I did not visit this location, as I live in Texas. I ordered online, and this review will reflect…read morethat experience. As a plus-size woman, it can be difficult to find swimsuits that fit and are flattering without being matronly and frumpy. I had heard about Lime Ricki years ago (probably 10 years), but I hated swimsuit shopping online and didn't want to risk disappointment, so I never checked them out. Plus, I honestly wasn't really drawn to their earlier stuff as much. Recently, while quarantined and surfing the web for cute plus-size swimsuits, I saw some adorable two-pieces from Lime Ricki. I fell in love and immediately ordered 3 sets. I wasn't expecting much, as I usually don't feel very confident in swimsuits and thought I'd end up returning them, but I put them on and felt AMAZING. The suits are well made, and it makes me feel good to know that they are ethically made in the USA. That's important to me. I love that their website did not put plus-size options in a separate category, but instead included them as part of the standard size range. I'm not Mormon, I don't particularly care about dressing modestly... but I still found these suits to be stylish and cute. Ever since I received my order and tried on my new suits, I've been raving about this company to all my friends. The shipping was fast, and the prices are reasonable for the quality and ethical manufacturing. I'll definitely be shopping here again!

The quality is unmatched compared to any swimsuits I've owned. I've always been an online customer. The ordering process is easy, and shipping is efficient. The suits are excellent quality and are worth every penny of the price. I will continue to be a customer for the foreseeable future.

Maybe I'm just boring but what crackhead thinks that trying to shop and find things in your size with zero organization is fun?!! I gave up after 15 minutes and walked out. I generally like Ross but the shopping experience there has suffered significantly since the deadly combination of the pandemic and Bidenomics. That combination killed far more businesses than the pandemic killed actual people. This has led to less variety and product availability. Treasure hunts are only fun if you find some treasure and I find significantly less treasure now than I did 5 years ago and any point prior to that. I have three daughters and live in Las Vegas. There's a major East/West road that cuts across the entire valley and has about a dozen Ross locations on, or within a mile of it. My kids used to love it when I took them "Ross Crawling" on a Saturday but the joy of that has dried up pretty significantly due to less product and variety. It would be awfully hard to #RossCrawl if there was no organization of clothing items by size since you're rolling through at high speed looking for specific items, which usually includes clothes/shoes. Thankfully, the only location that consistently seems incapable of grouping similar sizes of clothing and shoes in their corresponding sections is the Orem location. Seriously, I'm not talking about a couple of items that have somehow been moved to the wrong section, it's the whole store. I've stopped at this location nearly every time I've visited UT the past 15 years and I'm done. It was so bad on my last visit that I gave up forever. I realize that many stores move their stuff around regularly so you have to hunt for stuff, which causes you to maybe find things you weren't shopping for that you might choose to purchase. To be fair, I don't love that either but this is ridiculous.

I don't know about you but when I am in line ready to pay I don't want to be yelled "Next", From…read morethe cashier, When I approached to pay I smiled and say: "Hi" , I did not get a response, instead she said: "cash or card?" When I said "Thank you" : I did not get a response I told the security guard to tell the manager about this. I'be never been in a store when they said next NEXT, NEXT,NEXT UNLESS is government agency I work in management and I treat people really good in fact they always like it. I'm gonna teach your how is done: You say: " May I help the next customer please", also when somebody said hi, you respond: "Hi,how are you ? also When a customer says thank you: " You're supposed to say, you're welcome, thank you for shopping at Ross" After all we the customers pay your salary by shopping there,right? be nice! We are spending our money there. I don't know who trained you or I don't know who in the world is supervising you, look at all the bad reviews If you need help please contact me and I'll help you will get a lot more customers,you'll make more sales and better reviews and maybe you could even open the second store in the area

Our interaction with them was very positive. The talented seamstress who helped us was professional, extremely helpful, and went the extra mile. We loved working with Billiejo Clothing and hope they can return to business in the future.

We went to Billiejo Clothing to create some custom dance uniforms for our team. The initial meeting…read morewas good, but after that we never heard from them. Several calls (that no one answered), emails, and MONTHS later we FINALLY were able to get some news on our uniforms. They did a fitting and told us the uniforms would be finished by the end of the week. Another MONTH later we hadn't heard anything after trying multiple times to contact them (including showing up at the store and asking to talk to someone more than one time). Finally they responded, only to tell us they didn't have all the fabric they needed, which they assured us on the first day we met with them that they had plenty, and had to wait for some to come in. When we finally got the uniforms, the sewing work was shoddy at best. Sleeves were left unfinished, the seams down the legs had holes, and after wearing the uniforms for all of 10 minutes 3 of the girls had holes in the crotch of their uniforms. Overall the design was nice, and had the company communicated with us and taken the time to make sure the uniforms were finished our experience would have been much better.

