Peace and Love Yelpers, I hope that you read this post before purchasing your RV so that you can be properly informed and clear about your buying decision. I waited to post a review so that I would not speak based on my emotions but rather the facts. I am a business owner myself and know how an unfriendly review can change the mind of a potential customer. Our experience with RV World has been less than satisfactory; as a result of negligent practices before, during, and after the purchase that lack viable consumer support. The company's integrity, personal touch, care, and concern was non-existent and it showed in their inability to care for us properly by addressing our valid concerns. Before Purchasing: We are first time RV owners so there were a host of tools, accessories and other hardware that we were not informed about before purchasing our RV. It wasn't until after we swiped our card that they even bothered to give us a list of what was needed in order to be prepared SAFELY for the road. During Purchasing: Our sales person handed us over to the finance department to pay for our balance after making our deposit; yet during the purchasing process we were again, not informed about the needs associated with the RV. There was a new awning sitting on the inside of the vehicle that would have taken them, (with all of there available resources) a short while to install but they refused to install it, leaving it up to us to figure it out. After Purchasing: Upon delivery we discovered water damage coming from the roof, leaking into the overhead lighting and air-conditioning system, which led to erosion in the table and in the flooring resulting in the need for thousands of dollars in repairs. We contacted the manager, Justin, a numerous amount of times about our issue and we got ignored. After discovering all the needs that we were not financially prepared to cover, we called to see if we could return the RV. They told us that we could not return it after purchasing but our sales associate informed (more than 30 days after our purchase) that we could have returned it within 72 hours; yet they told us we couldn't meaning, they blatantly lied to us, so that they would not have to return our money. We are full timers, meaning, we intend to live in our RV as our main dwelling. This disregard has caused emotional, mental, and physical strain on our lives and simply stated hurts and offends us deeply. read more

Horrible place! Brought my new 2022 camper here for warranty work. They have had it 6 mos. Still supposedly waiting for parts. Ridiculous. Ceiling panels are not hard parts to get or vinyl roofing. Meanwhile my camper has sustained more water damage while sitting on the lot because they didn't want to fix the roif until they had all of the other parts for inside work to be done. They never return calls and keep blaming shipping crisis. You can find all of these parts in any RV store or Amazon. This place is a sh#t show. read more

Disappointing experience. Nobody was on the same page. Everything was more complicated than it needed to be. Sold me a Distribution hitch they didn't have in stock and then it took 30 minutes to figure what to do, I was told they would cover the difference, then told I had to pay the difference, then told I had to pay the labor only, then we were back to I had to pay the price of original hitch and forfeit $200 gift card, then I got to keep gift card. PDI was done in the rain. Back door wouldn't close properly, scuff marks and plastic in feont cab of rv, all kinds of dirt and debris in crevices throughout. We made a deposit of $500 by CC, while sitting in office finance employee charges us an additional $3,500 on CC, when I asked wasn't it supposed to be $4,500 for a total of $5,000 deposit he said no and we went along and signed everything. THE NEXT DAY WITHOUT WARNING OR AUTHORIZATION THEY CHARGE MY CC AN ADDITIONAL $1,000 NO PHONE CALL, TEXT OR EMAIL. JUST RAN MY CARD. THIS HAS ME ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS! Worst Customer service in service department! They are all nice about selling you a $100,000 RV. But when that RV breaks down they are awful! Our brand new RV black tank valve broke right after we bought it. We live full time in the RV. Had to find a place to stay to leave out RV with the service department for a week! They never fixed it. We picked up the RV and they wanted us to buy the warranty part to fix the valve and take it with us to find someone to fix it on the road! Unbelievable! More issues left it with them another week! They did not fix anything! When we went to pick it up they asked us to pay shipping for a warranty part they never received to fix our RV! read more

