Amazing experience with David. He was extremely knowledgable about the codes and what equipment to…read moreget. He stepped in an corrected a basement sink and pump installation. While it was frustrating to be in the situation, I felt assured that David wasn't going to take advantage or take any short cuts while fixes someone else's mistakes. He communicated very well- he gave me updates on when he'd arrive for both the quote and the work. He was very professional, wore booties around the house, cleaned up all the messes from the installation and ensured we were 100% happy before leaving. He also gave a range of options for the repair/replacement; ie fix the current leak, fix the worst part vs total replacement. In addition, he let us know his work is guaranteed and to call if there are any issues. Again, to be in a situation where someone you hired did not do the job they were supposed to, it is very frustrating and you feel very taken advantage of. David came in and completely reversed the situation and gave us a ton of advice for next steps. It was great to work with him! We will be sure to use him for all our future plumbing needs!

I will never call another company again for any of my plumbing needs, I recommend them to anyone I can. Not only did they get done way quicker than I thought, they also took the time to explain why this happened in the first place. The quality of work is truly one of a kind. A previous plumber wasted a week of my time while TPT services quickly responded and came out ASAP. The team is also incredibly friendly and non judgmental, sometimes plumbing issues can be a bit embarrassing but they reassured me and told me they would handle it. Definitely worth your money and time.

It ended up being a nightmare for me cause after the job was done and paid for I was still having leaks and dirty water. I've heard good things about Gregor's work from a friend of a friend and decided to have him take a look at my situation. To my surprise after he heard my story he was generous enough to fix my pipes for a big discount compared to the last contractor. During my time with Gregor he was very respectful and professional with myself and the tenants. Most importantly he was very clean coming in and cleaned up after himself when he finished the job. Although the only issue I had was that he was a morning person and I'm not so I didn't enjoy the noise but it was worth it in the end to not pay an arm and a leg to get professional work done THE RIGHT WAY. I am still looking forward to hire Gregor's Plumbing services to do my next projects in the near future.
