Requiring Simple & Necessary Dog Vaccines for the safety and overall health of ALL visitors to facility. Nothing over the top, just simple ones. Some Boarders require more than this facility. It's a large inside Boarding and Day Camp facility, located in Oak Park on the North East corner of Lyman & Roosevelt Rd. Plenty of free street parking , make sure to read the signs. Camp Theme, log cabin style, super cute! Nice design and logo! Day Care is $37 for more than 6hrs, and $24 for less than 6hrs of care. It's $55 for boarding and an Extra $7 added for PEAK Times; holiday times. For multiple dogs that can sleep together, there is a discount. I think this is a good kennel and my dog enjoyed it, but we can't go back now because they require more vaccinations than our veterinarian recommends. How can that be? They want an influenza vaccination, but my dog gets sick with her vaccinations and that one is not required by anyone else. I'm not going to risk her getting sick. I also couldn't take her to this kennel when she was less than a year old, because they required her to be spayed before the doctor recommended it. The doctor wanted her to wait until she had her first cycle, but this location required it even before that. I appreciate that they care about the health of the dogs, but I don't know how they can require things that go against the veterinarians recommendation. Very disappointing- we would like to be regular clients. read more

I wanted to switch up my dogs routine, so I decided to enroll her for day care. I didn't know what to expect and her interview day went really well! So I took her back for a second time, full day. When I went back the 2nd day, the facility smelled putrid. I understand it's an animal facility so it's not going to smell like roses and daisies but it was pretty bad even with a mask on, so ventilation is a concern at this point. My dog came back smelling atrocious. Again, dog facility, she's playing all day, she's gonna get a little stinky. She smelled like she was sitting in a dirty kennel for days, she was only there a few hours. As soon as we got home she went straight into the bath, her smell was offensive AF. Lastly, my baby unfortunately is now sick. Took her on Thursday by Saturday she was showing symptoms :-/ She is vaccinated for Bordetella and Flu, but she still got sick, her lungs sound awful. My dog is super healthy so for her to get sick after her 2nd day, it sucks and scary for me to even board her or bring her back. It's always a risk your dog will get sick just like kids at regular daycare. Would better sanitation/ventilation help? I dunno, maybe? What do I know lol Unfortunately, we won't be coming back Unfortunately, I think anyone that is looking for care for their pup... it's tough and scary to try new places. I think private care is probably the best route tbh after this experience. Take a chance but be aware of what to expect. The other review similar to mine are insanely consistent :-/ Update: I haven't had a chance to update. My dog unfortunately also ended up with skin bacteria resulting in a gross rash on her under belly/side. Fortunately, after some care and creams she healed up fine. Needless to say, not a great experience :-/ read more

My sweet dog only made it through half of his 11-day stay at CBW-OP, where he contracted kennel cough (when he was fully vaccinated) and was obsessively humped by another dog (a really fun thing to have to watch when you're thousands of miles away) which resulted in a stress wound. They couldn't provide a plastic e-collar to prevent further damage so I scrambled to find someone to take him to the vet, pay hundreds to heal his newly acquired upper respiratory infection and leg lesion, then properly care for him until my return. Zero follow-up (only accounting called weeks after his early release). Zero discount offered after receiving the resulting bills from his stay. Zero responsibility taken for not performing their only job--keeping my dog safe while I was away. read more

I called to schedule an appointment for a teth cleaning for my dog. They said come on in so I did. At the drop off, they said, "sorry we can't just do a teeth cleaning; you have to also buy a half day stay. I said fine and paid for a half day and teeth cleaning. They said pick him up in a couple of hours. I went to get my dog and they said, "sorry, we can't perform any services on your dog without an interview." They voided my credit card transaction and gave me back my dog without perfroming any teeth cleaning. This place seems very amatuer and clueless about their own policies and procedures. Why tell me to bring my dog in, charge me for a half day plus the teeth cleaning and then hold my dog for 2.5 hours whie NOT doing what I brought him in for? Such a wate of time. Aggrevating and dissapointing. read more

My puppy needed a place to stay over Thanksgiving, so we decided to do some half days to get him accustomed. He loved it. The staff knows my pup and are all really kind. Thanksgiving came- puppy stayed. I noticed on the camper cam that he was sleeping in the middle of the play yard the second day. I emailed to check up-- they responded promptly and assured me he was OK. Since then, they have been nothing but helpful with my headstrong pup. He comes home from his half day plays tired and happy. read more

