They were great, i walked in and met Rudi, he introduced me to Jose Alvarado, and Jose was great he went above and beyond to get the deal done, then i went to see Shamond from finance and before i knew it i was the proud owner of a brand new 2017 Ford F150 , they got me my truck and financed it at a low rate and a low payment, I'm on cloud 9, i will be telling everyone and when it's time , i will buy from here again. It all starts when I needed a pick up truck. I started my search at Camelback Ford. i found a truck that was OK and started negotiating. we got down to a fair price and agreed to a few repairs to the used truck plus a full tank of gas. I was told it would be ready the next day (Monday) and that they need a check to hold it. I stupidly wrote them a check for the full amount and left feeling good. Monday around 1 pm I call my salesman Mark Davis on his cell. I get no answer. I figure he is busy with a customer. I try again 30 minutes latter no answer again. I decide almost anyone could tell me my truck was ready. I call the sales desk and ask if my truck is ready. They tell me i need to talk to Paul Hendrix. They transfer me and I am hang up on. So I try again and get the same person tell him what happened. He say he will put me on hold and get Paul on the line and transfer me then. He hung up on me then. I called again and got the same person asked for a manager. He gave the phone to Josh. I told josh what was going on and he told me he would call me when he had information. I waited about 2 hours and at 4 pm I call back and ask for Josh the manager. about 10 minutes on hold later he comes on the line. I ask him if my truck is ready. He tells me he never talked to me and has no idea who I am. I assure him that he is who I talk to before (I recognized his voice). He told me i was wrong and hung up. I called back and he answered. I was mad now and told him so. I told him what had happened so far and that I just wanted to know if the car I have payed for was ready. He told me it wasn't. I asked who I should talk to tomorrow when I ask the same question. He said to talk to him (Josh), my salesman (Mark Davis) or their service manager (Paul Hendrix). Tuesday I try Marks cell at about 1 pm and he answers. I ask him if my truck is ready. He tells me he doesn't know but will find out and call me back. An hour later with no word and I call him back. NO answer. Three call to his cell later I call the sales desk (2:30 ish)and Mark answers. I ask if my truck is ready he says no it still needs to go though their 151 point safety inspection. I figure safety is good so i ask when it will be ready. He say they should finish it in the morning. Wednesday I call Marks about 12 pm and no answer. I call the sales desk and someone picks up and hangs up immediately. I call back and get the same treatment. I take a few minutes to calm down and try their service department. I get an answer and ask to talk to Paul. He says he will transfer me. The line ring and goes to a voice mail I leave a message asking to be called back with information on my truck. after about a 20 minutes wait he call me back and tells me my car has not even started. He tells me it was a trade in and that the upfront deal isn't finalized yet. I ask him what happens from here he tells me he has no idea but he will find out for me. he calls me back an hour latter and tells me that the financing department should have the upfront deal done Thursday and if they do he should be able to have it done at latest Friday. Friday about 2 pm I call Mark's cell he answers. I ask about my truck he tells me it is ready. I come down and examine the truck and find that only 1 of 3 things we agreed to have repaired where done. He gets flustered and starts apologizing. He says he will make sure that it gets done today and that I can pick it up Saturday. He then leads me into the office and asks if I will do the paperwork today to save time tomorrow. I agree and finish most of the paperwork and leave. Saturday I come down at about 3 pm. I tracked down Mark and he tells me he checked it himself and everything is done. I check it over and the repairs where done. He ask me to park it in a spot and come in to finish everything up. Then I notice that the tank is on E. When I go inside i ask him about my tank of gas. He says if it's not in the truck now there is nothing he can do for me. I ask to talk to a Manager. He leads me to an office and I talk to Josh again. Josh tells me that there is no money in the deal for gas and that I am out of luck. I ask if he is willing to loss future business over $30 worth of gas. He says YES. So I leave the office and go to get my temp tags and leave. I am standing in the showroom looking angry and am asked by another costumer what is wrong. I start telling them the story from the beginning and about 3 minutes into it Josh comes out of his office and starts yelling at me. Telling me if I am going to talk to other costumers I need to leave. I tell him I want to leave but needed my temp tags first. He rudely shoos the other costumer away and runs to the financing office to try and hurry the process along. When he gets the tags he comes out with me puts them on and waits until I have turned out of the parking lot before he goes back in. I have had a few bad experiences buying cars but never had one this bad before. read more

WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! Stay away at all cost, this place couldn't be more unprofessional if they tried. I came in there knowing the exact car I wanted, and after 45 minutes of walking around the lobby I finally got a salesman. I had to do way to much paperwork to even look at the inside of the car. Finally I get to do a test drive and really like the car and want to buy it, thats when it really goes downhill. I have a trade in, and they check it out and offer a good price for it. Then hit me with a pricetag of $3000 more than the sticker price of the new car. After I asked about that, they blamed the price difference on the IT department not updating the website, but they would honor the advertised price, so I'm ok with that. But then they reduce the offer for my trade in by $4000 in hopes I wouldn't notice, needless to say I noticed. After hours of arguing I finally get things back to a good price and decide to buy the car. As it turns out my salesman has never sold a car, or been trained how to fill out any paperwork, so he has to go check with the manager for every single paper I fill out. It took forever to get the ball rolling, then on to finance for the never ending sales pitch for extended warranty. I finally struggle through a 7 hour car buying process to come out and see my new car is filthy, its covered in bird crap, shoe polish is all over the windows from advertising the price, there are deflated balloons hanging from the mirror, its a nightmare, and out of gas. I finally got the car, but felt like I got a root canal instead. Go somewhere else! read more

DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM CAMELBACK FORD--THESE GUYS ARE AN INSULT TO USED CAR SALESMEN! This week my wife was e-mailing back and forth with Jessica Savage, the Internet Sales Manager for Camelback Ford. The vehicle in question was a 2008 Toyota Highlander with 45,000 miles on it that she had her eye on. After a few days of questions about the vehicle, yesterday she emailed Jessica and verified that the car was still available (my wife noticed that the car's link on the Ford website was missing). Jessica replied that it was still on the front lot and it was not sold yet. My wife made an appointment for a few hours later to see the car. I then printed up all the relevant information about the car for our visit: its CARFAX report and some cost estimation information such as the Kelly Blue Book price, etc. My wife and I showed up to take a look and were met by salesperson John to see the car. He went to get the keys and took us to the Highlander. We started driving down the road with the salesperson for a test drive and right away my wife pointed to the odometer--it had almost 70,000 miles on it! While my wife test drove, I poked around in the car and noticed that some of the extras in the car differed from the one we had been inquiring about. When we got out of the vehicle I took a glance at the VIN number on the car and it was different from the one we had been asking about! In addition, the listing price was $5,000 more than the car we had made an appointment to see three hours earlier! We brought this up to John and he seemed very confused. He left us waiting several times for ten minutes a pop while he came back to re-ask us questions about the VIN number, who we had talked to, etc. We asked to speak with Jessica and he said "Um yeah she's in a sales meeting and should be out in 15 minutes..." She at no point came around to see what happened. At one point he said that there must have been some misunderstanding on our part, and I was happy to hand him the printed e-mail correspondence with Jessica from three hours prior--which sent him scuttling away again. Then John was gone and another more experienced salesman was plopped in front of us. It was clear that he knew they had pulled a bait-and-switch on us and he didn't care. He stared at us with his dead, dull eyes and tried to push this new car with different options, an additional 25,000 miles, and a $5,000 higher price tag. I told him that we were not happy about the bait-and-switch, to which he rolled his eyes and told us this car was "just as good" even though it clearly was not. He could not answer any of our questions about how this mistake was made and why we were shown a different car and told it was the same car and we had to figure out for ourselves that we had been lied to. He dodged the questions and talked about how awesome the car was in front of us and pretended that no bait-and-switch had occurred. That's when I noticed in the CARFAX report for the original car we had come to see (that I had printed that day) showed a record for "CAR SOLD" five days before. Which means that not only had Jessica lied to us that day but that she had been lying to us for the previous week when we had been asking questions about the car (that entry was new--we had pulled a CARFAX record earlier that week and the "CAR SOLD" wasn't on it). I pointed this out to the salesperson and his attitude changed. "No no, we can show a car to be sold but that doesn't mean that it sold." No longer was this guy smooth--he was getting nervous. I verified incredulously, "You're telling me that you put CAR SOLD on a CARFAX without selling the car?" He said, "Yeah that doesn't mean anything...we sold it this afternoon." I purchased a "new" F150 in mid-March. It never occurred