Now, they have a new owner, this Chris guy, who's supposedly a CPA, but that's just a title on a piece of paper. When you call in with a question and actually want to talk to the "CPA," he will put you on hold to go find out the answer to your question from his employees. He knows nothing about business, taxes, even basic things like EIN or business license. But he's raising the prices (lol I guess CPA to him means charging a higher price, not professional knowledge or responsibility) that Ed kept in place for years or even decades. Come on, he's an Enrolled Agent (he can stand before the IRS in court, etc.), he's an MBA (he knows business) and he's a great human being.