Do not utilize this facility for daycare or boarding services. I picked my dog up after boarding for 5 days and noticed that she had a persistent cough, and low grade fever. I called the facility and was informed that 3 other dogs( who were present at the same time) had kennel cough, and that the facility failed to notify owners. This is irresponsible and negligent. Dogs are not separated by size, and the play yards are overcrowded. I will never trust them with my dog again and neither should you. read more

Staff was very friendly from the first phone call. It was easy to get an interview for my dog. I brought my dog in for daycare so he can be more social with other dogs. Everything the staff did with him was subtle and gave him time to adjust to his new surroundings, which I really appreciated. After he passed his interview, I was able to watch him all day on the doggie cams! It was great to watch him play and have fun. Staff was great handling all dogs. When it was time to pick him up, they wiped him down from head to tail with a mild cleanser to make sure he was clean before he got in the car. I can't say enough good things! We will be back. read more

My dogs, Winnie and Albie, have been going to Camp Bow Wow for at least 10 years. Their stays, which include daycare and overnight, have been great. They have always been well-cared for and they come home healthy and happy. The service gives me great peace of mind. I highly recommend the place read more

CBW OP is awesome and it's because of the staff... They know every dog's name and still seem happy to deal with my extremely high energy barking machine. Ellen is awesome and goes out of her way to care for the dogs. The owner is regularly in the office which is great to see. She even knew the exact breed of our dog which is one I never heard of before we adopted. read more

We have used Camp Bow Wow for boarding only. EVERY time our dogs have gone to CBW in Oak Park (at least 2 times) they come home sick. $ for boarding. $ for vet. $ for medicine. Our previous dog, Plato (who died at the age of 3), was also sick EVERY (again, prob. 2 times) time he came home from CBW (Oak Park). $ for boarding. $ for vet. $ for medicine. The last time our dogs were at CBW (Oak Park), they contacted and blamed our vet for the dogs obvious sickness (without our knowlegde). IF CBW called us, there was no message. They called our ER contact, but again left no message. My ER contact knew they called because CBW number was listed on their caller ID, but since CBW didn't leave a message they thought everything was 'okay'. So they blamed our vet and said he gave expired or faulty vaccinations. Which is untrue and borderline slanderous. This is incredibly unprofessional and I told them that they should be embarrassed. They need to take accountability. No one ever followed up with us regarding this incident. In fact, no one mentioned anything about this when we were face-to-face picking up our dogs. 1) Both dogs were sick. 2) They called our vet (without our knowledge or permission) to speak on our behalf. However, they were quick to send a survey out before we heard all of the details of CBW's negligent and unprofessional behavior. About a week ago we tried CBW in Elmhurst (same owner) hoping for a different experience. No luck. Upon our arrival they told me they had called Oak Park CBW to get the dogs paperwork multiple times and Oak Park CBW had not sent it through. They did have all our dogs up-to-date vaccinations because that was sent directly from our vet. I left feeling anxious about leaving my dogs in their care, but had a flight the next day and no time to seek out another place to board.  This is so basic and unacceptable. Our pets are (always) up to date with their vaccinations. They are otherwise healthy animals and never get sick.   They eat very good dog food, get lots of love, exercise and attention. CBW needs to get serious about their cleaning practices and ventilation in their facilities. They need to make certain that all other dogs are current with their vaccinations and they need to make certain they are not overcrowding. We will NOT use Camp Bow Wow ever again, nor would we recommend them to anyone. read more

Their policy on injectable medication is unclear and it's a real problem. Two weeks after submitting a camper application, which included full disclosure of my dog's insulin, and in preparation for a multi-day boarding reservation, I found one single line of disclosure on a brochure that read injectables are not administered. Mind you, I'm due to fly out the next morning for several days. In a panic, since there is no 24 hour emergency number for boarders, I called a California location to ask about the policy and sure enough, it was confirmed that injectables are not administered even though it was disclosed in my application. No one at their Oak Park location ever mentioned boarding would be an issue and I was even told insulin would be administered. Luckily, I was able to find an alternative to house my dog but had I not, I would have had to cancel my trip, which would have been disastrous for my business. read more

