The gentleman behind the desk and one of the mechanics suggested that I lie in the future about having done any work on my car so they are actually promoting lying and dishonest acts Which further makes me worry about and wonder about their integrity and adds Creedence to the fact that they have been sued multiple times. I would highly recommend trying somewhere else and not doing any business with this place. My father and brother were mechanics and I grew up around a garage and it is worrisome and unethical to turn down work out of fear of being sued again. There are plenty of other garages in the area. Foreign Auto Solutions is the worst place to bring your car for repairs! The shop has flatly refused to diagnose the engine light in my VW Beetle. Their sales pitch about using "the best oil" is no more than a full synthetic compatible with your car. Any shop will do this. What's more, Foreign Auto Solutions doesn't care about their customers other than getting paid. They don't clean up their parking lot nor do they salt it. Right smack in the middle of the winter, I slipped and fell on the black ice in the parking lot, and a kind bystander helped me back to my feet. Bystander, and not one of the shop workers. I walked inside and grabbed a piece of a paper towel to stop bleeding in my hands. I was actually lucky to even find a piece of paper towel; it was almost used up and not refilled. My vehicle was estimated totaled at chardon square collision which they notified my insurance and so I cancelled the claim and picked up my "totaled" vehicle. Upon pickup I noticed all of my badges and emblems for my vehicle were missing I questioned the manager and they said "it must have broke during inspection" when I pointed out that I had front end collision and that the badges on my trunk were missing they blamed their parking lot for not being fully fenced in. Let me remind you this is in a smaller town on the same street within a mile of the police station AND their lot has a gate. Me and my insurance received a quote close to 9 thousand dollars and that made insurance deem it totaled. I visited Middlefeild foreign auto and my quote was less than half of that out of pocket. Now I have a clean title after cancelling my claim and a trust worthy mechanic. I had to make a yelp account just for this btw
