I always feel safe on my rides after their careful check of all the bike parts. When my brakes failed (due to old age), I gave my bike over to "the Todds" and Greg, and knew that all would be well when I retrieived it a short time later. Everyone in that store is pleasant, efficient, knowlegeable, and friendly no matter the circumstances! I recently had to replace the bike rack on my car. Because I am a "senior-senior-senior" citizen, I simply cannot lift my heavy bike as high as I needed to do. They built a "first-try" rack and installed it on my car. Nope: it was too high. They cheerfully removed it and we repeated the process a second time, with the same discouraging results. No problem: they constructed a THIRD rack, installed it on my car and it "does the job" perfectly! They never once grumped, groused, or complained about the extra work I caused them! I am so grateful for their help AND their pleasant personalities. I would never take my cycle anywhere else! Thanks so much Todd,Todd, and Greg!!! Sara B.

I went expecting to grab a couple things and look around, but ended staying a while and talking with the owner, Bryan. He set up a little counter near the mechanic's area and was wrenching on bikes while we talked and was kind enough to answer all my questions about what he was doing. Great guy! Super knowledgeable (and funny) and clearly loves the sport and knows bikes!