to me to check the roof of a new truck. Three weeks later damage was found. I know I didn't do the damage I had barely driven it. So I emailed Matt Noland (Internet Sales Mgr) the same day and was told I could take to any Ford dealership to get fixed. Matt said it looked like it was damaged during transport. Well, Ford Motor Company denied the repair and told me to deal directly with Camelback Ford. So, I have been trying to. Well, it's now mid-June and they aren't returning any my calls or texts. I have tried to get a hold of Tom Yerace (the GM) and Morgan Memmott(the Cust Relations Mgr). I even asked them to meet me in the middle but of course they are not doing anything to help. I wonder how many other customers they are ignoring also, probably a lot. Then, I contacted the Ford Motor Co. to tell them how am I supposed to work with the dealership if they won't return or accept my calls and they said they can't do anything. There is no accountability, obviously Ford Co. doesn't care either. I have owned Ford's all my life and my family too. Well, after being treated the way I have from both Camelback Ford and the Ford Motor Company I will NEVER buy another one nor will I ever recommend them again. The. Worst. Experience. Ever. I wanted to buy a used car from this place. This dealership made it impossible. I started with an incredibly rude salesperson. There was a brief moment of professionalism by a manager who stepped in. A couple of days later, i called to see if the car was still available and schedule a test drive. I was told the manager was off but someone would call me back. No call back. Another call the following morning. I was told the manager was in a meeting but would be transferred to another sales manager. Got voicemail. Called again and asked to speak to someone. Got connected and was told the car was still there but they were checking on a part before it could be test driven and that someone would call me. Called again FROM ANOTHER DEALERSHIP and asked for the manager. This time i was told he was on vacation. Told the FIFTH person that i tried to buy this car from that i was about to purchase a vehicle from someone else. He PROMISED to call me back in "10-15 minutes." 20 minutes later, i bought another car from their competitor. Still no callback, now six hours later. Don't bother. No wonder they only have two stars on Yelp. read more

I never usually post anything to the internet-but I was treated so badly by Camelback Ford that I had to post this to warn other used car buyers. After working for 3 days with the internet salesman, I went to buy my 2003 Ford Expedition that the salesman had told me about for 3 days. He told me the interior was leather, not torn, in very good shape. He said that the vehicle only had one owner, well taken care of. I asked him why only one picture of it on the internet--and he said the vehicle's picture was taken before it was detailed. He said he ran my credit, and I told him I was going to get Matt-the downpayment and come on Saturday. I called him on Friday to confirm a 9:30 appointment with Matt. When my wife and I got to the dealership on Saturday, they told us Matt was busy with another customer. We asked where the vehicle was and the Salesman took us across one parking lot, to another, to another and could not find the vehicle. My wife went inside the Arizona heat, and I walked around another parking lot and was told they could not find the vehicle. My wife and I were then taken inside (while they went to find the vehicle)--and then we were TOLD what kind of vehicle we really needed to buy-- When we told the Salesman we were not interested in buying a higher priced vehicle, he then wanted to know how much payment we could afford. Finally we asked--if they had the vehicle or not--- and we were told no.. At that point we left the dealership. What a scam, what a waste of time, what a bogus way to get people into a dealership. They still have the car posted at this time on the internet-- Believe me--it is not there. When we got home, Matt had the nerve to call and ask how our experience went---no one knows what they are doing there--except to lie. read more

This is the worst car buying experience of my life. I bought a brand-new car from them and they played every sleazy car dealer track known to man. Changing paperwork interest rates, forcing dealer upgrades into the deal that I didn't want saying they were already on the car so I had to take them refusing to include the X plan that I was entitled to through my employer (hid I was screwed out of that in the paperwork) changing the deal again saying that I hadn't qualified for the interest rate again they had approved me for. Changed the deal a third time and said I needed a cosigner. Then tried to change the deal of fourth time saying they couldn't get it approved on my credit. When I said I just wanted to bring the car back they threatened to charge me $.45 a mile for every mile I put on the car if I didn't find a cosigner. When I finally got my uncle as a cosigner the deal changed again and they couldn't get it to go through with me on the loan miraculously and it had to go strictly in his name so I couldn't review the documents anymore. The deal finally went through with a bunch of dealer add-ons I didn't approve such as extended warranties that then had to be cancelled. This is because my uncle is in