Only problem was that dealer was 4 hours away. Called and spoke to Nathan at around 4:00pm. That's when the over the top exceptional customer service experience began. We had recently thought we found a vehicle only to arrive at dealer and find the car was sold. Expressed our concern that this might happen again. Nathan explained the VA Select Policy of not "holding" a car if someone came into lot and wanted to purchase. What he did do, was commit to letting us know upon closing that evening (via text), that the car was in fact still available and we could commit to driving there in the morning. But that wasn't good enough for Nathan. He also went the extra mile and took a picture of a scratch he noticed on the vehicle and sent us pictures. Said he would ask the body shop to buff it out first thing in the morning. We texted Nathan when we departed our house at 6:30am (they don't open until 9) and he was then able to remove it from the lot so no one could purchase since we were now enroute. Upon arriving to the location after 4-hour drive, the first thing we say at the entrance was a shiny, newly detailed Dodge Charger. My son was very excited and Nathan proceeded to give us a 30-minute certificate to do a test drive. This completely suprised us, as our experience had been drive around the block with saleperson hovering in back seat. Son was convinced it was the car after driving it for 5 minutes. Upon our return, Nathan offered us beverages and escorted us to his desk for the daunting "sign and make it yours experience". Not once did we feel pressure. No haggling was required (we knew this before we came), and Nathan patiently answered each and every question. Once the paperwork was complete and ready for us to go to the financing department, we all went outside and talked about the car some more. Nathan shared several personal stories with our family and we were happy that we had him as our salesperson. But it didn't stop there. Once Finanace was ready for us, Nathan took it upon himself to take the vehicle to the the nearby service station and top of the gas tank. Outstanding. The financing process was quick and painless as we had pre-approval for the loan. Robert Seeney (F & I Manager) took over from there and made sure all the paperwork was in order since we were from out of state. He was extremely professional and had the personality of someone who took the customer service experience seriously. Bottom line is that our experience with Virginia Select Auto was exceptionally pleasant and we would hope that everyone would get the opportunity to work with Nathan if in the market to purchase a car. Their no-pressure process is something we will never forget. Thank you VA Select Auto!

I read the reviews which were great, but the selling point was membership with the Better Business Bureau. Tom showed up on time, took care of the ding quickly, and even gave a thoughtful tutorial on how I should use my touch up paint to finish the job. So encouraging in this day and age to find someone who is proud of the good work he does and the excellent reputation he has earned. I recommend him without hesitation.

However, I later received a notification indicating they were already on-site and that the vehicle was in the towing process.The problem was that I was sitting inside the vehicle the entire time, and no tow truck in sight. The status update was simply a LIE and totally inaccurate. I immediately called the towing company for clarification, and my insurance company also attempted to reach them. NO one answered the phone, and their voicemail mailbox was full, making it impossible to leave a message or get an update. Providing FALSE status updates and being unreachable when customers need assistance is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I cannot and will never recommend this company.

He was pleasant..... think his name was Jeff. Having them come to your home is huge and we use text while he worked in my ding just in case he had any questions. Hope I won't need them again anytime soon but if I do.....I wouldn't hesitate.

the absolute WORST safelight experience of my life! made an appointment for at home service that…read morewas delayed twice for a total delay, so far, of 3 weeks. i'm still waiting, with conflicting excuses coming from the company office and technicians that range from "waiting for parts" to "we can't find your windshield and we don't know why." i would not recommend doing any business with this company/location, until it gets its internal logistics, scheduling, supervision, and customer service functions coordinated. i've been frustrated and personally & professionally inconvenienced enough by this company (the windshield damage is too extensive to make my vehicle safe to drive), will advise my insurance company USAA of the incompetence i've encountered, and will look to another franchise, should any future windshield replacement be needed.
