Josh did an amazing job stringing the lights and covered every inch of my house! Installation only took a few hours and they were always just a phone call away if I had a question or needed something. He warned me that he might not be able to get out to my house to take the lights down right after the holidays, but he surprised me and they were gone just a few days after New Years. Perfect! Great communication, super organized, and honestly just really fun people to have around. They were fantastic to work with, super friendly, showed up on time, and the lights turned out beautifully. What I really appreciated was how kind they were to my toddler, who really really wanted to be involved. They gracefully took the water he aggressively forced upon them... Lol. They made him feel important and were incredibly patient. You don't forget that kind of kindness. And I have to say that their Grateful Dead logo made my day. I'm super excited to put up the rest of our decorations now. I'm not sure if the picture truly captured it but they made our house look like it's straight out of a Christmas movie. He…read morepurchased 8 very small plants (less than 1' tall), and planted them in the wrong area such that even if they were mature they would not provide any privacy.. very disappointed. I feel like I just blew $1600. I should have just done the work myself. Edit responding to below: No I was not happy, I did immediately point out that the planting was in the wrong area and too small but what was I supposed to do? Based on your reply I guess I should have simply not paid. You should check with your customers when you are purchasing plants, and again that they are fully satisfied with the work they hired you for. I assumed that a *privacy screen* was self explanatory. I guess not.