Massachusetts and I am in Arizona so the documents were FedEx back-and-forth with my never being able to review with him because I was nowhere in the deal any longer. In the process of this whole debacle Camelback took out the Arizona registration so I was left with no registration and a vehicle I could not drive, add ons not wanted and that they were specifically told to not include, I was also left with another bill for the AZ registration. During this whole time Camelback was in possession of a release from my uncle to do all the paperwork less signatures with me. They were just hiding everything so they could pack the payment maximize their profit and rip me off. Even once The deal was done I had to go to Ford motor credit to get copies of the contracts because Camelback refused to provide copies of any of the documentation on the loan to my uncle Camelback is the shadiest dealer that I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with they hide everything from the consumer so that you don't have any of the information you need on your vehicle purchase. Do not do business with Camelback unless you want to be ripped off too! read more

Just had my oil changed at Camelback Ford and was quoted 1-1.25 hours. I told them that it couldn't be longer then that because I had to pick up my kids at school. Over 2 hours later I got my vehicle back after repeatedly asking for it. The dealers shop paperwork said the job was completed in one hour. And then to boot one of the lot people had a rude attitude when I said I needed to leave. I will never give this company any of my money again! Piss poor way to run a business. Do not go here! Managers Ken, Ron, Customer Service Consultant Robin and Service Dept Manager Amelia are all horrible. None of them no anything. They pass everything around and give you the run around. No one has any answers and no one can help with anything without passing it on to the next person. I got screwed and I hope no one else gets the sorry, lame, cheating, fake smiling, no good having, smile in the face, customer service that I got. At least say sorry or we screwed up how can we fix this. Nothing, and I'm upset so I better stop! Don't go to Camelback Ford Lincoln. If you do, check your paperwork, I bet it's wrong! Double check and triple check it. And check it again after finance gets it. And triple check the vehicle, make sure everything works, and make sure the vin number matches up. I've got a broken CD player, the power locks short out every other time you lock it, the back vent window doesn't open consistent and the light frame in the back is loose. All of this is something I screwed up and didn't check, I thought I could trust these guys, but I got screwed and all they can do is smile! And even that is fake! read more

Don't go!!!! Sales guy was nice like he should be but was lied to left and right. Came from 5 hours away to buy a truck, did everything over the phone, told me they got the finance worked out just how I wanted. When I get there I'm told hey we got you a warranty too! Wait for a few hours, yes a few hours to see the finance guy and was lied to about my credit score, was told I had to buy a warranty in order for the loan to be approved and sign up for a bi monthly payment program that charges more money. Paper work has the payment $80 more a month than we agreed to over the phone. I called capital one who was funding the loan and they told me everything the finance guy told me was a lie. Capital one offered to not pay the dealership until They redid the paperwork. After getting home I called the finance guy on his lies and he started yelling at me. Told me no way my loan would process with out him because my score was too low( which he lied about and told me it was 40points lower than it really was) then told me the warranty can not be taken off but will give it to me at half price. Fast forward a year and a half the warranty will not cover a problem I have on my truck like they said it would cover any issue I have. Called again and spoke to the Finance manager and he talks to me like I'm an idiot telling me warranty does not cover everything and there is no way his guy told me I had to have the warranty for the loan. I asked if there was anything he could do to help since his guys lied to me and forced me to buy something, 2 months later no call back and had not taken another one of my calls. Glad I don't live close and don't need to use them. Another little thing but when they gave me the truck the gas light was on, even thought I was told it would be clean full of gas and ready to go. Also could not get any records of any pre sale service they might of done so I didn't do anything twice. read more

