This was one of the most uncomfortable and unprofessional customer experiences I've had in a long time. My daughter was genuinely excited to experience the Gabby's Dollhouse event. We arrived a few minutes early for her scheduled time and were browsing the store while waiting. During this time, an employee named India followed me throughout the store, staring, giving hostile looks, and projecting a clear attitude. It felt like I was being surveilled rather than welcomed as a paying customer. This behavior was inappropriate, unnecessary, and completely unacceptable.. especially in a store meant for families and children. The management was just as concerning. The manager on duty presented herself in a sloppy, unprofessional manner and did not step in to create a welcoming or organized environment. The entire staff appeared overwhelmed, poorly trained, and incapable of handling even light pressure. There was no leadership, no customer care, and no sense of professionalism. This is not just a "bad day" situation.. this reflects deeper issues with hiring, training, and management. After reading other reviews, it's clear this location has an ongoing pattern of poor service and disrespectful treatment of customers. That tracks with what I experienced firsthand. This is supposed to be a fun, magical experience for kids. Instead, the energy was tense, judgmental, and disorganized. I will be contacting corporate because this location is a terrible representation of the brand. My four year old absolutely loves Gabby's Dollhouse, so taking her to the Los Angeles pop up was an easy decision and she was definitely not disappointed. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt colorful, vibrant, and thoughtfully designed for kids who love the show. The host leading our group did a wonderful job. She was warm, personable, and clearly great with children. You could tell she genuinely enjoyed working with kids, which made the experience feel welcoming and engaging for everyone. The rooms themselves were super cute, immersive, and full of fun details, and all of the kids in our group seemed to be having an amazing time. From a parent perspective, especially having purchased tickets for both child and adult, the experience did feel a bit rushed at times. I would have loved more time in certain rooms to really let the kids explore and enjoy each space fully. That said, my daughter had such a blast and seeing her excitement made it completely worth it. Cute little store, even if you don't buy tickets to the special CAMP event. Located in the Century City Mall. For special CAMP events: we've only been to one, the Nike camp. It was well crafted and designed great. The staff was excited and so were the kids, it did trend a bit older than my toddler at the time, but he still liked it. My only issue has been that they don't do a ton of truly unisex themes, like Nike or Bluey. The last two have appealed more to the girl moms in my friend group than the boy moms like me;(. For example, they had a Mermaid theme last year and Gabby's Dollhouse this year). In the store: they have toys for sale, an off-road truck (that my sons really enjoyed pretending to drive and climbing on top of) and also a cool make your own slime station. If you're in the mall, have young kids with you and need 30 mins to kill, come here and have a great time! If you have more than 30 minutes, also checkout the LEGO store in the same mall! They also do birthday parties on the weekends. Pricing is competitive with other indoor party venues. read more

The good: I came again for the Little Mermaid Ariel experience and Gabby's Dollhouse experience and enjoyed it a lot more than the Bluey experience! For the Gabby experience we were one of only two groups so it was nice that the experience felt very personal and intimate. The two experience were very different from one another. The Gabby experience was led by only one person. The Little Mermaid experience was mostly led by one person at a time but had 3-4 actors who also sang and led scavenger hunts/asked questions. I feel lucky to be close enough to this place that I can attend these fun and unique kids' adventures. The bad: My kids were too shy to interact in many of the activities but the workers were good about working around them. I wish we had more time in each room. 45 minutes ended up feeling rushed for the Gabby experience. Parking is free for the first hour only and there are no stores that validate your ticket. The interesting: The CAMP store is located upstairs on the 2nd floor of the mall. The front is a store that sells toys and has a small slime lab. The experience itself is "hidden" behind the back wall where the candy/toy jars are. read more

Very pricey for the items sold. It is definitely kids oriented. There is the "secret" room in the back with the rolling shelf door. The back area has the summer camp theme for kids. For adults it's basically a store/workshop/playground in a respective 65/20/15 proportion respectively. The activities are sort of neat that you can do it in a different environment. The cost of the activities is not particularly reasonable given the cost of the materials. The experience is not so different from any basic school activity. We probably spent around $60 on the activities and came out with a jar of slime and a drawing. The toy selection has novelty in the sense there is often unheard of brands or uncommon but all still very pricey. read more

