Training to recover from an injury is painful and in my opinion more patient than training for weightloss - you dont get to diet away not doing the exercise and Tim has been amazing at designing workouts which are exciting, effective, and challenging. Even did the online chat and the woman admitted that they cannot give more than one month refund for any reason... Even fraud. Horrible horrible business model.

What a mistake that was (I won't go into that since this review is about this Crossfit gym) I finally joined Drew and his group here in mid August. Best decision I could have made, the workouts are hard but the group here is very supportive (even go out of their way to help one another with form and technique). My concerns of this being too difficult or intimidating were completely unfounded and working out here is fun and exciting. I would recommend anyone that is interested to try this place out. I know there are people out there that have a bad taste since they got a "groupon" at another place but this group and the owners are truly genuine (drews wife is also involved and although I have not really interacted with her she seems great based on what others say). Cannot wait for the results from working out with this bunch.
