The noodles were perfect. The amount was indeed generous. I used the washroom before I left. It was clean. No issues. I was undecided between the Phở đặc Biệt (Combination Pho) and Bún Bò Huế (Spicy Vermicelli Soup) so I asked the server and she recommended the Pho. I ordered the x-large since I was hungry. The food didn't take long to come out. And initially I thought I made a mistake ordering the x-large because the portion size was quite big (the have an even larger size called the jumbo). I did end up having all of it but it was definitely more food than I needed. The Pho was very good. Not too sweet or salty. Had a good flavor and you could taste the spices. There was a very generous amount of meat and noodles in that big bowl. Came with your standard toppings of beansprouts, basil and jalapenos. The jalapenos were cut lengthwise instead of the standard discs which made for some really big pieces. Not a complaint just something I noticed as different than most places. The other thing that was different was the meatballs, which were sliced thinly instead of quartered lie in most restaurants. They did have decent flavor and the meats were all tender.