ZERO STARS! ... I felt strongly moved to write a review on…read morethis. This review means a lot, trust me, because until today, I was of the kind of person that I would not go around leaving bad reviews on businesses if at all possible. But when the experience is this Horribly BAD , I have to come here and leave a note. Truly hoping for the owner of Burlington to see it, because neither the manager Tory o Jessica, the District asset protection manager were polite, nor professional AT ALL to help me with what was supposed to be a very small request. Neither would they give me Information to connect with their immediate supervisor. But more importantly because this is VERY BAD REPUTATION for the store. And I am certain this is not the type of employees the store wants to have around. So here it goes: All I needed was a copy of a receipt for a transaction I did at the Ogden branch. When I contacted Ogden, they said I had to go get it in person. I live in SPANISH FORK!.No good suggestion was made as to how to go around that, but I guess I am alive and ok and with that up to this point. Then it occurs to me (not them) to see if I could go pick the copy of my receipt in Orem. They said " call Orem and check with them". So, I call Orem (last Thursday Jan 4) and the gal on the phone says " oh yes, sure. Come on over tomorrow morning and we ll help you with that receipt. So, so far we are ok. Great, I take time off work to go over there, since I needed the receipt for a report for my job, and head over trusting that I would get that recipt no problem. I drive all the way to Orem and when I arrive, there is only one gal at the cashier. I gave her my request and she said she had no idea about my request. So she calls the manager. Here is where Tory gets in the picture. She starts talking to the cashier through radio, asking questions back and forth with the cashier as a middle man. The cashier was patient for a couple questions and so was I, but when more questions kept coming through the intercom, the cashier just suggested Tory to come over In person. I totally agreed. So finally Tory comes and she says," I don't know how to do that, I've never done that"... Period. And then silence....so after some pause I say: so? Can we do something about it? Or look for ways to make it happen or see if there are some options? I had to drop work and spend gas to come pick this receipt and a rep told me I could be helped with this request, no problem." She had no clue where to start or finish. But that is not the worst. Many times people have to learn on the go and that is understandable, right?...However, in this case, there was no sign at all of her trying to do anything to see if she could find some way to help. So I had to suggest to her to call another manager. Genius right!?... Obviously, that should have been her initiative, not mine. Anyway, finally she starts calling someone. As soon that person picks up the phone, Tory, instead of asking for suggestions to get help, she starts from the get go telling that person all reasons why she cannot do that or why it sounds, rather impossible to get that done since the transaction was done in Ogden. I am not sensing ANY willingness to be helped at this point. The other gal didn't seem to know how to do that either. Folks, please remember, this just happen last week. We just entered the year 2024! And this crew has no idea how to help a costumer get a copy of a RECEIPT! So once again it occurs TO ME to have her call the branch in Ogden who had initially recommended to get the receipt in Orem. Guess what? would not call them. She asked ME, to call THEM Instead. Mind blown, I decided to go ahead and call anyway, and a nice gal in Ogden starts narrating easily what the steps are needed that she should take to pull that receipt and i passed along the informationto her.... Now, check this out, after I gave her the Info on how to so it ( I had hung up my phone to give her the Info of the process) she said. "I need to hear that from her directly". I just could not believe my ears. Despite that, I call her AGAIN! and put her on the Speaker to have her take those exact same directions i gave her, but from the mouth of the gal in Ogden. Sure enough she makes it to a screen on her computer with details of the transaction i was looking for, but guess what? at this point, before she prints the receipt, she also gets on the phone answering acall from another manager, this is Jessica the District asset protection manager, and instead of processing the print of the receipt, she closes the screen where my transactions was clearly visible, and goes on to tell me again that this is not possible . Now if you think this was BAD costumer experience so far, wait, THERE IS MORE!! When Jessica gets in the picture ( SEE REMAINING OF STORY IN THE PICTURES attached)

They get 4 stars for the super cute clothes. We spent over an hour in here shopping for school…read moreclothes. The ladies were helpful at first. Got us a fitting room, to put the pile of clothes my oldest daughter was getting. Now the clothes are super cute! My issues were one: 1. sizes. Things seem to sell out quick and there were not a lot of sizes. We would have bought more but they didn't have her size, it has already sold out. 2. Price tags were not marked correctly. 3. Check out. She double rang, left several sensors and almost forgot to give my card back. I bring up the sensors cause I live out of state, and that would have really sucked! 4. Back to the sizes, We ended up having to 6 different stores to get sizes we needed. 5. Returns - one of the items ripped in one day. I brought back 4 day later with receipt. That store didn't have the size, and sent me to another store. The other store gave me beef about the return because I didn't have the tag, but I had the receipt. Also I needed to exchange one dress. And guess what, I had to go to another store to get that size. AND the dress had gone on sale, but they told me I couldn't have a price adjustment, and it had been less than a week. But the clothes are super cute.

The clothing selection was boundless, even the clearance section was full of great items. I'm happy to say that I got almost all the clothes that I needed and at a great price (they were having a sale on all their shirts). I also want to comment on the amazing customer service! I really couldn't have had a more amazing experience at this store if it weren't for the employees there helping me! They were friendly to greet us when we came in, they helped pick out clothes that I might have liked, and they were overall very friendly and were willing put in their input on the outfits that I chose. It was seriously like I was shopping with friends and I couldn't have asked for more. I absolutely appreciate the time and the hard work, it had totally made my day! If you're looking for great clothes and a great experience, this is the place to go!
