I like the fact that health is first and foremost and they have a detailed questionnaire to make sure your dog is healthy and up to date on everything they need! Then before and during drop off, they ask questions about your dogs habits to better understand them! The place is beautiful- the lobby is so pretty that we would be happy staying there! They have lots of play space and they work with your pup to find the best group to socialize them with. I also loved the daily pics which was a nice touch! There are different sized rooms and lots of options to customize such as play time, frozen treats, CBD treats etc! Loved that. The staff are lovely and our puppy seemed so happy here! Will definitely return - already planning his future visits here! Love this place and feel happy leaving our pup in their care !

We have two medium/ large dogs and were looking for a place to take them for both daycare as well…read moreas to have for boarding when we found K9 Country Club. During the first daycare experience, everything seemed to go OK, but we were surprised that they didn't seem tired at all upon pickup. At our previous daycares, the dogs would come home ready to rest and relax... definitely wasn't the case this time. Despite the initial daycare experience, we decided to board our dogs here over the New Years holiday as we really needed to have them in a safe place where they would be able to be together and would have daycare during the day. Our dogs seemed to do really well and did come home exhausted after the three day boarding experience and seemed to be in good spirits! The only odd thing was how thirsty the dogs were when they got home - it was like they hadn't drank in days (but this could just be from over excitement). The reason that I chose to remove a star is because they seem to be very disorganized and the front desk woman is a bit rude. Multiple times I was contacted for a missing vaccine or paperwork or this or that and yet they already had it ... just lost it/ misplaced it. Even upon check in, I had to go over the same items (like medication instructions) over and over because the woman checking us in did not listen (and truthfully is pretty rude). Additionally at check out... I was handed a bag full of stuff that wasn't mine. I was glad I checked as some other dog/ owner would've been without their bowls, food, etc. Despite the front desk woman being rude, the rest of the staff and the manager here are all very friendly and work to get things right. One employee that really went above and beyond (and will be the reason we come back is Casey (I hate to say I'm not 100% sure on his name, but I believe that's it). He took extra time to get to know the pups so they felt comfortable going with him, wrote down all the instructions for himself and also took time to speak with my family to ensure we felt comfortable. Overall - a good boarding place but one that has some improvement opportunities in administration.

There was a brief wait in the exam room of about 10 to 15 minutes after check-in, but once the assistant Simone came in, everything moved smoothly. All of my questions were thoroughly answered, and the advice and suggestions provided were very helpful. I especially appreciated how clearly everything was explained, making it easy for me to understand Queen's care moving forward. The bill was on the higher side, but I understand that many services were provided, and I appreciated the military discount. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, and everyone absolutely adored Queen in her little denim jacket and pearl necklace. She was definitely spoiled with cheese and some tasty treats. This clinic is truly a one-stop shop for us. I feel confident continuing care with Leslie as her vet, and I'm excited about the additional services like boarding for short trips and full grooming for her monthly spa treatments. Overall, a top-notch experience.

I had called ahead to use their services and to establish pricing and an appointment. I thought…read morethey were certainly higher priced than other groomers, but since they were near my new location I thought it would be convenient. I thought I was getting my dog a bath, nail reduction (with dremel tool) and gland expression (which cost 10 dollars more) out the door for about $50. Again, more than I had usually found for the basics. To my surprise, when I went to check out they decided to charge me over $20 for additional brushing they had to do for heavy shedding. Ugh, folks, I've gone to groomers with this dog for the last 8 years, in two counties, and never had someone throw that one at me as not being part of the bathing process, especially since we already had an agreed upon price for Polished Pups services. I have no complaint about their work; however, having been a contractor for 40 years, before I retired, I know you don't switch prices on a client at the end of a job...especially with no warning or discussion before you throw a new charge at them. I won't return to this business, not because of poor work, but because of poor business practices. I was just glad to get out the door with my dog and leave Polished Pups in the dust.