We use to like this place until we had our dog stay over the weekend. when we picked her up she had the full treatment of bath and hair cut and when I got her home I noticed that she had bite Mark's on her face. They could not give me a good reason as to why or if she was in a fight. She had stayed there before with no incident. So I was very surprised. When they took her a shower they had to notice them if they were more upfront I would have been a little more understanding. It's not like if I had her there without paying. Be aware of this place... read more

I've been taking my dog here for a little over a year. Initially I used them because they are part of a chain and they had my dog's information already on file from the previous location I used in Pittsburgh before moving here. I keep taking my dog here because the staff couldn't be more pleasant or helpful and they take great care of my pup. He is always excited, and vocal, when I drop him off for daycare or boarding and they always seem genuinely happy to see him as well. Never had any issues and the employees here are a pleasure to interact with. read more

I wanted to try out Camp Bow Wow because of all the great reviews. I will also say that the people who were picking up their dogs for day care seemed really happy with the place. However...I could not even use the boarding facilities after my experience with using them for the required one-day day care (to acclimate my dog to the others and make sure he's not aggressive). I'm very glad that most boarding places require this because it gives the owner a chance to check it out too. The place is okay...but all the dogs are in this huge room, all enclosed with vents at the top (no direct sunlight), and the indoor play area is in the same room as the sleeping area. Therefore if you want your dog to have a break from all the barking and other dogs, well you can't because it's all the same. The day I dropped off my dog, I left and when I went outside to my car, I heard someone shouting "Shut UP!" inside the play area from the open vents! I'm embarrassed to say I did not take my dog home that second but I needed to get to work and really couldn't be late that day. Finally I went to pick him up at the end of the day. It was chaos. Too many dogs, too many people, too much barking. My dog was panting and looked terrified. I know his temperament is sort of skittish but this was just not the right place for him. Like I said though, other people there seemed quite satisfied. Just not me, I guess I'm a little pickier. read more

I do not understand why this place received bad reviews. First let me say I am an animal lover and I have an older cat I adopted at 6 weeks and my high energy, spoiled 3 year old Bischon acquired when he was 3 months. I took my dog in for the interview day and was very pleased. I have never boarded him and he is truly a momma's boy, so his safety and happiness is important. My dog loved this place. I can tell right away if he is not happy. He is surprisingly very expresssive. I was happy to discover he tired himself out. What???? Mr. Energy...if anyone every owned or know about this breed, they will understand my surprise. He is always on go go go. This was the first time he was ready to rest. I boarded him for two nights shortly after the interview day and I have absolutely no complaints. I would like to address some complaints from previous yelpers. 1) Camp Bow wow requires that all pertinent vaccinations are current. I provided proof of recent Bordetella and distemper. I am not sure how a dog can catch kennel cough if campers are required to provide proof of bordetella. Also, if your dog is already vaccinated and up to date, how did your dog catch kennel cough? The dog should have been immune if vaccinations are given on time and always up to date. 2) The smell. I didn't notice I stench, when I visited. It didn't smell like Lysol, but it didn't smell like a pet store either. 3) Camp Bow wow wipes your dog before releasing to you. Of course, if a dog is playing with 10-15 other dogs in an enclosed place for 6-8 hours, there is an odor. I do not have kids, but I've been around kids who play outside for hours and need a shower at the end of the day. It's just a good habit to wash your dog anyway when playing in this environment or dog park. I don't want my dog tracking those germs in my house, namely my bedroom, so in the tub he goes. 4) I searched and visited several boarding places before deciding on camp bow wow. Yes, some other boarders walk your dog, but usually because space is limited and the dog will be in a cage the majority of the stay. I would rather my dog have the freedom he deserves because he doesn't go in my house rather than place him in a cage all day. He is only caged when he misbehaves and he will run to the cage without me telling him if he knows he has misbehaved. The social time with other dogs are crucial as well. I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow. This is the only boarding place I discovered that requires a "test" or interview day. Your dog can socialize and play with other approved friendly dogs. The workers are friendly and animal lovers. read more

