The fitting room educator named Sally really went above and beyond bringing me different styles and colors without rushing me, and when I told her that I wanted pants I could travel in & wear on the plane without looking sloppy, she suggested a style that I definitely wouldn't have tried on on my own, and I ended up loving them and buying them! She was so nice throughout the process even though I was dressed like a bum & the store was closing soon. I have been to this store before on a girls trip about a year ago, and again the educators were all very helpful and friendly here. This store seems to have a large amount of stock. Last year was the first time I shopped at lululemon in a very long time, maybe a decade? since they first opened and yes, the quality has gone downhill, but I think the Canadian prices to US are pretty decent savings, and they still have some great items if you look around.

Super disappointed to see one of your employees wearing store merchandise while I was shopping…read more What made it worse was that she continued wearing it the entire time I was there. I even went back to check before leaving, and it was still on her head, complete with the tag and plastic fastener attached. Trying on store merchandise briefly is one thing. Wearing an item that's intended for sale for at least half an hour is another. The fact that the tag was still attached suggests it could very well end up back on the sales floor for a customer to purchase. I have a photo but won't post it here. However, I do think management needs to address this and better educate employees about appropriate handling of merchandise. This was clearly not a new employee, as other staff members were going to her with questions throughout my visit. I tried calling the store yesterday and again today, but nobody answered. Since I haven't been able to reach anyone directly, I'm leaving this review instead. I wear Lululemon products daily and have been a loyal customer for years. It's disappointing to see this kind of behaviour in a store environment. While I don't want to stop supporting the brand, experiences like this certainly make me consider alternatives.
