Ended up purchasing a dress from this shop and has a couple simple alterations done, add straps and…read morea hook and eye to make the dress a little bit tighter. The alterations come apart within 37 minutes of my daughter wearing the dress, right as she was leaving to her Senior prom. I called the shop to inform them what happened Andy they said that the seamstress was "going through a hard time" and wasn't doing good work, and they had been receiving a lot of calls. The girl I spoke To said that she has noticed the issues with the straps but was told to leave it alone instead of fixing it or redoing it. She had me text her photos of the dress while we were on the phone and proceeded to laugh while looking at said photos. The owner text me later that night saying I would only be refunded for the alterations which was $15.62. The dress cost $380 out the door. I asked for a refund of half the cost or be allowed to return the dress for a full refund. I was never responded to again. This is horrible customer service. Do not go here, they don't seem to care about you or your daughter, only money.

The boutique items are cute for my teenagers but I can find super cute stuff for myself too. The dressing rooms are getting a makeover right now and they are so nice. Big enough to actually change your clothes in. Price point is super comparable if not cheaper than some of the other boutiques in the mall. This week their clearance is 50% off. Can't beat a good sale especially with a ton of sweaters to choose from.

Each dress style I've tried fits differently so, that's the chance you take when ordering online, right? Well, here's the fine print... NO REFUNDS! And, every dress is minimum $100. I started with a 1X and it was too big. Went down to XXL; that one fit and was kept. $183 (see photo) I still have several hundred dollars of credit and will have to keep ordering until the next one is cute on my body. Oh! And thirdly, you have to PAY $12 each time you ship a return. I'm about to order my 6th replacement... wish me luck.