Without a doubt, the absolute worst service and customer service we've ever received regarding any product we've ever owned. Newer Winnebago ERA170x needed a few small issues resolved. It went back and forth so many times and seemed like when one thing got fixed, two new problems arose. After numerous messages left for service and eventually the GM, we gave up and picked up our Sprinter with most repairs incomplete since we were moving out of state. Luckily, Winnebago stepped up, covered the items under warranty (RV World had our van so many times and so long the warranty expired) and the items were fixed perfectly by Nielson RV in St. George, UT. The one bright spot was Timothy who eventually took ownership of our service order, called us regularly with updates, etc. But, we ran out of time before they could properly diagnose the numerous problems. So, I saw a pop up online for 995. It was perfect for me I have to say. Sent them my 500 dep rushed down from South Carolina. Told them I would take it. But then sat down and the Grand total came to over 1800!!! They have a cleaning fee of 395.00 for the pop up. Told them take that off cause it's no bigger than his desk and I can clean it. Then they had another fee! A service fee of 499.00!! That's to research the tittle that any monkey can do ONLINE! The G D thing was going to auction tonight they said. I asked him if they were going to charge them the cleaning fee and 499 service fee at the auction. He didn't say nothing. I was really excited about this camper and I told them where to run that camper. I will NEVER buy a camper from a dealer EVER! read more

The sales team seemed good but unfortunately now that I've dealt with their service department I understand why most experienced RVers avoid camping world at all costs. Ended up being sold a trailer with quite a few problems. At first I requested an appointment for a few minor problems. Had a manager ask me what the issues were and then never heard from them again even after trying to follow up. Eventually has worse issues arise including a water leak in my walls that resulted in black mold in my walls. They took several months to fix my trailer, during this time they were extremely unresponsive unless I could get them physically on the phone. At every step of the way I was told they couldn't give me an estimate of when they'd be done because it always depended on the next step. At one point I contacted the manufacturer to ask why a fix had not been approved (that I had been told for almost a month camping world was waiting on manufacturer approval) they informed me they had no record of the fix request. When I finally received my trailer back it was returned with two worse leaks that immediately flooded my RV. When I brought it back they told me they aren't responsible for the care of my trailer while it's on their lot so all damage was my responsibility. To add insult to injury I was informed that they had flushed my black tank to be able to test the plumbing fix, I found out when setting up my RV at the campground that what that really meant was they opened the tank while the sewage line was still capped and then closed it again and when I tried to connect the line I got actual sewage dumped on me. I will now have to take it to court (which several lawyers and my insurance company has advised that I do) to get my money back that I had to pay them for the damage caused by their neglected care of my RV. I will not be returning for any future work on my RV and will purchase new RVs elsewhere. If you have bought an RV from them and need warranty work please know you DO NOT have to take your RV back to the original dealership. Call your manufacturer and they will give you a list of shops that accept warranty work, and will definitely give you better customer service and take better care of your RV read more

The people at RV World are experts in fixing and maintaining coaches. We purchased a used RV from a private party and it required some repairs. The team at RV World inspected it a gave us a detailed list of recommendations. " Junior" is our Service Writer and cant be any more accommodating. He keeps us advised of the status of the repairs, makes suggestions and we feel comfortable leaving our coach in his hands. We highly recommend RV World for all your motorhome needs read more

Pathetic! They like to blame everything on Covid but truth is they sucked way before Covid! Why lie to people and tell them there repairs will be completed in a week or so then they have your campers or MONTHS! Tell me the truth don't waste the entire @#$+_ camping season. My RV broke down in Atlanta when we were on our way to Florida from Kansas City. It was a very frustrating situation since we had to leave our RV there and continue our trip by car. We were very thankful to Ganders but not anymore. That are extremely prejudicial just because our Winnebago is 2002. They've been jerking us around for 4 months when all they had to do was fixing our breaks. This place is BS! read more

Very poor sales and service Consignment program is a waste of time

I wish I would have read these reviews earlier. I bought a new fifth wheel from here and was supposed to have it 2 to 3 weeks later. It has now been 5 weeks and I still do not have it. I can't get an answer as to when it will be ready. Supposedly they are waiting on parts that have been ordered but they won't tell me when they ordered them. Customer service is horrible after the sale. They don't return calls or give any idea about what is going on. I regret not going elsewhere. read more

