the Superfeet that I brought in REI wore out, I would find out that they sell Superfeet here. I'd return. In contrast to the Patchogue Dick's Sporting Goods, which used to be a King Kullen supermarket, the Galleria Mall location is a large two-story anchor store. In May 2024, when I visited the Lake Grove location, I saw that the sneaker prices went up big time. The way I see it, the smaller footprint of this location is that it is easy to navigate. Unfortunately they might not have what you are looking for. In my situation the footware section was easy to spot in the back right. Right there was a foot insole section that included a whole side dedicated to Superfeet. They had the Green Size E which my feet depend on. They gave zero problem trying then on to make sure that they fit. The "they" was practically no salesfloor help. The salesfloor Associate that greeted my dad and I conducted what I consider sketchy customer service. He alleged that the Superfeet that I have been buying for a decade (Wow! Ten years flies on Yelp) and have thousands of four star online reviews are these awful insoles that most of the customers return and then recommended that we go to CVS to buy insoles. My Dad and I got the impression that he is about to quit. This leads to two points. Point #1 is that they offer a 90 day warranty on insoles. And point #2 is that when I go to big box stores I have relied more on Internet reviews than the Sales Associates. We passed off his advice and brought the Superfeet. Unlike the sneakers, the prices are about identical to what they were in 2014. They were competitively priced at $54. With my Four Star vote casted, my flat feet and arthritis could lead me back to Dick's. Whether I am in Las Vegas or Long Island, they are a convenient retailer to heel my feet with Superfeet.

So, we decided to check out the New Balance store in the Smith Haven Mall shadow at the corner of Route 347 and Alexander Drive.    When it came to New Balance there seemed to be a non balance of price categories. In my opinion, all of their sneakers were expensive and overpriced. The only employee in this relatively small store, said that they sell better sneakers than the model that I had photographed in Kohl's. That is not true because the pairs I have brought from retail chains such as Kohl's have bestowed me with long-time use and compliments. Generally speaking the only employee was willing to help. Now if he would of mentioned that they had the digital foot measure device that some other reviewers had mentioned, it would of been beneficial to the point that I might of upped my rating. Nonetheless, before leaving I knew that there was a better balance of New Balance deals and selection waiting for me at the Riverhead Tanger Outlets New Balance Store.

There were some that he ended up having to go to the back stockroom to retrieve (he ended up going to the back 2-3 times, God bless him!). I ended up being in the store for over an hour and a half, but the experience was pleasant and well worth it. Ronan my cashier helped me close out my order with speed and efficiency.