I enjoyed this experience for Gabby's Dollhouse on a Saturday. My daughter loved the different rooms that were decorated like different rolls in the dollhouse and she was so excited to meet gabby. It was a 45 minute experience. The group I was in had too many people in my opinion. Even though it was 45 minutes I truly do not think my daughter got to experience each part as there were many kids running around and taking over things she was playing with. Or they'd get right in front of her right before she was about to play with something. I would say there maybe needs to be a lower cap on the groups but at the same time I loved being able to see each room and so did my daughter. My review is based on the Bluey Experience. Save your money and don't bother going. I bought tickets almost 3 months in advance and was excited to take my little relatives to this. When you first arrive, you're given a colored wristband at check in. You are to wait and browse their gift shop until your color is called. Once your called up, you enter a Bluey's makeshift house/rooms replicas from various episodes from the show. This place was crowded! I'm not even sure why they even separated colors and split the groups into intervals when all the colors were inside the "house" together most of the time anyway. I felt there wasn't any organization to the madness. Kids were running around everywhere and parents were trying to follow them. Props, floors and walls were dusty and dirty. There's only so much you can do in there and with all these kids running around and screaming, the experience isn't pleasant. I could just go to a nearby park for free to get the same experience. Already frustrated, we finally move on. Each family is able to take pictures with Bluey and Bingo before exiting. Once you leave, you're in another gift shop. I saw people who bought pictures they had just taken. I walked to the register and asked if I could see my photos as well. Apparently, the photographer forgot to take pictures and hand me a QR code so they never uploaded any pictures. At least I had some from my phone... Well, I tried to make the best of our time and the experience; But it wasn't very pleasant. For the price (parents pay also), it was not worth it. The experience started off awkwardly when we had reservations yet were still left confused when we arrived and told to just hang out. A random kid told us about a hidden wall and that was the most information we received all day. Finally, we "figured it out" and were happy once camp was announced. The experience at first was as okay (cool memorabilia and quirky decorations) but for my younger toddler it was very out of place. We were told initially this was a time slot for her age but I feel sold. My daughter didn't really enjoy or play in any of the rooms. A few of the same kids, did the majority of taking over. Our first time inside Camp LA and it was a pleasant experience. Took the kids to see the Tillamook experience (free for us), since our house loves cheese. We all got to try some sharp cheddar, cream cheese, ice cream and mozzarella cheese. Kids got to dance, do mazes and some obstacle courses. We all got a little tote bag at the end as a parting gift. We were exposed to virtual Camp during Covid when they hosted online parties but glad we finally made it out to a physical location to check it out live! This place does not validate for parking. Safety issues + no follow-up after my 4 year-old was injured My daughter (4) adored Gabby's Dollhouse and was so excited to visit. In the second room, an activity that wasn't set up properly came apart and hit her, busting her lip. It swelled immediately and bled. she was terrified. Staff took my information and said they were filing an incident report, but they did not give me a copy. When I asked for medical help, the manager said there was no one available and that "ice is enough." I also requested a supervisor to follow up , days later no one contacted me. We had to take her to urgent care afterward to have her evaluated. This is a children's attraction; everything should be secured and safe with trained staff, incident reports provided to parents, and real follow-through. What was supposed to be magical was scary and disappointing. I hope management addresses safety and incident procedures immediately. read more

We went to the gabby dollhouse experience. My daughter was so excited however the experience felt so rushed it felt like we couldn't enjoy each room. We have taken my daughter to the Bluey experience and that was really great. She had time to enjoy the entire place and didn't feel rushed. In addition bluey and bingo came out for a photo and there was a camera person. This time around there was not a camera person for the met and greet with Gabby. I thought at least it would of been Gabby and Pandy that would of came out but no just Gabby. My daughter was super excited gabby came out, but once Gabby took the photo with about 5 kids in our group which didn't take too long Gabby left leaving the kids unfulfilled in my opinion. My daughter was confused why gabby didn't stay much. It kind of felt like the whiplash effect. Nonetheless, it was a let down. Not worth the 50$ per ticket. read more

