From the outset, Victor impressed me with his knowledge and professionalism. They cut down about 10 very tall cypress trees and 5 huge overgrown trees that hadn't been touched in 15+ years. They also demolished an old shed anchored in concrete, graded the area, put in grass and planted 7 new cypress trees along the border. In addition, they removed an old non-functioning BBQ structure and cut down about 5 palo verde trees in the front yard. All of this was done in just 2.5 days, and the results exceeded my expectations. These guys know what they're doing and have a lot of experience. Victor and I first verbally agreed on the scope of work and price, and he followed up with a contract that reflected exactly what we discussed. The workmanship is superb and the price was very reasonable. I can't say enough good things about Victor and his crew and I absolutely love my backyard now. Please take a moment to read why he truly knocked my socks off: We were working on multiple projects the week we hired Jorge. We had several pallets of crushed rock out front, which is 4 flights of stairs above the back yard where the trees and stump needed to be removed. I was making trips with the crushed rock, and would get to see his work on the trees and stump in the back yard every time I went down. Every so often, he would need to manually walk up to the street level with huge amount of branches on his back, to eventually haul away in his truck. As you'll notice in the last photo I snapped of him, every trip back down, Jorge would grab a 50lb bag on his shoulder and I would be so taken aback, I'd be like "OMG, dude.. no way!" and he would reply with a smile "I'm going down anyways! It's all good!" Only the kindest most generous and amazing men would do such a thing. I appreciated the gesture so much! I will always remember the amazing work he did removing the gigantic stump from our backyard (would've taken me weeks if not months) and it took him a couple hours.. and the trees he cut down, all amazing work! But what really stood out to me, was his gesture of good well, going above and beyond the call of duty, offering.. actually not even offering.. that would be halfway.. he didn't offer.. just just did it.. every trip down he hauled another heavy bag of crushed stone for me, because that's the kind of guy he is. Their price was much more reasonable compared to a few other services I had gotten quotes from in the area. He even identified what was a baby magnolia tree growing a foot away from our house and offered to get rid of it for free. Jorge was communicative and arrived on time the day of tree removal. He removed the trees (didn't complain when one took a bit longer than anticipated to remove), cleaned up the surrounding area and also offered to remove several piles of brush/trimmings around the property for free. I would never use this company again! we hired their…read moreservices about three years ago to conduct a study and issue a report. With the delays of the city over the past year, the city would not accept the "aged" report and asked for a new one. When we called James and asked him to revisit the site and update the report, he claimed that it would cost about the same as the original report. Alt nothing has changed at the property, while waiting for permits from the city, James said it would take even longer to issue a report as he would have to explain any changes from the first report (although the city refused the original report and NOTHING HAS CHANGED ON THE PROPERTY) We decided to reach out to other companies for a competitive price and obtained a price for a totally new report nearly 65% of-this company's price. Now remember, there is no issue of quality of the report as both companies just issue a report on the trees on s and there is no "good" or "bad" repor and hardly any justification for the inflated price and same price for updating the report. Anyway, the conversation with James was far from "giving a dam" about a customer; we paid him over $3k for the report and will now have to pay a little over $2k for a brand new one. Either way, I would never use their services again and suggest that you do the same.

The bushes, hedges, and mainly the 100+ foot trees needed some serious work. They handled it great and took care of the neighbors properties too. I didn't have to walk through it all each day, it just got done and done to what I think is the right way. They put plywood where it's necessary to protect things and are careful when limbs drop. You can't even tell that they were here besides the yard, trees, and the property, looking great. It was a multiple day job, each day they all were nice, worked hard, and got it done efficiently. Everything they cut looks natural and not just trimmed without care like our other guys, it seemed very selective and not willy nilly. They all went above and beyond what we expected. They were not the cheapest option, but Javier seemed knowledgable, trustworthy, and like he could handle the job from the get go and estimate. They weren't that far out from the cheap guys either, definitely more, but I am so glad I chose this company vs just the cheapest. Other crews have "botched" it before and I don't think we will do that anymore. We will absolutely use them again and highly recommend them.
