The vet did not want to complete the surgery in one sitting, and scheduled the rest of the teeth to be removed about three months after the first surgery. About two weeks before the surgery, we took her in, and it turns out, her nerve was exposed and her teeth were reabsorbing. They sent us home with pain meds and a $700 vet bill after that appointment. She stopped eating a week before the second surgery and ended up with liver failure. She was too weak to leave her bed and she had to be put down. If they had done the full surgery, my cat would be alive right now. She was very skittish, being a rescue, and I was the first person to be able to get close to her and show her some love. She was finally getting used to us when she died. He was given a shot, which should work in 10 days and then I was to come back for a check up well two days later I called because he was worse not better and asked if they could look at him again and I was told I needed to pay the $112 to bring him in again. he was even worse so I had to call around and find a vet that would see my 11-year-old Shih Tzu and I did find a wonderful veterinarian clinic in Sherman, which I thank them for taking care of my dog.
