And now 4 months and 20+ phone calls later their ugly rusted tank is still taking up space on our beautiful property. Twice they have been scheduled to pick up however the tank is still there. I spoke with a "manager" who was not able to confirm when they could pick up the tank in the future nor could she even reschedule me a new date. 4 MONTHS later and there is still no estimated date for removal. Just about the worst customer and technical service I have ever experienced from a company.

How about putting up a sign saying the kitchen is closed? And how about serving your customers that will be there after the firemen leave. I think it is great that they feed the firemen but.... This time, I was in the restroom when he arrived. He stated he arrived at 9:25am, as you can see in the attached photos. I made the attempt to call him immediately after hearing him ring the doorbell, so he would be aware of me being in the restroom. I even got notified on my ring camera if him leaving a minute later at 9:26am, as shown in the picture. I tried flagging him down, yelling his name, and calling him as he started his truck and took off. Very frustrating and unprofessional. I never had issues with the last representative that delivered, but with Charlie, it has been miserable. Because of this, I have canceled services and went with another gas company that is going to service for 2.47 per gallon. So in a way, this is also saving me more. Win win. Bye-bye blue star.

I recently moved interstate and had to rent a truck from them. The week before my move it became apparent that he wasnt going to be able to help me and so I had to add a car trailer to my reservation. The full move was from the Willow Creek area to Tacoma, WA. I called multiple times to arrange the car trailer because they kept telling me they didnt have one available, even going so far as to call the Eureka store to try and make arrangements to get one. I made it very clear to everyone involved that the trailer would be dropped off in Medford. They charged me for the full trip for a car trailer I ordered even though I told them multiple times I was dropping it off in Medford (a difference of around $200). The woman who helped me said she didnt know how to set it up separately. I even asked her to make a separate reservation and she didn't. She also straight up lied to me and said that it could be fixed once I dropped off the truck. Uhaul is refusing to refund me, trying to say that I changed my plans mid-move. This is the worst Uhaul experience I've ever had. I do not recommend the Willow Creek Uhaul unless you have no other choice.
