Steadfast stood out from the crowd, and while they weren't the cheapest (or highest!) we couldn't be happier with our choice. James did an excellent job not only working with us to understand what we wanted, especially with an ask related to an ADA compliant ramp in a tight space, but also communicating promptly and thoroughly, asking for clarification and stopping by for in person meetings when I wasn't quite able to cover what I wanted with words and pictures. He also offered great design suggestions and helped us figure out how to get the most value for our dollar. Towards the end of the project James coordinated with the siding company we were working with to ensure there was a seamless connection between the new screened porch and the new siding, including working with the other company to resolve a communication breakdown resulting in a design issue. Franklin and his crew were efficient and easy to work with as well. We'd highly recommend Steadfast to anyone looking for deck or porch companies in this area!!!

BLUF: Customer Service and Professionalism was surprisingly disappointing despite other online…read morereviews. I couldn't even get as far as hiring the company for actual work. Simply based on the method of contact per their website and the return reply I received initially through a weird call and then through text, my confidence in the company shattered quickly. Miscommunication happens. I get that, so I decided to overlook the odd communication and unconventionally low-tech operational coordination and let them see whether they could & would help me out. I already knew it wouldn't be a tough job yet still needed help. I wanted to see whether they really are interested in providing service to those genuinely in need rather than only cherry-picking high yield jobs. The result? They failed in their interest to help as well. Zero follow-up...and I mean completely vacuous! From the scary observation of the drive up to my home & carelessly blocking my neighbor's driveway when parking...to the cold fish & flippant reply to a simple comment and inquiry while I explained the brief history of the issue, I remained completely unimpressed by this company. I am thankful that I was able to dodge a bullet when they failed to follow up because if they only demonstrate preferential selection for jobs (and wasting a customer's time when they have no intention of taking the job in the first place), then I say to you, the customer valiently doing your due diligence, be very cautious if selecting this company to do the work with which you need help. They may have been great at what they did during the company's prime years for some customers, however, now at the time of this writing, if you are a fan of both customer service and quality work, perhaps search elsewhere. If the company does not show well in their initial interaction, and in this case, following their second chance, they're likely not going to show well the rest of the time. While I very much dislike writing these types of reviews, consider yourself warned.
