A bike I rode into Cleveland Moto had to be towed to North Ridge. She was barely alive when I rescued her. I dropped her off at North ridge praying it was not to late. The service manager looked at me at said "Cleveland Moto...this is not the first time we have worked on a bike from them, We can fix it." I was suddenly at ease. I called a mechanic that I've worked with before, but he wasn't available. I called a couple of others, but they're so busy that they couldn't schedule me within my timeframe. I contacted Fisher Cycle and Dave asked me to drop it off in the beginning of the week and he'll get it done sometime during the week. I did just that and he delivered as promised. He was in the middle of an engine rebuild when I dropped it off, but I actually got the call that it's done a lot sooner than I expected. I really appreciated how understanding and accommodating he was! His shop seemed organized and he handled everything professionally, explaining everything he went through and what he did.
