Instead of providing the color I asked for, the technician repeatedly tried to substitute multiple different shades and insisted they were "clear pink" when they clearly were not. I even looked at the bottles myself and knew they were different colors. After several attempts to explain what I wanted, another employee came over to assist. They disappeared for a while and eventually returned with a bottle labeled "DND Clear Pink," but it looked completely different from the actual product I have used before. The bottle itself didn't even match the standard DND packaging, which raised even more concerns. What frustrated me most was feeling like my concerns were being dismissed. I knew exactly what color I wanted, yet I was repeatedly told I was wrong. Throughout the interaction, the employees continued speaking among themselves in their language and would occasionally say "clear pink," which made the entire situation feel uncomfortable and unprofessional. To make matters worse, after all of the confusion and after I decided not to proceed with gel polish, I was still charged an additional fee to remove the existing polish. So not only did I not receive the service I specifically requested, but I ended up paying extra as well. There are far too many nail salons with excellent customer service to deal with this kind of experience. If a client tells you exactly what they want, listen to them instead of trying to convince them they don't know the difference. Very disappointing experience.

I drove over an hour 1 way to go here. Signing in was easy but when I sat down with my nail tech, he didn't offer any water or anything. Just started working on my nails which is fine. He did a decent job. By the time I drove home and took a shower the gel was coming off. I doubt he even put gel on if it came off that fast! I was charged $45 dollars for nails to come off within a few hours and I tipped $10. Now I have to go to my normal nail tech near me and see how much she will charge to fix someone else's work. The quality has gone downhill. Normally people will ask if you want something to drink or have quality products that don't come off right away. It was a lesson learned though.

She asked all the right questions and told me what was happening before each new step because it was my first time and I had asked her to so that I wouldn't get caught off guard. She began by soaking my feet in warm/hot water for a few minutes and then proceeded to cut/trim my cuticles and toenails to my preference. She then added in the first 2 packages from the volcano set and an eruption of bubbles starting foaming! I then got my heels scrubbed which was pretty intense for me but she had given me a warning beforehand so it was all good. She then exfoliated my legs with a sugar scrub followed by a rinse. A mask was applied to my legs after the rinse and then each leg was wrapped with a hot towel. After the towels cooled off, oil was applied and the massage began. It started with a hot stone massage, followed by a dip into paraffin wax which felt awesome! After the wax cooled off, it was rinsed off and she applied the lotion from the volcano package and finished the pedi off with a great foot/leg/shoulder massage. The aroma stuck to me until I got home 3 hours later. My feet and toes felt brand new (soft like a little baby's) 10/10 I would highly recommend.

I have been getting the same pedicure since I started coming here: curved nails, a French tip, and shellac. Despite this, they consistently fail to get it right. My nails are often crooked, the work is poorly done, and there have even been instances where I was left bleeding. What makes the experience even worse is that when you point out an issue, instead of taking accountability and correcting it, they become defensive and try to make you feel like you're the problem. The quality of service and customer service are both extremely disappointing. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and receive the service I'm paying for, not be made to feel unwelcome for requesting a simple, consistent service. I have given this place multiple chances, but enough is enough. Only 3 people working on a Saturday, waited about 30 to get started on my pedicure. Both of the nail technicians did a good job, the only think I do have to say is cleanliness of the spa is very poor, very unsanitary.
