Raffy is an incredible attorney who truly fights for his clients. He helped save our home from a crooked lien that never should have been placed on our property. He was upfront that the process would take time, but he reassured us every step of the way and remained confident that he would come out victorious--and he did. We are beyond grateful for his hard work, honesty, and commitment. I highly recommend Raffy to anyone needing a strong and trustworthy real estate attorney. read more

He responded quickly, however with an extremely high quote. It was one of those where I wondered if he added zeroes by mistake.

Saw all the great reviews and decided to reach out to this guy for a consult about some investing ideas I had recently heard about with the idea that he would handle any future contracts. I guess some people just don't want business. Attached is a copy of our email "correspondence." I got a three word reply that he's booked with no option to meet at a later date. When I asked his next availability he never even replied. One star it is. read more

Raffy was so professional and helpful. He returned my call after-hours and definitively answered the simple HOA-related real estate question I'd been trying to get answered all day elsewhere. I know that even 10 minutes of his time is valuable, because he has invested many years into becoming an expert in his field--but he happily helped me without charge, and his answer informs a major life decision for me. One that WILL require a real estate attorney's services, and I know who I'll be calling when it's time! Thank you Raffy. ETA: I originally found him through Google maps/reviews so I had no idea, but what a babe! Talk about the total package ;) read more

Raffy is an exceptionally honest lawyer; he swiftly pinpointed our issue. He generously offered us free advice before even starting to charge. During our consultation, scheduled for an hour, he generously extended it by 20 to 30 minutes without any additional cost. He advised us on the most cost-effective approach, even though we later realized he could have suggested alternatives that might have earned him tens of thousands of dollars more--options that other lawyers immediately recommended to us. This experience confirmed Raffy's integrity. He is not only knowledgeable and professional but also comes highly recommended by us to anyone in need of legal counsel. read more

Raffy is hands down the best lawyer that I have ever worked with. Starting with the initial phone interaction, he gave me a lot of useful information even before I decided to work with him. Raffy was hired to help close a sale on some commercial property and I felt that he had my best interest the entire time. For my specific needs, Raffy had a flat fee which was very important for me. I do not like feeling rushed or having my questions unanswered in the interest of saving money. Raffy answered all my emails promptly and was very professional throughout. He even answered my emails when he was out of town! I look forward to purchasing my next real estate because I know Raffy will help with a smooth transaction. read more

I found most reviews for attorneys when I was searching for landlord representation impossibly vague. Raffy represented me in a mediation with a tenant matter. He was communicative, measured, understood the big picture situation, and resolved my matter at about exactly what I would have considered the fair value. Perhaps most importantly, he worked to find a fair, reasonably priced mediator that was critical to the successful resolution of our case. It's actually not easy to find someone specializing in representing landlords - many seem to be tenant focused. Raffy was a true advocate and has been around the block - I give him my highest recommendation. read more

It was an absolutely wonderful experience receiving a consult from Mr. Boulgourjian. I called into his office to request a consult but was forwarded to a voicemail and decided to not leave a message. I received a call back not minutes later from Mr. Boulgourjian himself and I explained my concern regarding a potential property partition lawsuit. Despite not charging for the consult, he proceeded to explain in very thorough detail the steps involving such a suit and how the law in California would dictate the outcome for both parties. I have never received such professional and stunning service from a lawyer just minutes into a conversation. 10/10 I would absolutely reach out to Mr. Boulgourjian's firm again. Thank you. read more
