The sign said "1 hour parking 8am-8pm," and I wasn't sure if that meant free or paid/meter parking. Instead of answering respectfully, the owner responded with extreme rudeness and arrogance. He snapped back: "Can't you read the sign? It says 1 hour free parking." When I replied that the sign does not say "free," he told me: "Get out of here." First of all, the sign clearly says only "1 hour parking," nowhere does it say "free." Second, as a business owner myself, I was shocked at his attitude. The way he spoke to me was unnecessarily nasty, arrogant, and dismissive. That one encounter was enough for me to decide never to support this business. I treat others with respect and kindness, and expect the same in return; especially from someone representing a business. To think I was about to walk inside and make a purchase!Thank goodness I didn't. I'd much rather support businesses that are welcoming, respectful, and professional. It's lights years ahead of my old helmet. The stability it gives you when riding at highway speeds its simply beyond amazing. The fit and comfort this helmet gives you is unlike anything else. My old helmet gave a huge amount of buffeting so much so that the road would become blurry. The entire crew is just simply amazing and they need to get credit for their great effort.

He has been taking car of mine and my girlfriends bikes since 2016 and I honestly wouldn't trust many other places working on my bikes. From a Carburetor cleaning and jetting on my CB750 to a full Engine swap on my SV1000 jay has done everything for me. His pricing is fair and he won't ever push to sell you something that you don't need, but he also won't let the bike leave his shop if it's unsafe. He gets all the stars and I will be a customer of his as long as possible. As far as the other review by "Frank," an estimate is an estimate and things can change. It's clear from the review that he is just looking for anything to complain about even after saying Jay does good work. Saying it would have been cheaper to buy new parts is completely false. A new gas tank and carburetors, if you can even find them new for a 22 year old discontinued motorcycle would easily be over $1500. Frank clearly doesn't have any idea how much new factory carburetors and gas tanks cost.