I bought a 2018 Winnebago Foraz 36G from RV World on September 17, 2018. The unit was manufactured March on 2017 so it had been sitting on somebody's lot for over a year. When I first saw it, one of the slides was askew and was told a motor had been ordered to replace it. That was taken care of in less than a week. After this, wife and I went to test drive it after having given RV World one thousand dollars as a "holding fee" I guess. After test driving it on a Saturday morning, we went back to close the deal on Monday, Sept 17. First we had the walkthrough with a technician and during this noticed several things were out of whack. The shower door was off track (had a piece broken off at the bottom), the hood to the generator up front..the tech had to hold it up and I asked him about the support rod which was loose, the passenger side chair has a small torn place, rubber backing on steps fell down, and the vehicle air conditioning switch did not work in positions 1 or 2. We were told the switch was on order and that the other items would be corrected while we signed the papers. NEVER HAPPENED. When we left, we assumed all the above had been taken care of so we didn't inspect the rv. When we got home the fun began. Found that hood latch was broken off (gone), received no info pack that comes with Winnegabo products, had only one set of keys (2) and there supposed to be 3 keys in a set, one ignition and 2 entry door keys. Thus far we have found: the rod for the front hood is broken at the bottom, water would not go to the water heater, tilt steering wheel won't stay in position and etc. I spoke with the general manager at RV World and he said that all this was covered under warranty and they would fix it. I told him that it was not likely that I would take it back to them for any repair work. I am now wondering that I paid them $695.00 for a prep fee? I would rate this business at 0 stars but that is not an option. read more

We brought our camper in last week for our yearly annual maintenance and I'm delighted with the experience we had! Jr was such a delight to work with. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and insured us everything would be taken care of in a timely manner, and it was! topic: key message: the vehicle has been out of service for over 30 days for repairs for non-conformity three times since our purchase may 26, 2018. the first time out of service was from june 23,2018 to august 25,2018. a total of 66 days out of service. the second time out of service was from september 4, 2018 to october 20,2018. a total of 45 days out of service. the third time out of service the vehicle has been out of service for over 30 days for repairs for non-conformity three times since our purchase may 26, 2018. the first time out of service was from june 23,2018 to august 25,2018. a total of 66 days out of service. the second time out of service was from september 4, 2018 to october 20,2018. a total of 45 days out of service.e was from november 1, 2018 to january 18,2019. a total of 78 days. out of the 231 days that we have been making payments, we have had possession of it for 42 days. it has been out of service 189 days. this has certainly been a hardship on my wife and me. it has been eight months of nothing but worry, anguish and disappointment. this has killed our retirement dreams. 1st point: the vehicle has been in repair, for water leaking into the cab 189 out of 231. we have had it in our possession 42 days since purchase date. we planned trips, that had to be cancelled. we've had no use of the vehicle in the eight months since we purchased it 0n may 26,2018. the vehicle has had water pouring into the cab on two different work orders (w.o. 5438,6659) and still leaking on third #7381. the leak on work order # 5438 was written up by rv world upon check-in of the vehicle. this is a nonconformity and safety issue. you can not drive a vehicle with water pouring in on you like a heavy rain and drive it safely. i might note here that a point of entry for water from the outside has more relevance than gravity where the leak into the cab is concerned. there is the problem with the tail lights having moisture in them. there is a real chance that they will short-out and we will not have brake lights taillights and backup light, which would make it easy to be hit in the rear, a safety issue. the tail lights have been written-up three times (work orders # 6659 resealed taillights, #7381 replaced and resealed #8074 replaced tail lights). it is setting out there now with moisture in the tail light. i would say that the problem isn't the tail light assemblies but water between the interior wall and the exterior wall. all i know is we have been without the vehicle that we've been making timely payment on for 8 months and haven't used the vehicle one time. the only time it has been driven since we purchased it, is to and from rv world for repairs. it has had appoximately 233 miles on it. it is 32 miles from home to rv world, it was on that road 7 times. 2nd point according representative, and the check-in work order #5438 on march 1, 2018, it appears the vehicle has been in an accident. if you will note, the only date on this work order #5438 was the day it was checked in and it listed numerous problems including water pouring into the cab of the vehicle. that was a full two months before we purchased it. they had 85 days to repair the vehicle before it was put on the lot for sale. obviously, they put it on the lot to sell without running a leak test, because it was pouring water into the cab when we got it home the first time after purchasing it on may 26, 2018. next go to book now i would like to point your attention to w.o. #5438 page:5-10. this work order was written up on march 01, 2018, my name was added to this work order on may 26,2018. the first time we saw the work order was november 8,2018. we had never been told about the work order or the water pouring into the cab or any other problems with the vehicle. the vehicle is setting here and won't start. has to be jumper and radio won't work 2nd time and water in storage compartments. read more