We were planning on going to the Nissan dealership next door but popped in because of a huge window advertisement at Camelback Ford.'$12,995 Ford Focus ask us how'. Yes ...Good luck with that question! Our salesman Jay was nice and showed us plenty of other vehicles , none anywhere near that price point, more like 6-10k more than that. We explained we were interested only in the vehicle that was advertised. We meandered around the back lots, round and round and surprise, nobody seemed to know where they kept those vehicles.Seems as though Camelback Ford has not been introduced to any computer programs that may help them track their inventory! After an hour, Jay was able to get the keys to the mystery vehicle and just needed to find it on the lot. After more time had passed he was able to let us know that it was at a storage lot off the property and that they had sent a couple guys to go and get it for us. Progress! We were told they would be back in 10-15 and to have a seat and they'd bring it around. After about 45 minutes we asked our sales person to check how much longer it would be...a manger, Ben came over and told us 2 minutes....After 5 minutes we told Jay to call us when it was there, we were going to grab a bite and come back. As we walked out we were asked to speak to another manager, Chris. We told Chris to call us when the car was ready,he agreed and shook our hands. We drove around for awhile looking for a place to eat some 20 miles away. Over an hour after leaving, Jay called to let us know the car was there! Yeah, again we felt we were getting closer. We confirmed with Jay that was indeed the advertised vehicle, he said it was, but not feeling we could trust this place we asked him to confirm this with a manager before we drove the 20 miles back. We walked around the Bass Pro shop for 30-45 minutes to kill some time and finally a manger called and told us they had the vehicle except it was $1000 more than the one on the ad- they didn't have one of those! We arrived at 1:30 and this call was made to us after 6 pm! Almost 5 hours of run around! They told us they did not know know when or if they would be getting another one of 'those' vehicles. Stay away! We went there after calling on a car we saw on their website. When we arrived (a full hours drive from where we live) they told us we had just missed the car, it had been sent to auction but they had others. After hours of back and forth we agreed to purchase a smaller car than we wanted, assured that we would be in their "buy back program" and after a year we could bring the car in they would buy it back and move us into something more along the lines of what we had come in for. Well, they called 6 months later, insisted we should come in right away they had some great deals on new Focus cars and could get us out of our compact into a focus for the same payment we had ($250 a month) so we drove the hour, cleared a day to go, spent hours looking at cars, finally got to one they said they could do the deal on and they come over with a payment of $485!!!!! Sorry, $485 isn't in the same solar system as $250. Angry, we walked out. They called again, and again, finally convinced us about three weeks later to come back, this time we would deal directly with a manager and for SURE he would get us the deal they had promised, we said we were unsure, that we had believed we needed to wait for a years worth of payments before doing the buyback and we didn't want another wasted day, NO NO they insisted, there were rebates and special discounts!! So in we went again, this time to see a car exactly like what we had first come looking for. We loved it, and told the salesman we were happy on the test drive and would buy the car but we would NOT go through any of the games we had been put through before, that if he came over with some outrageous payment amount we would be furious and walk out, if they couldn't do the payments we wanted, they needed to say so and we would go home and not come back until the year was up. Oh he understood, they wouldn't do that. Well, he did, sat down with a payment of $475 and tried to tell us how we were lucky to get that, my husband started doing the math on the paper, showing the young salesman how they were overcharging us and where they could cut those charges to make the deal work and the salesman snatched the paper out from under him and slid it over to me with a smile "It's going to be in YOUR name, I'm sure YOU can understand this." I could only gape in disbelief and my husband, a retired Corrections Officer, displayed HUGE self restraint and did not deck the smug little jerk. We got up and my husband demanded our car keys as the dealer had taken them to "evaluate" the car they had just sold us a few months earlier. They refused to hand over the keys, the salesman ran and got his manager who finally brought the keys after my husband threatened to call the police, they followed us into the parking lot asking what was wrong, what did they need to do to make the deal happen and we hurried away, my husband told them "NOTHING, there is nothing you can do! You've done enough! STOP CALLING US!!" and we drove away, we only got a block away and the phone rings, it's the dealership general manager wanting to know how to "fix" this. My husband told him we were done, they had lied to us, misled us etc etc and we wanted no more of it. The next day another manager called and my husband spoke with him and explained what had happened and that we were DONE. When the year was up we might go back for the program. Well, we did, and guess what? No program, not only that but the carfax they read to us when we bought the car had said I was the third owner of the car and it had not been in any accidents. When we ran it ourselves? I am the cars 8th owner and it has been in a major accident. THEY LIE, they bait and switch, and they try to bully you into bad deals. We were looking to buy a reliable car for our son who goes to the U of A in Tucson. We came up to this dealership as there was a much better selection. Bought a certified pre owned Fusion. Our salesman Grant, was great. No pressure. Knowledgeable. Gave us a great deal. I would have given the dealership 5 stars for that reason. A month later...the battery has been replaced and now the alternator. Battery not covered, thank goodness the alternator is. Not the point as I tried to explain to the manager to no avail. My son had to call in sick to work, skip his internship for school and spent Easter alone as he had no transportation to relatives in Phoenix. Yes there are buses, Uber and taxis. Which we will now have to pay for this week as the car can't get fixed until Wednesday. Won't go back to Camelback. read more

