These guys were amazing! We are fulltime RVers and we ended up with what we thought was a frame issue in SC. It turned out being serious suspension issue . I spent a full day calling all over and sending pictures and no one would touch our rig within hours of where we were. In desperation I reached out to insurance and was given Eric's name. Overall Gander doesn't have a fantastic rep with seasoned RVers so we were fairly nervous. Our rep from the insurance company promised these guys were amazing and could help us out. We weren't left with a choice so after sending photos of the issues and being assured by Eric that they could help we made the trek. His tech John was phenomenal and Eric's customer service and communication were incredible. We travel with three kids and two pups and all the staff was so friendly. Not only did they accommodate us in their lot for overnights as we waited on parts, but he went above and beyond to get parts there in a timely manner. Eric happily partnered with me in working with a manufacturer that I had reached out to before contacting him with our issue and had a fabricator rebuilding some of our structural needs before our parts even arrived. When wrong parts arrived, at no fault of this crew, they drove to pick up additional parts and get us on the road. Our RV isn't just a fun weekend toy for us and we cover 10,000+ miles a year with it. Safety is of upmost important to us and while I hope we don't find yourself in need like this again, I would absolutely bring any RV in need of work to this body shop. I had been searching online for several months for a new Travel Trailer for the family, and RV World was by far the best and easiest to work with. Monique Price thoroughly answered my questions when I initially started researching, and then she continued answering all my questions when I started to get more serious. Omar Benavides was a big help when I came out to look at the several options I had narrowed it down to, and that helped me settle on the Gulf Stream Conquest 323tbr. My initial plan was to wait for the RV Show which was a few weeks later, but Bret Jackson was able to make me a deal that had me excited to proceed, so I went ahead and purchased early. My family of 5 (3 kids under 6) has already used the Travel Trailer overnight, and had a blast! We can't wait for the spring time to start using it more regularly. I was a first time buyer, and very nervous about the process and purchase, but everyone at RV World of Georgia made it an enjoyable process, and it was by far one of the most exciting purchases I've ever made. One thing I wasn't expecting, but that really stood out to me, was the full orientation I was given when I went to make the final purchase. The service rep, Steve, spent over an hour with me walking me through everything I needed to know. The orientation really taught me everything I needed to know which is crucial for a new purchaser. After our first use, I called and talked Steve again, and he spent 15 more minutes just going over my questions, and helping reassure me of everything I wasn't sure about. Sorry Jimmy, your dealership had 4 opportunities (including a six-week period in the summer 2016) to make it right and failed to do so. We were told for weeks, by service, that you couldn't get parts from the manufacturer, yet when I called the manufacturer directly, they knew nothing of it and had the parts to you within a week. At one point our service adviser called to ask us if we had our camper while it was sitting on your property to be "serviced". We were told repairs were complete, only to find out when we got there to pick it up, they were not and no walk-thru or quality control had been done. The icing on the cake was a trip we took Labor Day week, after getting our camper back from your service department for a repair on a loose, leaky bowl sink in the bathroom. We were told all repairs had been completed. On the first day of the trip when the water was connected and we tried to use the sink, water gushed from underneath because the pipes were just hanging there and not connected. The sink had been attached to the counter top (crooked) with a huge mound of gooey white caulk. We either had to not use our bathroom sink for a week or try to fix it. My husband had to spend a full day of his vacation going to the hardware store to get supplies, scraping the white goo off of the counter top, making repairs to the pipes, and reattaching the sink properly. I don't think it is rocket science that if you make a repair to a loose, sliding sink that you should check to see if the pipes are attached and draining properly. As I said, there are other issues, but we will get them fixed at the manufacturer when we go there in a couple of weeks. read more

We searched on-line for a very specific model and RV World of Georgia was the nearest dealer to us that had one! We contacted RV World with our trade offer (a roll-of-the-dice for us). Shortly we received a call from salesman Jason. Friendly, personable- best part was they accepted our trade offer! So, we packed up and headed to Georgia. We really had no idea what we were heading into, never hearing of this company before, being from out-of-state (we left New England with our RV trade in tow and with blind faith we drove to Georgia completing the deal, sight unseen 1,000 miles and 16 hours). We were nervous and apprehensive when we first arrived at the pre-designated time (Saturday). We were so impressed with the large, modern facility. From the moment we entered the store we were greeted with utmost hospitality and gracious staff. Every single person we encountered during our time in the facility was super polite and kind beyond our expectations and so helpful. Since the entire transaction took a few hours, meeting with a few members of their workforce to complete, Jason kept us informed and checked in with us every few minutes. We were so happy with the way we were treated and could not have been more delighted with everything about our new RV, and RV World of Georgia. Even weeks after getting home with our new RV, we reached out to Jason who was extremely helpful and responsive to our questions and needs. All in all, it was a perfect experience. Finally, I should mention this was far from an expensive transaction, it was actually very modest yet we were treated like someone buying an expensive rig. I would go back there anytime. read more

Super staff... My husband and I drove 5 hrs to North Gate RV because we had arrangements to pay cash for a Forest River Front Living 5th wheel. When we arrived North Gate didn't deliver on their promise to sell us an RV and have us out in a day. We had sold our house. North Gate said it would be no less than a week before we could pick up the new rv. We couldn't afford to stay in a hotel over a week waiting on the new unit. We left and called RV World of GA. They understood our situation. They had the unit we wanted, gave us a better price and were super nice. Everyone from the ladies who cleaned the RVs to the General Manager treated us with respect and were friendly. They fed us and we're constantly checking on us to make sure we were comfortable while we waited. We will definitely be taking the extended drive to do business with them again. The entire staff seemed happy to be working there even after they stayed after hours for us to purchase new items for our RV. read more

The salesman (Matt) is a flat out liar and will tell you anything just to sell you something. The service department is completely incompetent as well as dishonest. The obese sales manager (don't know his name) is as greasy as they come. Again, do not go to these crooks, you will regret the whole never ending nightmare. We were in the market for a while to buy our second RV. We have been to numerous dealerships in GA and various dealerships out of state. In our findings, RV World of Georgia was superior to their competitors. We spent many Saturdays over several months talking with our sales rep, Kenneth, over a wide range of RVs that peaked our interest. Kenneth was always available to answer and assist in any questions we had about the rig or the manufacturer whether in person, email and/or phone calls. I had a wonderful experience with the purchase of my new travel trailer. Everyone from our salesman Drew to the finance people were friendly and helpful in making the purchase as painless as possible. We traded our old unit and made the whole transaction on our way to a camp out. We were introduced to the parts department for any help we might need with accessories and the service department set up our truck while we were signing the paperwork. DON'T plug your RV plug (which looks like a dryer plug!!!) into your home's 240 dryer line!!! :( I found out that the rig's electrical cord is a 110 AND I am not the only one who has done it!). So, as a result POOF! I toasted the Power Converter. The replacement part is very hard to find but after many calls, I finally found help in Camping World's Georgia location.
