Customer service at Pampered Paws is exactly what you want when you are turning over your house keys and entrusting someone with your pets. She always got right back to me to answer any questions I had. We did an initial meeting at the house where we went over all the paperwork and info about the cats and everything she needed to know about the house. She is very detail oriented. While we were gone she would check in once a day with texts to notify us she had visited the house and that the cats were ok. Angie is very professional and it's so nice to be able to go out of town and know that the kitties have been well taken care of. I highly recommend her if you are in the market for a new pet sitter or need any of the other services she offers to help you take care of your pets.

Stop taking my pet there as heard several days she was boarding and trimming got loose. She counted owners after find couple of dogs but, not all of them were ever found. I stopped going there couldn't believe how careless and unconcerned seems to be. I take excellent care of my dogs I have ever owned. If need new groomer etc. I make sure I get a good review from friends and family and my veterinarian.

I have been taking my dog there for a few months, and they are great!

I heard some people complain that they couldnt get checkup vet services. -That's not what the APL is for. They mostly do sheltering, spay and neutering, ,vaccinations, and treating parasites. they also do microchiping for a good price. Recently their buildings were destroyed by a tornado and I hope that they get back up and running soon because they offer a lot of services to the community including catch and release neutering/spaying of feral and community cats.

We were not happy with the cuts. I think she hurried through to get done. When I called to let them know I was unhappy, the manager said she is new to grooming. That was his excuse. I was pleased with them so went back. I asked about paw prints and Gary Butler said he could do it. When I picked up the remains on Wednesday, December 3, the paw prints were in a card and were smudged to the point I could not tell what they were. I had expected a print in clay, which I did not get. I was so disappointed, I felt like crying and commented about the print not being clear. The woman in the office stated that the cat must have been in bad shape. I found that to be disrespectful. The cat was in perfect condition. He was an indoor cat and was kept cold until he was taken to Butler. I wasn't even given the option of the clay print. Given the lack of empathy toward my feelings and, I can never get the prints now. The cost was more than I had expected since last year. I have 2 more older cats. Butler will not be my first choice when the time comes for cremation for them
