Some of the items are exclusively sold at Reynolds Advanced Materials; they even have their own crafted stuff that are far superior in quality and inexpensive. I had a great experience with Framed in Montrose…read more On short notice, my sisters tasked me with getting a photo of one of our younger brothers enlarged to 10x14 and framed. Sadly this framed photo was needed for his funeral. My wife and I met with Adam and explained our situation. We had one week before the services. Adam understood quickly our needs and promptly found the gold colored wood and matting that worked with the photo we had with us. That photo was on my phone. We selected the frame and matting and placed our order. For the actual photo, he sent us a few blocks away to Color Zone to meet with Garo for the enlargement of the photo. Within two hours, Garo had the enlarged photo that we then took to Adam. He promised us the framed photo in four days and actually had it ready in three. The framed photo was beautiful and was displayed prominently at his memorial services. Thank you Adam and his father, Frank for their kindness during a difficult time for me and my family.

We needed a paver engraved and they were quick to respond, which was appreciated. The paver was…read morebeing installed as part of a patio being constructed as an Eagle Project for a local community center. We asked for a grey paver but they could only find a red one. Fine. When I picked up the final product, the engraving was horrible! The owner blamed the material the paver was made from - HE purchased the paver, not me. IF THEY ARE EXPERTS, they should have known which materials would work and which ones don't. Even his employees recognized the poor results. I spoke with the owner and expressed my disappointment, expecting that he might acknowledge the poor result - the owner insisted it was due to the material and billed me the full $130 knowing I wasn't pleased. That's bad customer service. If the poor quality was due to the materials he selected, why should I be held responsible for the cost? Thats like ordering dinner and having the chef blame the poor ingredients and charging you full price! We showed the paver to numerous people who all agreed it was unusable and a total waste of money. We ordered another paver from Etsy for a fraction of the price, including shipping, and it was substantially better! Research Etsy before considering LA Laser Cutting.
