A Corpus Christi seafood restaurant serving a fish native to the Mekong river in Asia is still something I don't understand? Swai is a fish known for its ability to live in harsh environments. With this comes fish farmers with no care for the health of this fish, as long as it can sell. If you were to research Swai farms you would also be disgusted by the laziness of this establishment. Serve native salt water fish that the people and tourist of Corpus are expecting instead of a fish that averages 1.8 dollars per pound.
