My daughter did get her feelings hurt multiple times here, especially on this, as she did not get to be apart of her graduation. They made her feel like an outcast many of times, making her go to lower class rooms with babies that even her pediatrician stated was not right. Always having her separated from her friends, she will come home a lot sad and when they had her in a baby room she even started acting like a baby and blamed her behavior problems on anything else. I tried canceling by phone but was told I had to cancel in person. I went in person but was told that since my wife set up the account she was the only one who could cancel it (all the membership charges were to my credit card with my name on it). My wife was working nights and could not easier make it in to cancel. Eventually she made it in to cancel and was informed that there is a 30 day noticed needed to cancel so we got charged for another month. I ended up paying for 6 extra months of membership from the time I started the cancellation process.

From day 1 I had to teach the teachers how to be teachers to my child because apparently they hire…read morepeople with little to no experience, they made me and my children feel like outcasts, I've witnessed things that made me feel like we were treated differently and judged based off not only the color of our skin, but also our finances, and my age. I was never addressed in a professional manner, I was always called girl or girlie which I found to be very belittling. My charges never added up and when I would ask for more detailed statements I never received anything. I asked for a meeting the first or second month of my children being enrolled here and they never scheduled one they just kept pushing it off to "talk to the teachers first" and just assumed I forgot about it. They talked down on me as if I was illiterate or beneath them. I witnessed and endured disrespect and lack of professionalism from a teacher and the owner on multiple occasions and the icing on the cake was being yelled at, and berated by the owner within earshot of every parent coming and going because they denied me the opportunity to speak with my child on the phone and I did not appreciate that. I've bit my tongue for months but no more of that. The price wasn't worth the experience, I'm so glad to be out of there.
