At his shop he immediately identified the 2 key blanks from Lectric ebikes were WRONG blanks for my original key and pointed out why. He would look for a substitute in his own inventory. After about 30 minutes he presented me with 2 different freshly cut copies. I did not have my bike with me to test whether they worked. Without charge he said go home, test them and call with results. One of the 2 new blank cuts WORKED! I called to give him the good news and a credit card. In spite of my insistence to pay him, he DECLINED to charge me?! Huh??? This man was so friendly and so knowledgeable. I put him in my contacts and will always use this man for any future locksmithing needs.

Craig arrived quickly, got my car unlocked without any damage, and since he was already there, he replaced the locks on my house so I didn't have to worry about whoever had my stolen keys. The manager also called back twice to make sure we were happy with the job. Although I missed those voice messages I figure posting about my experience here will make up for that. It's always tough when you are trying to hang a new door on an old frame that may not be perfectly straight anymore. And yes only time will tell if the fit holds. Alon seems like a good guy, gave me a time eta and showed up on the early end of the eta. He got here and figured out what the job was and completed it quickly, only took about 20-30 minutes to rekey 4 doors and didn't try to gouge me on prices like a lot of the other locksmiths out there. Word of advice for people looking for a locksmith, do not trust reviews with a lacking of actual substance aka has only made one or two reviews. Always look at reviews because a lot of the times you will find reviews that look extremely similar and usually what that means is the company is making fake reviews or paying someone to make fake reviews. read more

Alon arrived within a couple of hours from my initial call. He was polite, professional, skilled, knowledgeable, and had great ideas. Instead of just resetting my auto lock, I decided to replace it (and all associated locks) with better, safer versions. Alon replaced a deadbolt, two door handles, and the auto lock on my security screen door and front door. Based on his suggestions and safety information, I'm going to have him back to install a Ring and some internal door knobs. I'm so grateful to him. read more

I was at a medical appointment when I realized I left my keys in my truck. I Googled "pop a lock near me" and this business showed up. I contacted him, thinking it would be 60-90 minutes for him to get to me. Instead 10 minutes later he was standing next to my truck, getting my keys back for me.
