Let me revise my earlier review. I called on an off hour on Sunday and left a message. In spite of the fact that it was Sunday, Alec, somehow obtained my number and called me back immediately. He was polite and responsive. I have a fairly bulky tax package each year and I must say I was a little bit uncertain about whether Alec was appropriate for this large burden. (I am not looking to have my return cost less than Turbo Tax. I expect it to cost more.) I did not really check this out as thoroughly as I should have and perhaps I was too harsh in my initial skepticism. Alec sounds very alert and informed and interested. I was concerned that with all his other activities, such as going to law school, my tax burden might be unusually distracting to him. I am sorry now that I did not pursue this further at the time, though I still may consult with him in the future. . In the meantime, I have no reason to give Alec anything but a five star rating.