Michael McAdams was an amazing sales guy. He was very helpful and very easy to work with. I have nothing but praise and appreciation for him in what he did. That being said, there were two people at this dealership that I will never deal with again. One being Mike Kildoo. While we (we bought two cars in one day) were going through the process of purchasing our cars, Mr. Kildoo was extremely rude not only to the two of us, but also to other employees in front of us. At one point when we first started working with Mike McAdams, another employee, female, had come over to tell Mike Kildoo that her customers had arrived, he had told her to grab a certain person, which she did not hear, so he said "I am sorry, I did not realize I was speaking to fast for you, let me slow down so you can understand" to which she said "I already did tell him they are here". He also was very rude and demeaning to us as customers, and especially me at times as I was not willing to be pushed around by him, like he was trying to do, and nor was I going to let my other half be pushed around. He kept saying how the deal with the F150 would go through, and that they were working on it, and then all of the sudden he disappeared and Chris Reyes came over and started talking with us about the F150 in a very rude manner. At one point he ever wrote on the paperwork after beating me down for several minutes, when I agreed to the payment of $620, that "Ok you win" and then had me sign the piece of paper. This was after beating me down several minutes, and making me take off the bed liner I wanted with the truck, and having to beg for 3 years of free maintenance at least. I am sorry, but when TWO people are buying TWO vehicles at a dealership at once, over $60,000 in purchases, I would think that one would be willing to do almost anything for them, especially something as little as a DROP IN bed liner that probably at cost, would be less than $200. Mike Kildoo also insulted us several times by telling us that we could just cut back by one less soda a day, and give that as a monthly payment, and we would also lose weight, which we could both afford to do he said. Once everything was done, Mike McAdams was talking to my other half and myself about coming back tomorrow to pick up one of the vehicles, the 2013 Ford Escape as it was not ready, to which Mike Kildoo looked at him, cut him off and said "Let me talk to them" when Mike McAdams was already speaking to us, and was completely capable of doing so, and was doing a great job. I, as a customer and an employee at a place of business, will tell you that if I was ever treated like that by an employer, that I would walk off the job immediately. I could not believe the complete disrespect Mike Kildoo had for his employees, and the way he spoke to them. I cannot emphasize enough that Mike McAdams did a fantastic job on selling us BOTH of the vehicles. The Sync lady, Erica Cooper, was also an amazing help with everything. Sadly with the two people there that made the experience less then great, I am not sure even I would buy another vehicle there. read more

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Do not come here, I promise you it is not worth it. The people here do not care about their customers and will sell you anything, let me tell you my story. Back in August 2015 I was car shopping looking for a mustang GT. Came across their website, and found a car I liked. IT WAS A CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED. Now maybe you're wondering why I emphasized on that. Fast forward to February 2018 when my car is due for tags and I need to pass emissions. I take it, and it fails, they tell me I need to complete the drive cycle. I do that several times, no luck. I start to worry so I take it to camelback ford to see what is going on. Guess what they found? THE CAR HAS NO CATALYTIC CONVERTERS. They sold me a certified pre-owned vehicle that is not even street legal. It is illegal to not have cats on your car, yet they sold it to me. Best part? Warranty did not cover it (because of course) and they wanted to charge me $4300 to install the new exhaust plus another $3000 if they needed to replace the manifolds. Do not come here, they do not care about you. It was shady what they did to me and I regret ever giving them my business. read more

