    GORGEOUS salad
    Emily C.

Went for lunch here the other day and really enjoyed it. We sat outside the front on Camden St and had a light bite whilst watching the world go by, and it was only delightful. We both ordered salads that were crazily yum and absolutely massive. Ok so the salad included fried chicken and lotsa goat's cheese.. maybe not as compleeetely healthy as I first thought, but it was crammed with other goodies like slow and various different raw veggies so that'll do me. The staff were so lovely as well - honestly so helpful and friendly, they couldn't do enough for us, and I definitely left with a smile on my face. Top drawer lads, well done.

Came here on Saturday for an impromptu catch up with a friend. We had planned to go elsewhere but it had come highly recommended and as we drove past there was a free parking space right outside the front door so we took it as a sign! First impressions were great, Camden Exchange has a warm, arty decor, a welcoming atmosphere and a really interesting selection of vodkas behind the bar. We chose a seat outside in the smoking area which was covered, nicely heated and had three big wooden tables that would easily accommodate a big group of friends. The menu had a really nice selection of cocktails and we ordered a couple along with the beef and the pig main courses with were a bargain at €8!!! The food was absolutely gorgeous and portion sizes were perfect, enough to fill a hungry stomach nicely but not to sent you rolling out the door! :) We headed into the bar to pay and were admiring the werthers original vodka only to be poured some free samples by the lovely barman while we waited. Could not have been more welcoming service!

Came here for the lunch menu and got the cow burger. Messy but delicious and the chips were so good and crunchy. Excellent service from Louise who was so lovely and quick.

Awesome place to enjoy a few pints, especially on a good sunny day in their beer garden area. Food is very decent and their selections of beers are excellent. Very friendly and professional customer service. Very clean and extremely welcoming to all. If visiting Dublin, put on visit list.

This place surprised me. For something that looks and feels like just another modern pub, they serve up some pretty awesome food! Really didn't expect much but really loved both meals I've had here. Once was the special at lunch, a pulled chicken burrito which was just amazing, and quite a deal at 12.50! The other was the fish tacos from the dinner menu, which were also fab. Fish was a little skimpy, could have been two pieces or a larger piece, but the flavors were there. If you order the special you get a Camden Exchange minted coin that you can use towards drinks or meals, which is a fun idea. Really enjoyed my cocktail as well, they have a pretty big list and it was difficult to choose. I had the Very Berry with marshmallows and it was delish. They have the cocktail mixes in huge Mason jar taps behind the bar which makes for killer decor. It's definitely a place I might have passed up before if I were looking for something to eat, just because it seems so pub-like, but after two great meals here, I'm sold, it's a great spot for lunch and dinner. Love the look of this place, too. Lots of character, especially love the food truck kitchen in the back! They play all the major games, so it's nice to know a spot with good drinks, good food, and big screens. The staff have always been very friendly, loved our waiters and bar staff, so I hate to comment on just one, but the cashier who handled our check one evening was absolutely terrible. He was upset we wanted to split the bill and put up a fuss the whole way. Cursing and sighing and making the biggest spectacle out of something that happens all day, every day, everywhere. It was busy and clearly he couldn't handle it. It was more than a bad day, he was out for blood. Shame, sir! Shame.

I had such a great time at Camden Exchange. The interior is cosy industrial hipster chique, including a food truck inside the building (I'm not even kidding) We shared a bunch of tapas and then had some unpretentious good food. We got some bottles of a fine Argentinean Malbec and enjoyed the good vibes. I seriously recommend this place. Be sure to make a reservation, though.

First time I visited Camden exchange was for the craft beer& cider fest, which was good fun. I instantly fell in love with the décor and atmosphere. It's comfy hipster chic. Been back a few times for a pint since with my Yelp BFF, and last weekend finally got to sample their food as well. This must be one of the best value menu's in Dublin. All mains are only 12 euro and cater for the veggie, carnivore and fish lovers. It's pimped up pub food and the portions are big! I had the superfood salad with buttermilk chicken. The chicken was the size of a small baby. I tried hard, but there was no way I could finish all of the food.

I think the best pub in Camden street. Because, there is nice atmosphere, friendly stuffs, good foods and drinks! I went to there on Friday night. There was a lot of people, and stuffs seemed crazy busy.. Foods open until 0:00am! It's fabulous for me! Almost pub or lounge close until around 10:00pm. I'm going to there sometime soon!

