Can't say enough good things about Brew Crew Cycles!…read more Originally got 2 tickets for my boyfriend and I for him for Christmas. After telling family about it, they were all super interested. I contacted brew crew to see if we could get a full bike (14 people) for that same day and time. They were very accommodating, applied the purchase of the two tickets toward the full bike, and a coupon I got emailed to me after the purchase of the two original tickets. A few days before our tour, I emailed brew crew because people in my party were nervous about the weather (rain, all day!) Ed emailed me back and was so positive, he definitely made me feel much better! The day arrived, and it was raining. Allll day. Pouring at some points! However, we had SO much fun. We decided if it was hot out, we would have been dying! Now, the bike itself doesn't go that fast. When everyone is pedaling hard and fast, there is an increase in speed, but not that much. And let me tell you, it is definitely a work out. So you get about 30 minutes or so at each place. We went to Mustache Brewing, Birchwood bar and restaurant, and Long Ireland Brewing. Getting to Mustache was the hardest part of the tour, it was like all uphill. Mustache beers are awesome. I wish they opened the garage door because it wound up getting packed! Then went to Birchwood, which was super close to Mustache. All their beers on draft were $4! People in our group got some nachos. Then was Long Ireland. Their beers are good too, and they have a dart board, which we pretty much played with our entire time there. Our driver, Cat, was absolutely awesome! She was very sweet, kept us informed with how much time we had left, and let us play our own music! She kept up the positive vibes even when we were all soaking wet from the rain. If you book a tour here, and the day comes and it's raining, please do not cancel! We had such a blast regardless of the weather! The rain actually made it for a more funny experience. I would definitely suggest getting enough people so you have your own bike full of family and friends. Being with all people you know makes the tour that much better. Thank you, Brew Crew Cycles for an awesome experience! Already talking about doing another tour in the fall!

If you think you might need any ounce of decent customer service, stray far far away from Brew Cycle. We booked weeks in advance for a party of 14. We wanted to celebrate Labor Day Weekend with some brews and bikes, and the website advertised to spend Labor Day with them. I guess they forgot to mention that they do not actually want anyone to book on Labor Day. My mistake! (*insert sarcasm here*) So the plan was to go to three breweries. Two days before our planned ride, they called saying that the breweries were closed. They offered to reschedule for a different day. After extensive argumentation, they finally said we could go to two restaurants instead, at the same price as three breweries - when their website also offers going to two breweries at a lower price. Makes sense? Maybe if you can't do simple math. It gets better. The NIGHT before our trip, they called again. Say it isn't so... they cancelled on us. They said they just found out the restaurants were closed as well. Meanwhile, the girl we talked to literally said that this was due to a "miscommunication" since "Brew Cycle isn't supposed to be open for Labor Day, but was trying to accommodate for our group out of kindness." YOUR WEBSITE ADVERTISED LABOR DAY! No need to lie. We are all adults here. Here's the kicker: the day we were supposed to go, out of curiosity we called the two restaurants that were supposedly closed. You guessed it folks - they were indeed open. Ouch.

Planning the tour was easeful with a couple of calls and email exchanges between Alexa, Nicole, and myself. Although we booked the winery, brewery, and lunch option...time got away from us and we seemed to skip the brewery but it was still a full day. The lunch was absolutely incredible! The farm stand was outstanding..we purchased some fruit, honey, and baked goods..the pie!!! The pie was life changing. Thom and Nicole were the perfect guides and the ride was blissful! Although there are no proper bike lanes I never felt unsafe and the drivers were very courteous. Rose Hill Winery was intimate and absolutely breathtaking with fabulous wines. We rented the hybrid bikes and I was a tad nervous (about the speed) but the bikes are very easy to control. I can't wait to do more tours with East End.

She was extremely pleasant and answered all our questions while giving us highlights of what our day would entail. When we arrived we (family of 5) were greeted by Mike our fun/amazingly knowledgeable Guide and Steve who made sure we were hydrated/photographed... he was always near, driving his support vehicle in case we needed to take a break from biking...btw my son got stung by a bee and he had his first aid kit ready to go!!! Our day started out rainy which they were prepared with ponchos (thankfully not needed) stops at stunning wineries where we had fun with trivia questions as well as fun facts... stopped at a picturesque beach to have an oil tasting paired with a delicious picnic lunch set up that was perfect...continued to an orchard to pick peaches that were amazing! Stopped at a gourmet chocolate shoppe where we purchased instagrammable chocolate. Steve made sure our purchases were kept cool in his car so we didn't have to lug anything around and our chocolates didn't melt because he stored them in a cooler. They thought of everything!!! The premier North Fork tour was perfect for us and we highly recommend it. Ended our tour with ice cold towels that my daughter expressed was a great touch to a long ride. We would like to thank Nicole, Mike and Steve for a memorable day and the pictures that were taken will be printed and put in our album to be remembered forever. Thank you for the memories!

At no point should bolts randomly fling off your bike while you going down the Brooklyn bridge going 24mph. I'm a high school student and I had to pay for my bike with my own money. I've been working since 10th grade to help my mom because she is a single parent so for me the loss of about 5k including repairs leave me without transportation as I can not afford to repair it at this point. I've spent 3.7k on a bike, this isn't including the repairs i had to pay over the span of a year which amount to at least 1.4k+ after random bolts detaching and motor failing, and as soon as the warranty expired my bike had a random electrical issue where the bike wouldn't accelerate. From the owner Pete: OK, where are you going? (Direct email sent from owner) 1- Last Mile NYC replaces all of the electronics on your bike. The cost of the parts and labor is $2910.54 2- Send your bike back to Super73. They will do their own diagnosis, and determine the issues and fix the problems. Unfortunately your bike is not under warranty, the cost of packing up and freighting your bike to and from Super73 will be around $1200. Plus their diagnostic fee, parts and labor. This is an update to my May 2, 2024 Review:…read more At length, about six months after HMS sold my Kymco scooter, I finally heard back from the business: a settlement check - with a letter of apology for the failure to notify me of the sale, and my share of the proceeds. My share was about 25% of the proceeds from the sale. I regarded the settlement as perfectly unfair, and returned the check to HMS - with a letter that detailed my complaint. Again, months passed - awaiting any response. At length, HMS readily agreed to a revised settlement. Yet again, months elapsed until I received a new settlement check - with another letter of profuse apology for the delay. None of this would have occurred without my persistent effort to contact HMS - for information updates regarding the sale of the scooter. My year of contact with HMS leaves the impression of business practice that is almost unimaginably scattered and disorganized. I do not know why HMS appears to be so overwhelmed with routine business tasks. Still, I do not believe that HMS is engaged in any kind of deceptive business practice. Let's hope matters will improve at HMS. Meanwhile, customers would do well to expect the unexpected.
