A few weeks ago, my dog was bit in the play yard. It is natural to assume that dog would not be welcomed back due to the behavior they displayed. That is not the case, I was told they would allow the dog who bit my dog back at camp. These are the types of dogs they allow at camp, and welcome back once they act out. I would avoid this place and look elsewhere for your beloved pet. Very disappointed with Management and their decision making. They allow dogs who pose risk back with open arms.

News to me because he's had baths at multiple Lucy's locations many times and regularly. They explained they were letting him air dry. Air dry a GSD? Now he smells like wet dog. When I picked him up at 12:50 no bandanna or cologne. Not the first time they missed that. Makes you wonder if all the services were performed when you pay $150. Manager attempted to interject but kept interrupting me. At that point, I was checked out. He stated he would inquire and call. No attempt to fix it right then. It's been two and a half hours and still no call. I'll drive a bit further to the 1604 location or look for another dog bather.

They have live cameras (accessible through the web site) in all areas to watch your kids throughout the day. They ensure all vaccinations are current so your dog will be safe and complete temperament tests before your dog interacts with the pack. My boy was recently adopted from the Animal Defense League and he was so scared. I am sure he never experienced Doggy daycare before. They were patient with him and loved on him as if he was their own. When he got really nervous they separated him and gave him some space. He is now a regular several times a week. They have great financial packages, offer tons of services and soon they will opening the area to wash your own doggies. It has a nice time range of drop off and pick up times which helps with Dad's schedule and ensures that I get to come home without delay. I like that we get an opportunity to play outside 90 minutes at a time, 3 times a day. The outdoor area is 1/2 covered and 1/2 in the sun, which gives me options in various weather conditions. Since I'm just a year old and under 40 lbs, the helpers also put me in the small doogie group with others my size, so we can play together. There is a separate area to go potty and plenty of time set aside to rest. The owner is friendly and answered questions quickly. After an interview, updated shots, and a 3 hour daycare trial , it was determined that I could come back here for an overnight stay. The 4'x6' kennels are big enough to get a good night sleep. It's a good thing Dad remembered the dog mat because the floors are concrete and would have been too cold for me. Glad we found this place because next to sticking to Dad and Mum like velcro, this boarding facility is a good fit when they can't be with me.

Customer Service completely went downhill. If I would've known that, I wasted 40 minutes drive I would've rescheduled happily because I wouldn't have made it. Nobody notified me of that. Nobody seems to care and make it right. Sitting the office crying for 5 minutes late is crazy that no one seems to help or care. Offered to pay and wait for anything available and no one would help.

Took…read morehim back on 6/29/26, he was there for a full day, when I went to pick him up they handed me his food and said he didn't eat because he was anxious. He doesn't skip a meal whatsoever. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because he could be. I took him today 7/27/26, I provided a water bowl and a slow feeder as well as his food. I purposely packaged it so I would know if it had been touched or not. I picked him, they handed me his bag and I knew instantly not a single thing was touched. The lady proceeded to tell me, they fed him but he chose not to eat. I said you can clearly see his food is in layers, if you had tried to feed and you would put the food back and it would be mixed up. This wasn't even touched. The food wasn't refrigerated like I stated when I dropped him off, this is the 2nd time they aren't feeding my dog and tried to lie about it. Absolutely diabolical of a place to do this when I'm trusting you to handle care of my dog. I would never recommend this god awful place!!!