We weren't planning on buying the suv when we went to the dealership. My husband promised that it was just to look. We had been to another dealership down the street (Bill Luke) and it was terrible, like a cattle call and the service was atrocious. Our daughter was 8 months and desperately needed a nap. My husband saw the truck and was instantly taken, i was less in love due to some serious gouges in the driver and passenger doors. John, our sales person, was amazing. He was so friendly and convinced me to take the car for a test drive. He was friendly and very helpful. I asked if there was a way to fix the scratches and told my husband if the scratches were fixed he could get the car. The manager came over and said that they could not fix the scratches but would give us a pain pen that should cover them up because they were already not making much on the sale. I ended up agreeing to the paint pen and we headed over to financing. Financing was a long long wait i'm not going to lie and i was really ready to be out of there but everyone was very friendly bringing water and one woman even brought my daughter a toy dinosaur to play with. While we were waiting for financing John told us that as he was filing the paper work his GM saw the paint pen request and said that they would fix the scratches in the body shop and gave us a 300 dollar credit to come in when we had time (we live out of town). There was some miscommunication with the actual scratch repair and I was told that if i dropped the car off on a Thursday night it would be ready by Friday or Saturday (by our sales person). When i went to drop it off the guy who worked in the service section told me that there was no way it would be ready that early and it would be more like Wednesday of the following week. This was inconvenient but i was excited that they were going to be fixed so i borrowed my parents car and went home. The next week on Monday we received a call that the car was ready. My parents offered to go get it since we couldn't make it to town. When they picked it up they noticed that nothing had been done. There had been a miscommunication and the 300 wasn't enough to cover the damage to the doors it was going to be more like 800 to 1000 to fix the gouges. So they hadn't done anything but buff the car. Needless to say i wasn't too pleased that they hadn't called and talked to me about this and instead just let us think it was all fixed. When i talked to John he put me in contact with the head service guy, Charlie, who explained the money/credit issues. He apologized for the miscommunication about the length of time needed to fix the gouges and for the credit not covering it. Charlie set up a time for us to drop the suv off again and had the gouges completely fixed. IT turned out GREAT! The car looks completely new. It may have taken a bit to get everyone on the same page but they were very diligent in making sure they followed through on their promises even went above and beyond what was originally agreed to and we were very happy. read more

10/18/2016 Camelback Ford/Lincoln So, it has been about a month or two since Camelback since we got a car back... We bought a G6 Pontiac that was not safe and they said they fixed it. Took the car to Indiana and before getting out of the state, it was acting up again. Gone 2 weeks and brought the car back and per their mechanics, that car was deemed unsafe for several reasons and continued to break down on their lot. We were told that we would do an even swap from Pontiac to Charger and would pay the difference, however this dealer only gave us approximately $4500.00 or maybe a little more... Now we went from a $263 a month payment approximately to a $393.00 a month payment. They are crooks. While I was waiting for someone, others were coming in and complaining about their car.. **** DO NOT GET A USED CARD FROM THEM**** Go figure, everyone that told us we would not have to pay for Pontiac and would add the difference for a payment have either QUIT or Let Go. Trust me.. Stay with Sanderson Ford or Larry Miller Toyota. They are always honest and very fair. read more

Just had a great experience here. Bought a 2012 Ford Escape. Worked with Kyle and Steve (mgr) to find a deal that was reasonable and within my budget. Really nice guys. Also worked with Molly to sort through all the finance paperwork at the end. This gal knows her stuff. Very organized and thorough. She explained anything I wasn't sure about, while also ensuring I wasn't sitting there for an hour dealing with paperwork. They even had lunch available while we were waiting on a few things! Terrible experience. I bought a 2004 chevy Colorado. Within 2 days the abs light came on. After 2 weeks of complaining I finally got into the service dept only to find out that the rotors were warped but the sales dept wouldn't approve new ones. I was lied to about several things, left sitting in an office for 2 hours and actually called rude because I was upset about that. I bought a truck on 9/17/16 and could not have been happier with my experience. I went in with little expectation of buying a vehicle and walked out thrilled with my purchase. Mike M. is one of the best and most transparent sales people I've ever worked with. Being from the east coast, I value a no bull, straight shooter, and Mike was that guy. Our first encounter went something like "Hello Chris, I understand you're in a hurry, so I want you to put it all on the table and I will find every dollar to get you there. If we can't make a deal, enjoy the rest of your afternoon." This guy made me feel like he was on my side the whole time! Go see Mike M. at Camelback Ford, don't bother going anywhere else (I went to Peoria Ford first and I'd like that 2 hours of my life back!).
