Showed proof of how my personal bank account was just hacked, and my card didn't work, to which I heard that's not my problem. DISGUSTING! One of the most unprofessional experiences I've ever had. These vehicles say fleet on the front plate and were blamed by this manager for not stating they were using a FLEET CARD. NOT ONE PERSON IN THE BUILDING HAD A NICE THING TO SAY ABOUT HER AND HER "LEADERSHIP". I can promise this $100 will cost the company more than quadruple that. As an active duty military member, I can promise I'm not taking this disrespect on the chin.

We dropped car off for an oil change. Tech stated it would be about 20 minutes and they'd call over…read morethe PA system our name. Started browsing in the store, finish browsing. No call over the PA (in half hour's time). We make our way back to the automotive service desk and a different tech prints off a sheet that states. "Cancelled: Couldn't get oil cap off". He also stated that previous place we got our oil change at put the cap on too tight and to take it back there. I take them at their word. Get home, test oil cap myself and was able to get it off myself in about 10 seconds time. So now I'm out gas money, time and above all, a damn needed oil change. I will not go back to this place and you shouldn't either if their techs can't properly remove an oil cap. I KNOW oil changes are dead simple. However, not everyone has a garage or necessary tools which is why we pay for others to provide the service. Simply unacceptable. Edit to add: Its impossible to over-tighten these types of oil caps. There are no threads. Additionally, the tech wrote "Car has never been here before". When in fact, that is false also. Evidenced by the fact that our old address was at the top of the service order.

When I picked up the car everything worked fine. Has the basic functions I wanted, and options my wife was happy with. The only down side was had to leave it overnight so they could get some parts to do it right. My experience was great, They listened to what I wanted and kept me informed of what was going on.

That was my 430 Friday night - these folks were awesome! Not only did they fill up my tires (and free because my tank was full and car packed) so I said Hey can you replace my headlight? They had the part sent right over and did it all while the kids slept AND for about $10-15 cheaper than I ever expected. The owners are awesome aaannnd incidentally doing my breaks Monday for more than $200 cheaper than my brother in laws garage....I found a new place and couldnt be happier.

OK fine...so we gave them another chance months later when it was time for another oil change. This time the same thing happened!! We do NOT need oil stains in our driveway and garage!! Then after they cleaned it up the second time... We started to smell oil in our car!!! My husband checked and they DID NOT PUT THE CAP on correctly!!!! So oil with splattering all over our engine!!!!! This could cost someone their motor!!! And do you really think Valvoline would pay for a new motor??? NO! The manager Noah was there both times.. either he does not know how to manage and train his people or he is just a bad manager. We will not go back.

They communicated well, offered a replacement tire of the same value, but I wanted the more expensive but safer run flat, which they got. I'm not sitting on the side of the road again! It came with a warranty. They did a nice job. I will be back!

Sadly, when on a trip with a friend to House of Blues- I was a victim of a "smash and grab." They…read moretook out a back drivers side window. It cast a bit of a pall on an otherwise awesome show. I remembered several people chiming in how great Cragon Automotive is, and they were very kind to me on the phone when I reached out for another automotive issue prior. So I got Kevin on the line as he was returning from a trip to get some parts. Listening, he expressed empathy and asked me to drive over there and he would at least get the window taped up. The challenge was- I have a Hybrid vehicle, and that special battery is located right underneath the back seat. In other words- any rain will kill my car getting into that battery- or at worst provide a rather "electrifying" experience- and not of the good kind... BUT- leave it to Kevin here, and his "three wise men" to not only secure the car with heavy plastic over cardboard, sealing it tight- but he kindly vacuumed out the back seat that was still covered with glass. He is going to get back with me once he is able to get a quote for parts to replace the window. Over and above! I also noticed they had an excellent price on Cooper Tires- so I'm saving up for those after this phase is through. Excellent service to a slightly traumatized female (me) and friendly guys all around, who took care of me even though they were clearly very busy. I know why they are busy too- honest, kind and thorough. I watched them greeting customers who were picking up as I was waiting, many friendly conversations were had. It shows you a lot about a business. So if you want an honest, fast, ethical resolution to a car problem- please give them a call. I think you'll stop right here as you'll be well taken care of.
