My Rewards account will clearly reflect the thousands of dollars I have spent over the years on vitamins, groceries, produce, and other health products. As a customer who has invested so much into this store, I should never feel uncomfortable or unwelcome while shopping. While I have had positive experiences with many of the employees and managers, my repeated interactions with the manager, Faith, have been consistently disappointing. Over time, I have felt as though I am being watched, monitored, and singled out whenever I shop. She appears to closely observe me and even seems to monitor employees who interact with me. As a Black customer, these repeated experiences have caused me to question whether I am being treated differently. Whether that is her intention or not, that is the way her actions have made me feel, and no loyal customer should ever leave a store feeling that way.Faith wants to police the wrong customer, she wants to be a sheriff and should worry more about being a likable manager she is terrible .. This is not based on one isolated incident. On multiple occasions, Faith has followed me through the vitamin section, and there was even an employee who witnessed one of those encounters. I chose to overlook those situations and continue supporting the store because I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. However, during my most recent visit, her looks, smirks, and overall rude demeanor crossed the line. I am in this store almost every day, and as long as I have my receipt, there should never be an issue or reason for me to feel as though I am under suspicion. I have experienced other customer service issues in the past, including an incident involving incorrect pricing. However, Manager Chris immediately stepped in, handled the situation professionally, and made it right. Because of the way he resolved the issue, I chose not to file a complaint. That level of professionalism is one of the reasons I continued shopping at this location. Another ongoing concern is the quality of the produce. Since I shop here daily, I frequently have to return fruits and vegetables because they are not fresh. Even with those inconveniences, I remained a loyal customer because of the convenience of the location and because I genuinely wanted to support this store. Unfortunately, after years of loyalty, I no longer feel comfortable shopping at this location because of the way Faith has repeatedly treated me. My Rewards account reflects my loyalty and the significant amount of money I have spent supporting this store over the years. I deserve to be treated with the same respect, professionalism, and courtesy as every other customer. Moving forward, I will only shop at this location when absolutely necessary and will be taking much more of my business to the other grocery stores in the area. I sincerely hope Sprouts takes this feedback seriously. No customer--especially one who shops there nearly every day and has spent thousands of dollars over the years--should ever be made to feel unwelcome, uncomfortable, or singled out while simply shopping for groceries.

Once we were seated the server was attentive and the food came out really fast. The restaurant was very clean modern and spacious. We enjoyed the famous chili and we got it over loco moco, the oxtail soup was good and the fried chicken and chicken katsu were all on point too. We got spam musubi takeout for our road trip back to LA as well as the chocolate cake, both were yummy. The takeout took a long time too. I guess it's on Island Time even in Las Vegas.