The Camden Exchange, a new bar restaurant on Camden Street, (a street where focus seems to have shifted from regular bar to cocktail bar with food). The interior is nicely done. Extremely well thought through and hip. Exposed brick, reclaimed wood and metal, lots of metal. Including a safe box in the middle of the main bar. A cool gimmick. All that said, I was disappointed with the massive screen showing the football against the front wall. It took away from the place. And I couldn't see anyone in particular watching it. I found it distracting, so moved seats to keep it out of my eye line. I'd have to go back to try the cocktails and food, but the beer I ordered was a new favourite of mine, Lagunitas IPA. Thumbs up for that. The floor staff were more cool than friendly. Also weirdly the drinks menu had no prices on for the beer, that and the big screen left me a little unconvinced. But I'll be back for a another go at the Camden Exchange, try the cocktails out and maybe some food too (if it doesn't break the bank).

A new place on Camden street is always worth a visit. Good selection of craft beers and nice decoration. Ruined a bit by a massive projection screen showing football if you ask me. I might have to go back and try again, but prefer a couple of other bars on the street so maybe not. ( oconnells and against the grain ).

Great spot on the weekend to grab some drinks, food and hangout. They have Lagunitas IPA on tap and other Good beers as well. The staff is awesome and the bartenders are really good. The atmosphere and decor inside is cool, good music and a chill vibe. I will definitely be back.

Super New and (mostly) Super Great! Checked this place out today for lunch with 3 other coworkers; all eager to try this place out. As you step into this place... Wow, they are on the money for sure! It looks great, really spacious and the decor, couldn't have done it better myself.. ha ha! It's totally on point for this area even hipster yet cool vibe running through it. We arrived at 12, so before the lunchtime rush; the menu was simple but yet super inviting... I choose the 'Cow' which is beef brisket, crispy friend onions with a blue cheese dip and the Friday Feeling was truly alive as we all instantly wanted to add the fries. Others got the "Chicken' and Fish Tacos from the menu.... The lunch mains are priced at €8 then added fries cost €2... Unfortunately, even without it being overly busy the wait for food was too long especially for those on a working lunch, we need to be in/out and back to the desks within the hour, we were about 35mins in before food arrived... But I worth judge too harshly they've just opened their doors so confident this will all slot into place for them soon. Plus there kitchen is in a TRUCK... Yes, you heard me... In a Truck! Love a gimmick, i do :-) When the food arrived, we all quickly agreed we were glad we ordered the fries, the lunch mains themselves were not overly generous, portion wise these were pretty disappointing however, what we got... We all agreed was super tasty, so they have the flavour all wrapped up but they just need to revise how they price/portion their meals. The fish taco's was the smallest of all, was served 3 tacos with the tiniest amount of fish. Mine also, for €8 the brisket was super yumtastic but only for the fries... We would have all left peckish. So, for all those big appetite folks... buyers beware! For the folks at Camden Exchange, maybe an area to look at. Looks to be an awesome place to hangout, have a drink... Drunks menu is packed with craft beers, with a decent cocktail and wine list. So afterwork and weekends this place is really going to go down well. Will most certainly be back, just play the food thing in line with my hunger levels :-) See ye soon Camden Exchange!

Love this place! Stopped in after work with a friend for drinks and grabbed a seat against the wall. They had a large selection of whiskeys, beers on tap, as well as a few wines by the glass. For food they have several sharing plates and a selection of mains for €8 or €10 if you want to add chips. I had the croquettes and a side of curry cheese chips and my friend ordered one of the vegetarian mains. The food came out pretty quickly and I was pleasantly surprised at how big the portions were. My croquettes were good and came with a sweet tomato relish. The curry cheese chips ( or as my friend calls it - the hangover special) were so good and filling. The atmosphere of the place was great with lively music and a crowd of 30-somethings. There is a good amount of seating but I'd recommend coming early or making a booking. Will return!

Tucked down Dame Court just off Dame Street, The Stag's Head is one of those rare pubs that feels genuinely historic rather than designed to look old. The building dates to the late 1800s, and the interior retains the ornate features of a classic Victorian "gin palace"--rich carved wood, stained glass, brass rails, and a warm, glowing bar that feels wonderfully preserved. We stopped in around 4:30 pm, which turned out to be a perfect time to visit. There were other patrons enjoying drinks and food, but the atmosphere was calm and relaxed rather than loud or rowdy. It felt like the kind of place where locals drop in for a quiet pint on their way home from work before the evening crowd arrives. The staff were excellent--friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being intrusive. The food was very good (we failed to take photos because we were too busy enjoying it). As a vegetarian, I was thrilled to see the Impossible burger front and center on their menu; it was deliciously prepared with guacamole on a brioche bun, and not an afterthought on the menu. My companions both chose the Irish Beef Burger, and said it was excellent. One thing to know: this is a traditional Victorian pub, so cocktails aren't really part of the program. Expect beer, wine, or spirits rather than mixed drinks. In a place like this, that actually feels exactly right. Other pubs do serve mixed drinks. Between the history, the ambience, the quality of the food, and the wonderful staff, The Stag's Head is the kind of place that makes you feel like you've experienced a real piece of Dublin.
