There is mini basketball golf, corn hole, arcade games, a video game set up, as well as a claw machine but the claw machine cost money. There is also seats indoors and a bar. The wait time to get our food was a little over 1 hour but so get our table there wasn't a wait time. The waitresses were really nice and kept coming to check on our table. Love the vibe here! The kids had a blast with all the free arcade games and the playground. We also enjoyed the free pool table and the putter golf, which made it a really fun spot for families. The food menu is a little pricey, but with all the free games and activities it helps make up for it. My family ordered three spicy chicken sandwiches. The fries were a bit inconsistent and cold in random spots. Unfortunately, the chicken itself had a strange texture. It was very tough and fibrous and didn't break down while chewing. I ended up having to spit out a few dense pieces because they were too rubbery to eat. Also, the pink lemonade was very watered down for both my kids drinks. Went for the first time yesterday and was really disappointed with the service. It took 10-20 minutes just to get a canned beer, and the draft taps weren't working. Food wait times were excessive -- my burger took about 30minutes, while my wife's crawfish took over an hour to arrive and was cold when it finally came out. I thought today was the night they have teacher specials but they said every other week. Everything kind of feels dirty (menus were disgusting) and it stinks. Fresh seafood doesn't stink. The only thing going for this place is the playground and even that does not seem safe at all. No one actually watches their kids. Some kid is running around hitting kids with a pool ball. Like no supervision but with things that could really hurt kids. The two stars is just for the sheer idea of the place, but unfortunately it's just that--a good idea with poor execution. Don't charge people $18 for two pieces of cold fish. $16 tasteless regular hamburger. If you're going to make it centered around kids, make it safe and maybe have kids drinks with lids. Figure out what's going on with wait staff bc they were no where to be seen and food came stone cold. Have specials that make sense and advertise them correctly. This place is my spa day. For a single Father of three, nothing beats coming here after the kids school day and letting them run themselves tired while munching on Crawfish Tails. They are always putting on events and deals. The service is kind and knows what they are doing event though they are often very packed. Surfing vibes through out and very kid oriented. THE STAFF KNEW ALREADY. My daughter got away and ended up sliding into it. I had to throw away her shorts and socks. We notified the staff AGAIN. MULTIPLE STAFF MEMBERS. NOBODY DID ANYTHING. When a party waits over an hour for food the server should call the manager to talk to the customer and offer a solution. Only thing this place going for it is kids playground which sadly is not maintained very well either. Staff was overwhelmed, was told as soon as we arrived kitchen backed up by 45 min, took FOREVER get drinks, refills, etc., food came out all separately (kids got there almost 25min before ours came out), and finally when food did get out..it was cold and very plain. This restaurant was just down the street from the hotel I was staying. Saw it and decided to stop. Looked online to get an idea and it showed it was closed...it was not. I was asked if we wanted inside or outside. I said inside and was seated outside...in a playground with alot of children. My granddaughter enjoyed it. I ordered the combo basket for $21.99 and my granddaughter got a fish sandwich for (I think) $12.99. I took a bite of the fried cod and wondered why there was no cocktail sauce for the fish (tarter was offered but I don't like it so I didn't get any) or ketchup for the fries as the fish was very bland and not worth the price I thought I was paying. I caught an employee walking past and asked for ketchup and cocktail sauce, which I received. Our waitress (Trinity) came by to check on us and let us know that the restaurant is new and they are asking customers for feedback. My biggest item was the music. It was not geared toward children and if that is there main clientele, the words should not contain cuss words or GD in it. I forgot to tell her the waitresses that are dressed like they are working in a titty bar should consider changing their tops to cover some of the cleavage that was hanging out. My granddaughter told Trinity about the beer advertisements on the canopies. I'm so desensitized to that I didn't even notice. :( The real disappointment came when I received the check. The prices for our dinner items had all of a sudden been raised and I was charged for the Cocktail Sauce...really? Who does that? I have never ever in all my years been charged for the Cocktail Sauce. On the check, The Seafood Combo Basket was now showing as $22.87 and the sandwich had jumped to $14.55 + the cocktail sauce. We did not order anything to drink other than water. Trinity asked if there was a problem and I told her what I was seeing and wanted to see the menu to verify. I never got the menu but I finally got the Manager. She was very argumentative. Said the price increase is for credit cards. I asked if that was stated on the menu. She said she didn't know. I said so, if I pay cash, it will go back to the regular price. She said no, this was the price and she could not change it. I also mentioned that the prices were a bit steep for what we received and she argued with me on that as well. So the jest is...be ready to pay a price more than what is on the menu; great place and food for children but very high priced for children; food is subpar at best, no flavor and just a generic seafood joint. It was a great experience for me and my family and my children and I got to drink at the bar while the babysitter is outside. Watched my kids. The managers and owners Eli and Jimmy are the best people ever. They helped me out with the menu and the new happy hour!!! Ask for Larissa shes the best waitress ! I took my son yesterday and I was blown away. the play zone is out of this world!! And at no charge. just pay for your food and drinks. I did see some machine games, those take coins but they have so many activities that my son loved we never needed to play those games. food and service was great too!