Took my small black lab there monday for an interview.Yeah, it does smell when you open the door but its a pet boarding facility, duh. Camp Bow Wow is okay but I think we're going to switch to a different place. The staff are friendly and it seems pretty clean. A little pricier than I was hoping. I was disappointed that they notified area vets about a potential kennel cough outbreak but didn't let owners who had recently been at the facility know. We unknowingly exposed our contagious pup to healthy dogs after leaving the facility and spent an excessive amount of money at the emergency vet instead of waiting and taking her to her normal vet because we didn't know what was wrong and thought it was a more serious illness. As an update- I emailed Camp about my issue with the lack of notification and got a lengthy explanation. I'm happy with the thoughtful reply but still very much disagree with the owner's reasoning as to why they hadn't yet informed people. No mention of whether they intend to give anyone a heads up in the future. read more

Not sure why my dog smelled like putrid vomit 2 times in a row. I don't think I will be going back a 3rd tine

Camp Bow Wow is by far one of the greatest daycares in the city!! My dogs love coming here. I have been to many other daycares and this place trumps them all. They truly care about your dogs and are genuinely interested in your pets wellbeing. They are also very honest about your dog's behavior which I really appreciate!! They have astro-turf grass there which is really hard to get smells out of which I imagine is why it can smell like dogs. They clean the grass twice a day and deep clean it once a week. The staff is very knowledgable and kind. My dogs come home exhausted and the cameras are great! They also don't allow dogs that dont get along well other dogs. This is good because they are able to direct their attention and care to the other dogs! Camp Bow Wow also doesnt nickel & dime you. When you board your dog, you have until closing time to pick them up and won't be charged extra for the extra hours. You pay per night which is awesome! They also offer time on their doggy treadmill at no extra cost! Great place that really does care about the dogs and takes good care of them! read more

We took our dog for an "interview day" at this location and everything seemed to go fine. They did not offer to tour us around the facility so we didn't see the back rooms. However our dog received a positive "review" and was invited to come board/daycare there. The place reeks of urine, even in the front lobby, as soon as you walk in the door that's all you smell. But the front desk attendant was very nice and the dogs looked happy on the cameras so we decided to move forward. They do usually wipe the dogs down before they go home so they don't stink. When we took her for her first official day of daycare, we received a call within 45 minutes that she had "jumped a fence" between the play rooms. They called again a few minutes later asking us to come get her. So within an hour of her being there, we were asked to pick her up, and when we couldn't, she was kenneled. We couldn't come get her because we couldn't leave work at that time - so she was kenneled all day, longer than she would have even been at home. The attendant who called us said they would keep us updated throughout the day, and would try putting her back in the play area - we never received any updates or further calls. I do not think they attempted to re-introduce her. I never saw her on the cameras again, which I checked frequently all day. When I got there after work to pick up my dog, there were a few other families picking up as well, and it was very chaotic. They did not stagger the departures well. I witnessed a worker yelling at a dog. They drag the dogs by their collar instead of bringing them out on their leashes. We actually noticed that our dog's collar was extremely loose when we got home, that's how much and how hard they'd been dragging her around. Of course when I picked her up, having been kenneled all day, my dog was hyper and full of energy, and excited to finally see me. She is strong, but not a huge dog, and if they had put her harness on before bringing her out they would have been able to control her better. The workers handling her seemed angry and "fed up" with her - they didn't even wipe her down, just handed me her leash once they got it on. She stank so badly we had to bathe her that same night. I attempted to speak to the front desk attendant about her day, and what had happened, but she admitted she had no idea about our dog's day as she wasn't there. She said "oh yeah, I think there was a little jumping?" No sh*t. She was kenneled all day for it. At this point, I felt dismissed and didn't want to stay any longer and attempt to talk to these people. I said we wouldn't be returning and wanted a refund for the days we'd pre-purchased. She said the owner would e-mail me. They didn't. We e-mailed them a few days later and it was resolved. We were refunded successfully. The person who did the refund on the phone did not ask any questions. You would think they would want to know why a customer was leaving. We're NOT comfortable with a "one strike you're out" policy and we practice positive reinforcement with our dog. We assumed that a dog boarding facility would have staff members that would be trained to deal with various dog behaviors including jumping. We feel that immediately putting a dog away will result in confusion, and even more pent up energy and therefore worse behaviors. I think part of the problem with this facility is there are WAY too many dogs and the staff members probably become overwhelmed. Needless to say, we did not return to the facility and have since boarded our dog at a different place in Oak Park. We've had zero issues at the new daycare and our sweet girl LOVES going to a place where she feels safe and we love knowing she won't be punished for doing things that dogs sometimes do. read more