I was babysitting and took 3 children here ages 4,6 and 10. This was an absolute must! It's located on the second floor of the Century City Mall so it's a trek from the parking lot but worth it. The store was well stocked and decorated in an upbeat kid friendly way. Posters and things the kids could touch were everywhere! There was a lot for the kids to see and do. Most importantly they had different stations for them to interact with . We did the paid slime station and made slime which was fun. I felt the price was fair. This is a review of the Bluey x CAMP experience. It was about $39 per person, and while it was incredibly cute, it didn't feel worth the $39 per person. Essentially, it's a corporate grab bag. You enter, and the gift shop is adorable. Perhaps you buy a few trinkets and then proceed to a "magic" room. There, you meet 5-7 counselors who lead the kids in activities. You go in groups but the groups are two at a time. So, it's between 20-40 adults and children in the "house." The counselors were GREAT with everyone. However, there was very little management around the activities. I wish there had been more of a structured timeline rather than it being like, "whoever is in the room listening, we are going to do this now..." You definitely see everything you need to see in 20 minutes, after which it becomes redundant. Additionally, the group after mine got to play dance mode while our group played keepy uppy twice. In general, it was a fun experience, especially for the kids. I just can't justify the price if you're not local to the area read more

This is either going to be a hit or miss for kids. It's a costly gamble at 39/person but for us, we actually came out on the winning side. Parking in the structure is going to cost you some money and once you're in the CAMP store, more money spent on Bluey memorabilia and toys. It's basically a quick introduction to Bluey as you walk towards the back of the store and into a "secret space" that ends up being the inside of Bluey's house! If your kid enjoys imaginative play, you're in for a good 45 minute treat. They do have staff coordinating activities in various rooms (like a scavenger hunt and dance mode) but the best is letting your kid run around and experiencing the magic that is imaginative play. My son didn't want to leave and wanted to play longer. A few stores down from camp is an Australian ice cream shop that sells pavlova "cloud cake" for a bonus treat. Would we do it again? Probably not, but for a one time deal, it was great. I don't know if I would plan a day around this. More a good idea if you're local and wanted to spend part of the day on An adventure. CAMP located in the Westfield Mall in Century City. CAMP delivers fun for children of all ages, with a mix of immersive themed experiences activities, and a curated product selection of toys, gifts, apparel and more based on the theme. CAMP on the surface is a storefront, with great toys and gifts, but the real fun is behind the Magic Door! The Magic Door located in the back of the store and is operated by a employee of CAMP. The kids have to say a magic word and the Magic opens to the themed event. We took our 3yrs to CAMP to celebrate the launch of Dance & Play Bluey. Bluey is one of the most popular kids' shows on TV. This themed event was Bluey everything! We made Bluey crafts, played on the themed equipment, looked at all the Bluey toys, painted, took photos in the Photo Booth. We also got to meet our favorite 6-year-old Blue Healer cartoon dog, for real life! Which was our daughters favorite. This was our first experience at CAMP, and definitely and good one. A little pricey for what it is but the kid had a great time and I guess that's what really matters. I was hoping for some more exclusive merch at the shop but what was exclusive was too overpriced. The price for admission for the Bluey pop up was already $39pp, same price for kids. There are some affordable gifts tho, some for about $5 but not Bluey themed. The space was decorated really cute and they had all the recognizable characters and toys from the bluey show: Bob Bilby, unicorse, Keepy Uppy, the magic xylophone, etc. I even got to hug one of the garden gnomes. I've been hoping they make the gnomes for real life so us adult bluey fans can have them for our houses. That's the closest I'll get for now. For location, it's in the second level between Nordstrom and Macy's. After getting there a little early for check in and browsing for pics after our allotted hour we paid $7 for parking. If you want to walk to gelson's and spend $10 you get free parking and the snacks you just bought. So if you are going to be at the mall for 1-1.5 hrs that is prob the way to go. read more