I would tell everyone to avoid this RV dealership, they don't deserve 1 star!!! Hands down the worst RV dealership in the state of Georgia. I had to get an attorney involved before they agreed to complete everything that was to be completed prior to picking up my unit. Outside of that I mentioned several times about my generator shutting down after only running an hour or two. I was told they couldn't duplicate the issue but of course as soon as I picked it up ran for about two hours it shut down. Being frustrated I decided to go somewhere else where they were able to duplicate the issue and diagnosed the issue to be the fuel pump. I was also informed the generator oil was very dirty and about a quart low. According the the paperwork from Gander RV (RV World of Ga) they completed a generator service which was suppose to correct my generator issue which it didn't so now I find it hard to believe they even did the service. I also called Cummins the generator manufacturer and no warranty claim was ever entered, so that proves it wasn't investigated. I called and spoke to Kevin Jones (Gander RV) who stated since we didn't collect money there's nothing we can do unless you want to bring it back. There's no way in HELL I'm bringing my RV back to them after they had two opportunities to fix it correctly!! So basically I'm about to pay for a service that should have been completed. I write all this to say STAY AWAY FROM GANDER RV unless you like wasting time and money!!! read more

**Edit 4/7/2019 I was hoping to return with a better review. That isn't happening. Got our NEW CAMPER back 4 months later and for some unknown reason we have holes with tape on them on our roof. No explanation. And we are once again not receiving return emails or calls from the individual we have been working with. This is on top of the chip we found in the TV, damaged bathroom counter top and a hole in our wall under out ventilation hood in the kitchen to just name a few. The lack of respect for your customers and their belongings is embarrassing. All you all want is a good review which you are not going to get with this type of service. read more

