And nobody would help until we called here, Olivia took our call and said they couldn't send someone out but her and another technician would be willing to come during their lunch break to attempt to help us. Which they did, I can not thank Olivia and the other technician enough we didn't get her name but they were both so amazing and got the cat into her kennel in no time , very experienced and passionate about animals , they did it during their only break and without expecting anything in return. Please give them a raise they went above and beyond!

I have taken my dog to Grace Veterinary Clinic for little over a year. When I called the clinic and told them my dog was having respiratory issues and that she had been at the veterinarian emergency room over the weekend, they told me they would not be able to get her in even though I explained to them it was an emergency. As I mentioned earlier, I have had appointments with veterinarians, but had to sit and wait because other people came in with emergencies. To me, them not getting me in my dog needed to be seen is not acceptable. I will never take another pet to Grace Veterinary Clinic and if you love your pet, I suggest nobody else does either.

I literally cried, thinking about the fact that I would no longer be able to afford bringing a pet into my home ever again... Not because we didn't have love to share, but because money doesn't grow on trees for us. When I found out that Dr. Johnson and Dr. Costantino were reviving this practice, I was so glad to see them and the old gang that had been with me through years of pet ownership. Meeting Dr. Johnson for the first time was wonderful! She did an incredible job interacting with a feral cat we have adopted that isn't the best behaved, and our sweet little miniature Australian Shepherd. The care was excellent and the team there really loves the animals they care for at the practice. I am grateful for the care we received last year during the closing of this practice. But the fact that Dr. Johnson is now at Chatham Veterinary Clinic, keeping with an era of veterinary medicine rarely practiced in today's world, it makes me think I might be able to afford keeping animals in my home for a long time. Whenever everything else seems to be crumbling all around, veterinary medicine from loving hearts like these, at an affordable price, makes things seem OK again.

We called our regular vet, but they were double-booked on most of their appointments. All Cat Clinic is closeby, open, and specialized (just in case). Dr. Nelson and her staff were professional and caring. We didn't think the cost was high, as it was an emergency. He was tested, received fluids and an antibiotic, then sent home with some meds and yummy food. Sure, the food's pricey, but my Mother pays $59 each month on special weightloss food for her two cats. Archie had a follow-up appointment two weeks later and also received his shots. Now he has a clean bill-of-health. Excellent visits. Thanks for taking care of Archie! Karen
