Despite his busy schedule, he made time to speak with me at 9:20 PM, well after normal business hours. I honestly can't imagine many attorneys going out of their way to accommodate someone so late in the evening, especially without charging a single dollar. We spoke for approximately 15 minutes about a particularly difficult and complicated legal matter. Although my situation has limited legal options at the moment, Mr. Vojdani took the time to carefully listen, understand the circumstances, explain what could and couldn't be done, and guide me through my available options. What impressed me most wasn't just his knowledge and experience, but his genuine empathy, patience, and compassion. He never made me feel rushed, never interrupted me, and thoughtfully addressed every concern to the best of his ability. In a world where legal services can often feel transactional, this experience truly stood out to me. So many attorneys charge substantial fees just for an initial consultation, while others require you to speak with an assistant, explain your entire situation, and then wait to see whether an attorney might eventually return your call for a brief conversation. Mr. Vojdani was different. Here was an attorney with over 20 years of experience, taking time out of his personal evening to speak with someone he had never met, with no payment, no retainer agreement, and no guarantee of future business. He simply wanted to understand my concerns and offer whatever guidance he could. That level of kindness, integrity, and professionalism is something I don't take lightly. Although there may not be much he or any other attorney can do about my particular situation at this moment, Mr. Vojdani will absolutely be the first person I contact should I ever need legal assistance in the future. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to my friends, family, and colleagues. And if you're reading this while considering reaching out to him, I would strongly encourage you to do so. Sometimes, what truly distinguishes a professional isn't just their expertise, but how they treat people when there's absolutely nothing in it for them. Mr. Vojdani demonstrated exactly that. Thank you again, Mr. Vojdani, for your generosity, your time, and most importantly, your humanity. I'm sincerely grateful.

California Property Law Group was able to evict a non-paying tenant we had. The process is not…read morequick or easy because of the eviction laws in California but also in Los Angeles, are tenant biased. It does need extreme attention to detail to be done properly. Throughout my case we had to deal with circumstances regarding changing laws in Los Angeles that needed to be adapted. This slightly delayed to case but in the end it ensured the eviction would go through. The major benefit of going through this law group is that if felt I had a team of lawyers working on my behalf rather than an individual lawyer. If I had a question regarding my case, it was quickly answered within hours or by end of the day, by an available lawyer via phone, email, or secure messaging. The communication was reassuring. To sum up, I would highly recommend hiring California Property Law Group for an eviction. Rafael, Zach, Kenny, and the rest of the team are top notch !

I was renting out a house in The Valley that we inherited from my father. After 2 years we decided…read morenot be landlords anymore, but LA Housing Dept. decided for some reason that we didn't have a right to withdraw this house from the rental market. They refused to approve my application for my "Intent to Evict". They slyly asked me why I wanted to withdraw the house from the rental market and I told them honestly that we needed to sell the house. They informed me that "selling a property is not a legal reason to evict".!! So when I contacted CA Property Law Group I was quite frustrated. I initially spoke to Rafael and he told me to do the whole process with LAHD all over again and to refuse to say anything about selling the property. I was doubtful, but I did it and just like magic, LAHD did not even ask why I wanted to withdraw the property from the rental market. They simply approved the application. I'm not sure if they somehow knew I had retained legal services... LAHD has a lot of rules about when to do what. For instance, within 15 days of having the 60-day Notice served, the landlord is supposed to send the Relocation Assistance payment to the tenant. CA Property Law Group did not tell me this. Luckily I was looking over the LAHD packet and saw it in the fine print. I emailed them because the payment was already late and they told me to mail a check for the amount. They should have been on top of this, but they weren't. I had lots of questions, and they usually were asked and answered via email. Just be advised: they usually ONLY answer exactly what you ask. No extra or nice-to-know information will be given. And no warnings ahead of time. For example: my tenant paid his rent for the month after the 60 day notice was up. (He did not move out after the 60-notice). I didn't notice the payment in my account at first... when I did, I asked the lawyers about it... and ONLY THEN did they send me an attachment warning me of the danger of accepting ANY RENT after the notice is up and how it can jeopardize the eviction case. They told me to immediately return the rent to the tenant and mail him a letter stating that he is no longer my tenant and I will not accept any rent from him. I really would have appreciated a warning about this ahead of time! I could have sent him the letter BEFORE he made the payment. At the end of every email, they write "let us know if you have any questions". I definitely did have questions and at times, my emails with questions and concerns were ignored. When they were answered, Rafael sometimes answered curtly with one or two words. I did get a few detailed answers from Zachary Miller. I appreciated those. Many of my emailed questions were answered by what I assume were assistants or interns. It seemed like it was never the same person. Kenny Lim handled the court appearances in my case and was pleasant and efficient. He also took the time to attend a Zoom meeting with LA Housing Dept when the tenant appealed the determined Relocation Assistance payment. My end result was good. LA Property Law saw me through until the Sheriff lockout (for which I had to wait weeks) and then helped me write the declaration in the Motion to Enforce the Stipulated Judgement. The court awarded me a monetary judgement. Now I just have to collect it.

I was initially working with another attorney on a complicated business dispute, but that attorney did not handle litigation. Once it became clear that litigation would be necessary, I had to find new counsel. Supporting women-owned businesses is important to me, so I set out to find a competent attorney in the Los Angeles area who owned her own firm. I'm extremely grateful that search led me to Jennifer. We arranged a meeting between the three of us so she could be brought up to speed on the case. Afterward, my original attorney told me I had made an excellent choice and that Jennifer would be perfect for what I needed. At the time, I didn't realize how absolutely right that was. Throughout my case, Jennifer explained legal procedures and terminology in a clear and patient way. If I misunderstood something or had incorrect information, she would calmly walk through it with me and explain the facts without ever making me feel less than. That kind of respect and clarity makes a huge difference in a complicated legal situation. She was honest about risks, open to a collaborative approach, and always made sure I had a voice in the strategy. At the same time, she was aggressive when necessary and fought hard for my interests. I always knew I had someone firmly in my corner, and I grew to trust her immensely.
