Yet, he came home with bite marks on a daily. The classrooms have too many kids and it was causing him anxiety. I asked the director about it and she said the kids were biting him out of retaliation ..What?? What 2 year old knows how to retaliate??? This daycare is a joke. The director is a joke!! The only good thing that came out of this...now I get to watch my grandson and give him the care he deserves. They just didn't want to deal with him because there were too many kids in his class.

I believe it was because they wanted more money and being greedy or it was something personal. My daughter did get her feelings hurt multiple times here, especially on this, as she did not get to be apart of her graduation. They made her feel like an outcast many of times, making her go to lower class rooms with babies that even her pediatrician stated was not right. Always having her separated from her friends, she will come home a lot sad and when they had her in a baby room she even started acting like a baby and blamed her behavior problems on anything else. When i would address issues they would talk to you like you do not know what you are talking about, like your below them.

With the new director there have been some changes in staffing this past year, and we had some…read moresmall issues, but now that things are settled down, we are pleased. Our kids are happy here and the staff is honest and kind. They have been great with our child's allergies, especially. I have always liked that the daycare is small, so the kids all know each other and grow together. We've been there a year and a half and our kids truly enjoy going to Calvary.

I tried canceling by phone but was told I had to cancel in person. I went in person but was told that since my wife set up the account she was the only one who could cancel it (all the membership charges were to my credit card with my name on it). My wife was working nights and could not easier make it in to cancel. Eventually she made it in to cancel and was informed that there is a 30 day noticed needed to cancel so we got charged for another month. I ended up paying for 6 extra months of membership from the time I started the cancellation process.