What an experience!! Our family planned a Thanksgiving week in Southern California (coming from the Bay Area) to visit Disneyland and also family. Two weeks before our trip (the timeline here is important) - I saw an article about Bluey x Camp experience and knowing my kiddos LOOOOVE Bluey and the show, it became a stop to make during our trip. I only knew about this place when I saw that article and it must have been marketed for a while as tickets were almost out for the month of November, let alone our during our planned trip. For a family of 3 (+1 toddler, doesn't need a ticket) no times were available to choose from. It did have single tickets on different time slots. My husband and I made an executive decision of buying single tickets (on a different time slot, same day) and planned on going early and hoping to see if there is anyway to accommodate all of us on a certain time or even 2 at a time on a back to back schedule. If not, we were ready to take an L as we knew ahead timing is very tight. We came early than our scheduled and asked nicely - explained our situation and the nice attendant understood! They were able to accommodate us - half of us were put on the :15 mark and one on the :30 mark. Our whole family were still able to meet inside! It was so awesome to step inside and really feel like we were in the Heeler household! From the kitchen, bedrooms, living room and they even recreated their outdoor space - complete with a stump! There is a scavenger hunt happening there and so fun to do with the kiddos. It's the small things that make it fun and the attention to detail was cool. We even caught a story time with Unicourse! There is a bathroom inside along with a changing table. There is a gift shop to dedicated to all things Bluey. The best part was at the end when the kiddos "met" Bluey and Bingo! UPDATE: I reached out to camp to share my concerns and remedy the situation and see what they'd be doing to ensure these issues don't occur in the future. They have no regard for any customer concerns. They sent back a form email, even forgetting to delete the headers you're supposed to. They also did not address any of my concerns. Picture included. Bluey x Camp Experience left a lot to be desired. For starters, it was dirty. For the price you pay, the place should be clean and they should have replacement items. I've attached pictures. Secondly, it was extremely overcrowded. There were times you had to wait in lines to get out of rooms and there were so many people on top of each other whenever they were presenting, there is no way that was safe. Finally, the script for the counselors was rude and just not pleasant. One of our favorite things about Bluey is learning to work through our emotions, understand each other, and make kind decisions. That was the complete opposite of the acting at the camp exhibit. It was a very disappointing experience and not worth the what they are charging for it. read more

We had our 4-year-old's birthday party at the Gabby experience. They hold the 45-after-the-hour time slots for private parties. All the kids had a great time, and the adults were impressed with the room layouts. All the employees were friendly and our tour guide did a great job. The downside is you have to buy tickets for each adult too and they only want a max of 25 in each group, which fills so quickly when parents want to accompany their kiddos. We recently went to take our kid to the Bluey experience, and it was quite underwhelming considering the hype around it. You would first check in and get a specific colored wristband, and you can shop around in the main Camp store (if you have time) before you go through a "secret entrance" in the back of the store. From there you find yourself in the Heeler house, where the kids can go around playing games from the show with the staff until the very end where they get to meet Bluey and Bingo for a photo op, then exit through a gift shop in the "backyard." For the record, major props to the staff. Working with kids in this capacity is not easy, and they are amazing. Very friendly and helpful, really patient with the kids (and some uncooperative adults), and they stay in character even when things get rowdy. The set is very well-made, with sturdy, kid-friendly structures that mimic the details in the cartoon. The attention to detail is commendable, especially with all the little easter eggs from the show. The major downside is that it's really crowded and disorganized. The main point of the colored wristbands is to separate each group by time slot (increments of 15 minutes), but by the time you get inside, all the groups get jumbled up anyway, and it's so chaotic. They try to corral each group into different activities and games to keep the flow, but it's really just too messy. They also didn't seem to take into account the number of grown ups that come with each kid, so it was really hard for us adults to shuffle around to keep an eye on the little ones. The volume of people in the venue really hindered the kids from really immersing in the interactive aspects of the set. TL;DR: Great production value, great staff, lots of potential, but very chaotic and disorganized. read more

What a wonderful place for kids to enjoy! I love their magic door which provides so much excitement for all the kids and myself included! Their toy selections are pretty good too. There is a piano bridge, slide, pretend camp RV and other fun activities available behind the magic door. We tried the splash paint experience and it was pretty fun! For $38, you get the blank canvas for my baby to create a masterpiece which you can take home! You are suppose to splash various color onto the canvas without actually painting. They give you a plastic covering for the body and shoes coverings to avoid getting paint on yourselves but you still do since it doesn't cover so well. Make sure to wear something easy to wash! Make sure you have enough time before going cuz your little ones may not wanna leave! read more

I took my daughter to the Bluey experience. It was soooooo very crowded. Poor workers, they were trying so hard, but when they would try to organize the games it never really worked out. We couldn't all physically fit inside Bingo and Bluey's room for story time. The fabric play food looked really dirty. Some of the elements seemed to be not working (the remote, the sound on one of the windows). My daughter tried to have fun, but kids kept elbowing her and stepping on her because there just wasn't enough space. For the $88 the two of us paid, plus $18 for parking, it just wasn't worth it. The cutest part was when we found Bingo and Bluey at the end. My daughter enjoyed that, as we lined up for that and got to go in alone. Both kids who absolutely love Bluey were totally bored after 10 minutes as there is so little to do within the Bluey House set up.