I arranged for my Motorhome to be brought in for Service. My fridge had a recall and I wanted a few small miscellaneous items taken care of. I made sure all parts where in stock before I dropped it off. After the first week the small items where supposedly complete but the fridge had a separate issue. I agreed to the additional repair. After second week I was told the part was bad. After third week, it now needed another part. After the fourth week I expressed my frustration. It was then pulled from the technician and given to someone else. Three days after being handed over, I was told it was ready. This was day 37 after dropping it off. I made arrangements to pick it up on day 42 when my schedule allowed. After waiting 45 minutes to bring my coach around, I was handed the keys and the driver just walked away. I inspected the RV and was shocked at how dirty the interior was. Trash on the floor, countertops and seats. Parts to the fridge where still sitting on the table. After checking the other repairs, I found the slide out switch was installed backwards, the awning did not even extend and the cover I had on the driver seat was now missing. Obviously, no quality control or Inspection was done after the fact. I went back in and spoke with the service manager. He agreed to take it back in right then and take care of everything. After waiting 2 hours, I was told it was ready. The so called cleaning was obviously rushed through, the other items where taken care of except for the seat cover that disappeared. At this point, I just wanted to get out of their as fast as I could. I never received any type of follow up, apology or explanation. I would not recommend them for any type of service. Paul, Ashley, Landon, big mike, and Jason were amazing and attentive to everything we had questions on! I realize this a lenth post/review but one that is very necessary! In my opinion, RV doesn't deserve a rating period. When I took my TourMaster motorhome to RV-World to have the windshield wipers reconnected when Freight Liner un-plugged them at the time new batteries were installed, they promised to have me ready to get back on the road before the of the day, Friday afternoon. I received a call from Kevin Jons, the service manager, telling me they unable to get to the repairs before the end of the day. Trying to leave on our long-awaited trip to South Dakota I told him I understood, even though I was disappointed, I would come to pick up my motorhome early Monday morning so we could leave. He assured me the motorhome would be ready. When I arrived at RV World Monday morning at 9:00 am I was informed my motorhome would not start because the batteries were bad. Remember, I just had new batteries installed at Freight Liner which made me very suspicious of what I was been told. I waited for two hours and forty-five minutes with my wife and dog were waiting in the car. After checking with the service desk a number to times I was told they were having problems starting the motorhome. I told Mr. Kevin Jones and the employee at the service desk if they would not take me to my motorhome I was going to climb the fence to see what was going on. That point an employee at the service desk told me he would take me back to where my motorhome was parked. When he retrieved a golf-cart he took me to where my motorhome was parked. When arrived where it was parked I discovered my motorhome had been wrecked. Someone parked another motorhome beside my motorhome so close they mashed the left-side mirror and damaged the rear awning arm. I took pictures of the damage and browed some tools to put the mirror back where it should be so I could leave on our trip, could not leave my wife and dog in the car any longer. I told Mr. Kevin John and the service desk person I would bring my motorhome back to have all the paint to the mirror and awning repaired. The starting issue was because they had the main-switches turned off, once I turned the switches on I started the generator and the motorhome and left with my wife on our trip. When I returned from our trip from South Dakota I took my motorhome back for the repairs, nothing was done for a week. After complaining to Mr. Kevin Johns about the service I was receiving he promised he would get it done ASAP and would wash the motorhome, they never washed my motorhome, for all the delays and the numerous trip back to RV World for the repairs as a way to show they were at fault/wrong and wanted to make it right. I thought at the time that was the first time anyone showed any concern for the problems RV World has caused. When I went back to RV World the second time because the paint was the wrong color and that the paint was not completed on the mirror and the awning would not open and close correctly. After being delayed with excuse-after-excuse I wanted to speak to the manager, Mr. Jimmy Grotz. After my meeting with Mr. Grotz, he committed to me he would see what was going on and would make it right. What a waste of time, he did nothing. In fact, he ended up being the problem. After talking with my wife she informed me because my motorhome is registered in Montana they thought I live there and they would never hear from me again. Little did they know I live in Atlanta GA. After a number of attempts trying to get RV World to do the right thing, Mr. Grotz calls my cell phone yelling at me when I did not respond to his yelling he hung up and later sent an email to inform me they were not going to do anything about the awning and that he would make arrangements with the painting department to make time for me, after the fourth time. I sent an email to Mr. Grotz that I would like to contact the owners of RV World to ask them to look into all that happens to me and that I did not trust Mr. Grotz or Mr. Kevin Johns any more, of course, he refused. I ask Mr. Grotz for all employees that work on my motorhome, the employee who park the other motorhome beside my motorhome causing the damage to my motorhome and the other motorhome, a copy of any training manuals provided before they allow an employee to drive/park class A motorhomes. I explained to Mr. Grotz whoever caused the damage used only the backup camera and never look at the mirrors to see how close he was to my motorhome. That's how all this happen, an inexperienced employee being allowed to drive and or park class A motorhome. I'm still trying to locate an address for the RV World owners to inform them the type of management they have, running off their customers and to serve them with legal action. read more