Great staff. Angela is great, all the young ladies and gentlemen are the best staff. Best best in the country helpful, happy, and caring. I been coming here for months and I had had only one incident when I was late to get my dog, the staff stayed late so I can get my dog after they had closed. I needed to be with my dog that night I had such a bad day at work I wanted to see him so bad and the staff did that for me. THANK YOU YOU GUYS ARE #1 read more

First -- I want to say that the staff was friendly and acted genuinely interested in my dog. And I also appreciated that they required a 6-hour "interview" to make sure he was suitable for the space, and that they didn't charge for it. The place could not be more convenient for me, and I was really looking forward to liking it. There are so many positive reviews here, and I'm glad other people seem satisfied. But here's why I'm tremendously unlikely to ever leave my dog there again: (1) The place smells bad. I mean bad. And since this is the first boarding place I've taken my new dog, I thought maybe it's always like this, I just don't know better. I also reminded myself that dogs don't care about stench, people do. So I went ahead with the interview day. Since his day at camp bow-wow, I've been to other places. And guess what? --- You actually don't hit a wall of stench when you open the door. So now I know better. (2) There is no outdoor space. I knew that the dogs didn't go on walks at places like this, but it wasn't obvious to me at first that he would not go outside at all. So this made boarding him there overnight an automatic 'no.' So what about the room they stay in most of the day? It's dark, and they seem to mop it up constantly --- given the dogs don't go outside or walk, I imagine they would just start to go wherever. In fact, my dog came home and went on the floor twice within the first day, something he was not prone to do at all prior to his day there. (3) The online cameras don't show the whole place. Admittedly, this is a more minor issue, and alone wouldn't keep me from there. FIrst of all, it's a nice perk and I liked the idea of being able to check on him. But if you're gonna do it, you should be sure to outfit the whole place, because it feels unsettling when you can't find your dog (or any dog for that matter) on any of the six cameras. When I couldn't see him on camera the first time, I went back a few more times -- and only one of those was he in a room that had a camera. Where do all the dogs go? (4) My dog came home smelling bad, I mean really bad -- and not at all like himself. It's one thing if the facility smells bad, but I wasn't expecting him to get that gross after 6 hours. They offer showers prior to going home, at a price. I understand why now. (5) My dog came home with kennel cough. Now I know that no place can completely protect you from this, but combined with everything else, it seemed really fitting. I mean, ONE DAY at Camp Bow wow and he picks up kennel cough. I took him to the vet and she confirmed the timing. Because of my dog's other recent health issues, trips to the vet often involve x-rays, so that cough ended up costing me $300+. As any of you with a dog knows -- it also means that for at least the next couple of weeks -- he can't play at the dog park, be around his neighbor buddies, and I can't leave him anyplace if I have to go away for work. Ugh. The one thing that Camp Bow Wow does really well is market themselves through these cutesy dog-individual materials --- report cards, cute photos of his first day, letting you know of new "pals." Writing stuff in the dogs "words". It's hard not to get sucked in a little. It's too bad all of the above makes it seem a little phony. Let's face it, it's a service for dogs. Dogs can put up with a lot. And if what happened at Camp Bow stayed at Camp Bow, I'd probably just enjoy the good prices and say c'est la vie. But between his stench, his bad potty behavior, and a cough that keeps him and me up all night...it's hard not to hate the place just a wee bit more with each gut-wrenching heave. read more

I live by Camp Bow Wow and used to take my dog there a few years back. I never had an issue until this passed weekend. I phoned their office to make a reservation for my dog. She was to stay overnight, sunday to monday (today). The guy I spoke to said bring her after 7am. I went to take my dog in and a woman said my dog could not board at camp bow wow because she is not current on her flu shot. She also said because so much time has passed, my dog has to be re-introduced to the other dogs to see if she gets along well with them. She stated that the young man who took my reservation is "new" and that is why he didn't address any of these things. This was extremely unprofessional and I will not be returning to his place. read more

