The alternator was extremely stubborn to remove, and this repair ended up taking closer to 4 hours. What impressed me most was his persistence. He kept working through the difficulty rather than rushing the job or giving up. By the time he finished, it was well into the dark, and he was still there making sure the repair was completed properly. I also appreciated that he was willing to work with the parts I provided and was transparent about the work being performed. He didn't make me feel rushed, and he stayed focused on getting the vehicle repaired. That kind of dedication is hard to find. When a repair doesn't go exactly as planned, you want someone who is willing to put in the extra time and effort to get the job done right. I loved that aspect of it. The staff at this facility are nice, and they were trying their best but with 1 person to greet customers, answer the phone, schedule appointments and only 1 person who showed up to work on cars, a nail in the tire, tire repair or new tire, ended up taking almost 2.5 hours. We were hoping that it would be a fast easy patch, but it ended up being a new tire. While we were there, 2 more worked showed up to work on the cars, so I think that is why it only took 2.5 hours but even with only 1 worker, they said 90 minutes or so, not 150 minutes. They were trying their best and plenty of customers called upset and even some who came in, were upset and left because they waited so long and were never greeted. I appreciate that they tried their best and did a good job. The place is very dirty, and needs a cleaning. There is a restroom.

Oh and I was told my car was ready not just once, but twice it was ready only to arrive at Firestone and it not be ready. I guess if you have money to burn and unlimited time Firestone is not that bad.