Avoid this dealership at all costs. We had dropped our RV by to get it serviced and while that was being done, We talked to a young salesman about a travel trailer. The sales manager gave us a very low Black Book offer for our trade-in which we didn't accept. In order to finance a travel trailer we agreed to let them sell it on consignment. We didn't have a chance to get our personal belongings out of the motor-coach at the time we signed the contract, as it was in the service department. The consignment manager said he would have everything boxed up and waiting for us. When we went by the next Saturday, the consignment manager told us he couldn't find the box of our belongings, but that he would locate it a call me to come retrieve it. He never called back, despite our repeated calls and visits to see him. We had about $300.00 dollars worth of equipment and kitchen/cookware in the coach. We've never seen it again. The consignment manager did a very poor job of advertising our RV and it never sold. To top it all off, when we came by to get our coach, the propane tank was completely empty, and when we left it there the propane tank was full. It is a 16.1 gallon/68 lb capacity tank. So that is another $50.00 they ripped us off for. The manager, one Jim Grotz basically told me that I was out of luck. He wasn't going to do anything for me. This very well be the worst RV dealership in North America! Do not buy there! Do not bring your RV there for service! Don't give them ANY of your hard-earned money! The only caring, honest person we met there was the young salesman. I hope he finds a better position at an ethical RV dealership in the area. It's hurtful and alarming to feel that you won't be treated equally and/or valued as a consumer, based solely on the color of your skin. When I arrived there today, I was beyond excited to have my friend help me make some decisions about such a major purchase. Worst service dept ever. We have had a brand new camper since March 2019 and it has continuously been in the shop for repairs. This would be fine if the service dept would just fix it right the first time. They don't call you back when they say they will, they keep the camper for weeks at a time and every time we go to pick it up it is not fixed properly. Junior is not good to work with. We have cancelled two camping trips because the service dept couldn't get our camper back to us. Do not use this RV dealer!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

We purchased a used 2013 Class C Forest River Sunseeker from this company February, 2017. We also purchased the Good Sam's Vehicle Service Contract, GAP, Tire & Wheel Protection, Travel Assistance, and Emergency Alert (non-refundable) for a total of $7,294. This was a big mistake. We were at the dealership from around 10:00 AM the morning of the purchase until after 8:00 PM. We were the last customer for the day. The financial person was tired as were we. He kept placing documents in front of us and telling is what they were and we signed them without reading them (our mistake). The first time we used our RV the automatic levelling jacks stopped working and had a hydraulic leak which was not shown on the inspection report. We took our RV to one of their sister companies (Camping World of Byron GA) for repairs. They kept our RV for over a month and finally after I got involved with Good Sam's Vehicle Service department we finally got it repaired. While at the Byron GA location the battery in the RV died and had to be replaced (not cover by warranty). We asked RV World of Buford to pay for the battery since we had only had the unit for a little over a month and was told it was not their responsibility. Fast forward to December, 2017, we decided to sale our RV due to medical issues within our family and did not have the time to use it. I called RV World of Buford on December 15, 2017 and had them Email me the forms to cancel our warranties. I filled out the forms and emailed them back the same day. We received refund from the Good Sam's Vehicle Service Contract in a decent amount of time but as for the remaining 4 we still have not received the refund and when I called and spoke with the General Manager I was told that the Emergency Albert warranty was non-refundable. I spoke the warranty company directly and they told me that the dealership should have given us a sticker to place on our RV to be able to utilize the service. We did not receive any sticker nor did we receive anything from the warranty company for this service. I did go back and look at the paperwork for this particular warranty and found that it did state non-fundable. I explained to the General Manager about the day of the purchase and he said it was our responsibility to read the paperwork before we signed (as I stated above the financial person really did not give us time to read them (this is still our mistake) but, I explained that since we did not receive the stickers from them nor anything from the warranty company they should give us a refund. The Customer Service at RV World is terrible, the General Manager does not seem to have any people skills and tends to talk down to people. We drove a 2 hour drive to look at Rvs. I love the way you don't have anyone hounding you from the start. We were able to look on our own and we loved that part. When we were ready to to talk to sales person, we were directed to a salesperson (I think TJ or some kind of initials was his name) and he let us know at the beginning that he was very busy and he had people coming to see him with an appointment. He did take some time with us, but as soon as his appt. showed up we were practically shown the exit door telling us he would get with the manager about pricing and give us a call. It's been 5 days and no call. Wow, they must not need or want our business. It wasn't a total waste though because we did get to take our time and look at all the RVs without being bothered. read more

