It is with great pleasure to announce that I have finally dined here on several occasions as of my…read morelast review update. It's pretty nice inside! The green is very relaxing visually and it's always really clean and cool inside too. Service is great, food too but that goes without saying. I will say though, after having their boat noodles a couple times, Thaitwist's is probably the best I've had in a very long time. It's incredibly flavorful, though it is a bit lacking in add-ins/components, especially compared to other places I've been to. Besides that, it's still super delicious. However, I can't exactly say the same for their tom yum noodles. It's by far the worst I've had anywhere unfortunately. The soup is mildly tangy and pretty light, but kinda flat in terms of flavor. It's very singular in the taste department and also lacking in add-ins too. I guess if you're feeling under the weather and don't want anything too rich and heavy, this would be a pretty good option. Aside from that, everything else is delicious! After coming here several times, I'm starting to learn what Thaitwist makes really well and what items to skip.

I've been here maybe a dozen times over the past few years. This restaurant is located in the same…read moregeneral plaza as Costco, but more towards the Chase bank. There is plenty of seating indoors, there used to be outdoor seating but I think since COVID they took that out. There used to be a fireplace which created a beautiful ambiance. The servers were always nice, but the food was just gentrified. The food lacked traditional Thai flavors and was just bland overall.

Tried this place for the first time and I was really impressed. I go to a lot of Thai restaurants,…read moreso I'm pretty picky when it comes to flavor and quality, and this spot definitely delivered. Everything we ordered tasted fresh and well made, and every dish had so much flavor. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted like it was made fresh. The service was also great. The staff was friendly, attentive, and the whole experience felt smooth from start to finish. Overall really great food, great service, and a great first experience. I'll definitely be coming back.

First time for the wife and I trying out this new Thai place. We always see a good crowd inside and…read moresome outside waiting when we passed by so we decided to add them to our dinner list. We ordered a few dishes to share. We ordered the shrimp roll for appetizers. It was light and crunchy and we loved them. We also got the Karee shrimp, the curry was just right with some tender shrimp. I wished it had more shrimp.we also ordered the tilapia with chili sauce. The tilapia was fried just crunchy enough but not overcooked. I enjoyed rearing apart that fish head. I wished they had more sauce. Lastly we ordered pad see ew with chicken. This was excellent. Overall we ate everything and did not have any left over. The food was great except for a few suggestions. The service was excellent. Our server was great. I wish I would've written her name down. I gave it a 4 stars in hope they take my suggestions and I can change it to 5 stars when I go back again.

Thirty years and hopefully many more to come but twenty six at this location!!!…read more Obviously prices have changed through the years but the owners are still as pleasant, hospitable and wonderful as always but the food has never ever skipped a beat.....Amazing and sooo delicious!!! Seriously don't understand why this spot or any of the many locations still going has never surfaced on social media? Absolute bargain still and so much good food!!! Highly recommend and please please please go and support this family owned and operated staple!!! Been in this neighborhood and weathered a lot of storms but with unreasonable landlords and ridiculously high food costs it's definitely nearing the end!!! Don't miss out and definitely recommend any or all the S 1-10 labeled specials!!!

Let me start by saying that before my dad passed away, this was his favorite local Thai restaurant…read moreas he loved the bbq chicken and the honey sauce that comes with it. Therefore, when my mom invited my husband, kids, and I to dinner here, we had high expectations. However, I have to say that this place was disappointing in taste and does not have the kind of Thai food my husband and I are used to having (and Thai is one of our favorite type of foods). I found that the food wasn't spicy and lacked that Thai flavor we are accustomed to. Foods infused with lemon grass, basil, chili pepper, sweet and sour, and ginger. The pineapple fried rice was ok but they didn't have papaya salad (big disappointment) and the Tom Yum soup didn't have any "kick" one would expect it to have. The beef satay was a bit tough, the bbq chicken was just ok. Sadly, I found that the best thing on our table was the honey sauce to add flavor to the underwhelming bbq chicken. Service was friendly, but there are too many flavorful Thai restaurants around for us to come back again. Service- 5 Food-3

Service is really kind. * pineapple fried rice w veggies (5/5) * house fried rice (5/5) * pad see ew (5/5) * duck curry (4/5) - duck leg is so tender but lowkey could not taste it. First time visiting here after hearing many great things about this place…read more Pad Thai: One of our favorite dishes. The noodle is chewy and the flavor is great (not too sweet and salty). Highly recommend this. Chicken Satay: This is our other favorite dishes. The chicken is tender and well seasoned. This is a great alternative for their popular crying tiger in terms of the portion and pricing. Papaya Salad: I was a bit disappointed with this. The papaya salad is lack of flavoring (specifically the garlic taste). It's not very marinated. Tom Yum Soup: We got a small bowl of the seafood tom yum soup. The portion is great for 2 people, but don't expect too much seafood from it. The flavor is good, so it's still a great soup option. Non-Sweet Sticky Rice: Unlike other places, their sticky rice is served as a dessert, you can still taste the coconut flavor. Most other traditional Thai places serve sticky rice as unsweetened and plain (i.e., jasmine rice soaked overnight). Not really mad about this. The service was absolutely amazing. We made a reservation ahead of time to avoid waiting in line. I'm glad we did because there were already people waiting when we arrived at 6pm. The restaurant is very clean and cozy. Overall, Basil & co. is a great Thai restaurant option in town, but I wouldn't say it is the BEST Thai restaurant I ever had.

We spent $59 (with tip) for 2 Thai iced teas, an order of crab Rangoon, pad see ew and pad Thai (added beef to both which is $1 extra!) The Thai iced teas were soooo delicious! They were perfectly sweetened and had the right amount of cream! Didn't even get boba but next time I would love to try it with boba! They also offered us a sample of their Thai iced coffee which was truly so tasty, definitely want to get that to drink next time! The Pad See Ew was a 9/10 for me! The flavor was there, beef was good and it even came with an eggroll because it was the lunch special! The Pad Thai was 10/10, delicious flavor, beef was tender, noodles were cooked well! Both dishes could have more beef but it was still good! The crab rangoons were soooo flavorful! They tasted fresh, not frozen! The flavor of the wonton wrapper and the crab was so delicious, the sauce it comes with enhanced it! The service was 10/10, both waitresses were kind and friendly, the food came out very hot and pretty quickly as well! Overall I would definitely come again, probably soon too. I can't wait to get a full glass of their Thai iced coffee and try some other items on the menu! But I'll definitely get the pad see ew and pad Thai again!

The panang curry comes with a side of rice. The curry itself is flavorful (I got mild/non spicy) and I appreciate the big strips of bell peppers mixed in with the plentiful amount of peas and carrots. The egg rolls here are my favorite. They are always packed full of veggies, crispy and never greasy! Highly recommend.
