The first day we have them all or info and we were told that we would not be charged for those couple classes. My husband hurt his knee during the one week freebie (needed 3 mths PT, scans, the whole nine to fix). We told the instructor that we decided it wasn't for us 4 days into the free week. My husband opened the app and it instructed him to accept something in order to see what was on the app. Apparently that signed us up. We called the instructor again and told him we were not going to do the classes and my husband had to see a doctor. He told him he had to contact CS which was a joke and uploaded a letter from my husband doctor. They said they cancelled his membership but would not give him a refund. I just now checked the CC transaction history and they have been charging us since oct of last year..... During Covid (6mths)..... unbelievable. We don't really use the CC so we didn't think to look up the transactions. Now I'm going to have to call the bank and report it as fraud. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFO DURING THE TRIAL WEEK!!!!! Update: BEWARE.... Reported it to the bank and have requested a refund about 20 times from Camp Gladiator with only computer-generated responses. Made phone calls and still nothing. This company is a fraud save your money and join a reputable gym with an actual trainer. 152 complaints on the better Business bureau website of similar grievances. Even did the online chat and the woman admitted that they cannot give more than one month refund for any reason... Even fraud. Horrible horrible business model.

I strongly believe, especially as a distance runner, that you should cross train as well as work on strength to avoid injury. Mix it up...don't always do the same thing over and over expecting different results. This workout I believe provides all of that! The instructors were friendly and interactive. I think it would be great to try out if you're looking for a fun bootcamp that really does not feel like a workout, but kicks your booty at the same time. Workouts like this make it easier to stick with and will guarantee you will come back and stay consistent.

One great perk they offer for new clients is that if you pay for one session, you get a free week of bootcamp classes. Our trainer, Shannon, was excellent! Since I hadn't trained in a while and wasn't in the best shape, she took the time to demonstrate each exercise before having me complete the reps. The facility is well-equipped, with a large training area and dedicated equipment space. What sets Steadfast apart from traditional gyms is its structured and supportive training approach. If you're in the area, I highly recommend checking it out!

If you're like me, you read reviews before trying out a place. My advice - GIVE TFK A TRY!! I seriously love it and signed up after my first class. Joining has made me actually excited to work out! A few things went into my decision: (1) Although I was nervous to go to my first class, I immediately felt comfortable because of how friendly the trainers are. TFK has a really awesome small family dynamic and it's super inviting. (2) The workouts are challenging and I love that I'm getting a whole body workout in just 45 minutes but they aren't over my head - everyone can truly do it and the workouts leave room for growth and development at your own pace. (3) Lastly, I think the pricing is very reasonable. Well, there you have it. My honest review. Hope it helps!