GANDER RV OF ATLANTA: previously known as RV world of Georgia We Purchased a new Motor coach from this Dealership. Although the purchase of our motor Coach was a fair experience and the sales staff was Outstanding with the exception of the financing and interest rates, this review is on service after the sale only and that alone is a deal breaker for us. Within the first 6 months and after the first use of our purchase of a brand new Motor coach, we had to take it back for repairs. The Service Department personnel were friendly and courteous yet failed to understand all of the issues at hand. With the first visit there, the only items that were fixed were ones that required no part replacement. And whatever technician they had working on those first repairs did not complete them all properly. While on a lengthy trip we stayed in contact with the service writer, as to send even more information on issues that we had while on the road. With this said at the return of our trip we still had to write up all  issues on a work order. I gave the service writer a detailed list of the problems that we have had with the motor coach while on our trip. When we returned a month later to pick up our motor Coach, and according to the copy of the work order, Not all of the issues where properly written up or repaired (as stated on the detailed list given to them). When I questioned both the service writer and the technician who completed the work(for the most part) on a problem with the fresh water tank, it was stated that they could not get the malfunction to repeat. I  find this explanation hard to understand as the discrepancy was not properly written up on the work order. The distance between our permanent residents is a lengthy trip in its self, so (in my view) the cost to return is outside of what should be expected by the customer. Once again the personnel are very polite and courteous here. With that said, I  do not believe that this business warrants a reference or referral by myself other than to shop elsewhere when  deciding on servicing your RV. read more

They sell used campers with major issues and lie and say they were "unaware" of it. Yeah right. I'm "sure" they bought it without thoroughly checking before low balling some poor soul. To make matters worse as I left (ahead of my wife) one of the employees popped off to her. Long story short, we bought a camper with a rotten roof and had to pay them to get it half-a** "sealed" - not fixed. TRUST ME STAY AWAY!!!!! read more

Spent 100k on a new RV. Almost one year later they still haven't done what they promised. The only satisfaction I can get is YOU who is reading this.. Go somewhere else. Because trust me.. Once you sign the paperwork... They could care less about you. My patience has been tested like never before...this was supposed to be fun. Sigh. read more

BUYER BEWARE!!!! ABSOLUTELY the very very worst Customer Service we have ever had We bought a product from this company a week ago. The connections don't work correctly and it's apparently a poor design. I called RV World yesterday and a young man said yea, no problem, bring it back for an exchange to a better unit. We returned to RV World today and they will not stand behind this product AT ALL They were pushing us out the door. Total disrespect and wouldn't even Try to solve our problem. They want to sell sell sell but when it comes to problems they don't want to even talk to you. Be sure to ask about their non existent return policy. read more

The recent purchase of my 5th wheel trailer included delivery. This guy (who supposedly is one of their best drivers) made a fiasco out of backing it about 150 feet down an almost straight driveway. He kept getting the rear end totally off the driveway and pointed into the woods. Then he'd come forward a few feet and try again. It seemed like the turned the steering wheel in the wrong direction every time missing trees by inches. When he finally got about where I wanted it, he jumps out and disconnects. I asked him to let me put a 2x6 under the wheels on one side to level it, but he refused saying he was told to just drop the trailer and leave. Another issue is that he lowered one of the front jacks right on the edge of the driveway. It keeps breaking away and sinking a little more all the time. Made worse by recent heavy rains. Right now I'm trying to find someone with a 5th wheel truck to move the trailer a few feet so I can put down a 2x6 and change the angle of the unit to be on the driveway. I'm getting quotes of $200 for a simple job that never should have been necessary. read more

Anyway , then we went to Camping World and we felt like we died and went to heaven... Courteous and absolutely spent all his time (Renzo) showing us the lot.. I am writing this unsolicited by the dealer or its staff. My husband and I purchased a travel trailer from here. Chris F. was our salesperson and Adam was our service technician. We had a complicated thing happen with our car and I have to say that these guys were nothing but patient, courteous and attentive with us. I don't doubt the negative reviews, but my experience was the opposite of theirs. read more

If I could give a rating of 0 for this place, I would. I have never dealt with an RV place as horrible as this one. They are clueless and their customer service is the worst I have ever seen. They don't know their way around an RV so I'm assuming their staff isn't trained at all. My motorhome as been there for 2 months and still isn't ready. They order the wrong parts, they put in wrong parts.....oh I could go on here and run out of space. My advise is stay away. They were bad before they were bought out by Camping World and now they are awful. I don't see this place making it at all. read more
