The lobby is cute and smells clean, and the lady at the front desk (Joni?) is super sweet. Pricing is about the same as Petsmart or Lucy's, but the quality is much better in my opinion. They usually finish in two to three hours versus four hours or more like other places. Their customer service has made us loyal customers. Highly recommend if you're looking for a new pet groomer!

Today, 5/8/2026, was not a good day for Rocky at BnB. I really feel the staff fell short on their…read moreresponsibilities from start to finish. Rocky, had an appointment to get a bath, and told her he might need nails clipped. I explained that he needed no clipping/cutting, and that there was only a patch of white on his rump that needed a few strands of black hair cut. Apparently, she didn't relay this and I received a text asking if he needed any clipping/cutting. The last time I had Rocky "groomed" there, with the same instructions, there were no issues. Also, when we had him "groomed" the last time we were told that daycare cost was less when grooming was involved. My bill on this occasion was @ $30 more (charged full price for daycare and @$58 for the bath/nail trim?, and cutting a few strands of hair). I'll be asking for price beforehand if we go through this again. What was more upsetting, is when we got home and found that Rocky was not given his packet of food, or treats or any of his dry food - he was there from @9am until @430pm. I called, and the reason I was given was there was nothing in the food bin(???). I handed Rocky's bag to the receptionist, and told her his food was in there (she even asked if it needed refrigeration). She obviously just threw it in a bin under the desk, and/or nobody bothered to check for his food. Needless to say he got home and went straight to his food dish. UNSATISFACTORY!!!

Their commitment to small group play is intentional. Their well trained staff is not phased by the changes of my puppy from toddler to teenager. Willett is fun but RoWDY and EVERY time he is greeted like he is the only pup they wanted to see that day. We do drop in day care and have boarded for 6 days and then again a few months later for 2 weeks. Special requests for food prep? Tattle Tales reports with pics, so I can read and see how he is doing? Phones calls for me to check in? ALL... no problem. Every time Willett comes back to us... he doesn't miss a beat. No stress. It's like he wasn't even away from us. SO thankful to have discovered Four Paws!

When my husband came home with Amelia I was told this. I then called and was told ¨Oh yeah she had a couple treats and because YOU bring food that needs to be kept cool we forgot to feed her¨ For three years we have fed her Fresh Pet when we bring her to day care. This totally throws off her feeding for the day. She cannot eat after 7:00pm for she takes Oral Vet for dental and cannot eat after taking this. I was also told ¨well our Mang. knows this¨ Next day care day I told them she is going for free since YOU did NOT provide her basic needs.