Well...Rerun has been a regular now at CBW for the last few months. Though we had a bit of a billing snafu last month...they were pretty gracious about helping me figure everything out. One of the things I enjoy most about sending my dog for daycare is the webcam. I can keep a tiny window of puppy playroom open on my desktop at work...which is about as good as drinking a cup of coffee. I'm always encouraged to see the people who work there petting and rubbing the dogs while they're supervising their play. When I pick my dog up...he's happy and tired...and doesn't exhibit any signs of having had a "stressful" day...and I think that's due to the human supervision in all of the play groups. A few times when I've noticed that Rerun wasn't in the play area...and asked about it when I picked him up...they told me that he seemed tired...so they gave him a nap break. I'm sure that some people would think they were shorting my dog on playtime...but I'm happy that they're "listening" to my dog's behavior and adjusting appropriately. The more we go here...the more I feel like they really care about my dog...and aren't just a franchisee of a national dog motel. Five stars...five woofs! read more

My shy, slightly anxious dog (with whom I'm obsessed), Penny, seemed to have a great experience here. She had her trial day camp visit and passed with flying colors. A few fast facts/things to note: - Trial play dates are free: come in and let your dog socialize for about 6-8 hours to make sure they adapt well with the other dogs. - They are in tune to your dog's personality. Ex: Penny is a little unsure of new people so they slowly let her adapt to the new people around her while she warmed up. - They then introduced her to another dog to see how she'd respond, she had a small room meeting with the facility worker and the other dog (without me) to see how she'd react. - There are 3 play rooms according to dog size and temperament and I feel they placed her properly. - You can watch your dog online (aww!) and give you feedback by filling out a report card. - Like most doggie daycare facilities, the dogs are always barking. It's natural but my dog is a little high maintenance so I might request a 1/2 day of play and a 1/2 day of quiet time. - They seemed to supervise the dogs well and clean up after them immediately. - They gave Penny a courtesy coat refresher (a wipe down of sorts) before I took her home. A nice touch because dogs pick up smells easily. I don't think this has anything to do with lack of cleanliness. She'll be spending a weekend at Camp Bow Wow soon and I'll be sure to update after that! read more

They are helpful and responsive to any need or concern we have had. I feel like my "poocher" is in good hands when we leave him for day camp at CBW or an overnight boarding stay. Thank you Camp Bow Wow!! We're so happy you're here in our community. read more

Camp Bow Wow is like a second home to my dog Simba. I know I can take him there and not worry for the rest of the day. My dog has been visiting Camp since he was about 3-4 months old. He is now two years old and still shows the enthusiasm of a tiny puppy when he sniffs and hears the barks of other dogs when arriving at the front door. He literally pulls me to the door and demands to get in on his two hind legs every single time. He doesn't even look back to see if I am coming or going. It take me about 30-40 minutes to drive to camp depending on traffic (15 min if there is no traffic, go figure) and I willingly drive Simba over to camp even though there are closer dog care companies near my house. The staff has been very friendly and seem to really care about the dogs. They make observations about their behavior and let you know if something is different from what they have seen before. One time my sister got called because her dog wasn't acting as he normally does so my sis took him to the vet and he ended up having a fever! They were really observant and that helped get my sister's dog to the vet to get treated for whatever doggy sickness he had. I also sometimes see them sitting with the dogs and just petting them which is really cute to see. The biggest perk is the camp cams. I downloaded the Camp Bow Wow app on my phone and can see my puppy play. It's nice to check in on them when you are at work or out running errands. I love it! By the time I pick up Simba, he is ready for a nap and is nice and relaxed the rest of the day sometimes he even has to sleep in the next morning to recover from the busy day he had before. The only thing I would love for them to change is their hours. They already have fantastic hours, they open at 6am and close at 7pm. Unfortunately, I work late and get out of work around 8pm sometimes. So when I work I can never take SImba, it makes it hard because it would be more convenient for me. Of course, I am an individual case but Simba would be here more often if my schedule permitted. All in all, I love Camp Bow Wow and will continue to take my pup for as long as his little heart desires it! He has learned great socialization and play behaviors here. read more

They rarely respond to requests for boarding or day camp and when they did did not inform me of the limited weekend hours in the call or email or website. I gave them a deposit and lost it on top of having to find another place for her to stay. All they said was drop her off before four. This place is a scam read more

Camp Bow Wow has knowledgeable and friendly staff. I have been bringing my German shepherd Ares there for the past five years and he loves playing with his dog buddies and his "hoomans". Lol. I don't know how they do it, but they give him great baths and the best nail trims ever (my vet is great but this place wins for best nail trim without ever nicking the quick). Highly recommend!! read more
